el hotel es de hecho un aparthotel que dispone de todas las comodidades de un hotel y que al mismo tiempo, dispones de una pequeña cocina para poder comer en la habitación. en el centro comercial contiguo, se puede comprar comida para llevar, que solo es necesario calentar. el tamaño de la habitación, así como las vistas de las mismas, son fantásticas. las habitaciones están situadas por encima de la planta 20, y de esta forma se puede gozar de unas magníficas vistas de la ciudad. la piscina y el gimnasio son dos complementos que hacen del hotel un sitio inmejorable. el único inconveniente del hotel es que si se desea wifi se debe pagar por ello, y un precio nada despreciable, teniendo en cuenta que el precio de la habitación ya es alto y podría disponer de wifi gratuito como mínimo en las zonas comunes.

un gran hotel tanto por su excelente ubicacion para conocer bangkopk como los servicios que brinda. La piscina es muy buena y el gimnasio tambien lo es. La atencion del personal es muy buena y son muy amables. El unico punto en cuestion es el desayuno que si bien es muy bueno hay mucha gente y el espacio es poco y a veces hay qu esperar

We enjoy staying at the Emporium cannot beat the location, central to malls and the train. A great gym and pool, an excellent breakfast buffet that is kept replenished and there is also a made to order egg station. The hotel is also right across from a park with easy access. These are some of the reasons we have stayed here twice already. There are however a couple items the Emporium can improve on *room service - there are nights when they do not have a cook on staff for the room service and unknowing to you the menu is limited after 10pm even though the in room paper menu clearly says on every page "24 hrs room service" I learned this the hard way. Got to my room at 8pm on a rainy night thinking I will just order room service for dinner. Around 10:15PM I called to order and was made aware of the limited menu after 10pm. I am vegetarian and there are only 4 vegetarian items on the menu and none of them were available after 10pm that night. I asked as the menu also clearly says "if you have a dietary need the chef can assist in making something to accommodate" (not exact wording) if they can just stir fry some vegetables with some noodles as I was not aware room service is not 24 hrs (I had called two days prior to ask until what time does room service end and was told it is 24 hrs so I was doubly surprised to hear it was not) but there was no accommodating. I spoke to the manager on the phone and shared my disappointment he came to my room door to apologize (Frank is his nickname) and he explained it is due to the hotel not having a chef on staff. So the 24 hr room service is a bait and switch. *the hotel should implement a restriction on the use of digital devices (phones and iPads) without headsets or taking phone calls while at the breakfast. Guests will come to breakfast and use their phones or iPads to watch videos without using headsets or be on their phone talking out loud with no consideration for the other guests sitting in close proximity to them trying to have breakfast. I had one man walk up and down past my table for about 20 mins while he was on a call and another guest listening loudly to videos on his phone so much so I had to ask one of the staff members to ask him to lower the volume on his phone. The staff member did and he obliged.

I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve stayed at the Emporium Suites by Chatrium — it’s one of our favorites in Bangkok. The location is perfect if you’re looking to shop, eat, and relax without venturing too far. It’s right on a convenient Skytrain line, with the station literally at the front door, giving you easy access to all of Bangkok, including the airport. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, with an apartment-style feel — especially the suites, which we usually choose. The beds are very comfortable, and everything is well maintained. The buffet breakfast is excellent, offering something for everyone, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

We stayed at Emporium Suites as a family — my husband, daughter, and I — and absolutely loved our experience! The staff and service were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location couldn’t be more perfect — right in the heart of everything. What really stood out to us was how accommodating they were. After travelling all night, our daughter was exhausted, and the team was kind enough to let us check in early so she could rest. They even allowed us a late checkout, which made our stay so much more comfortable. Truly excellent service and hospitality — we’ll definitely be coming back! 💖

Great service. The suite is a good value. The room was large, comfortable, and had a great view. Only issue was the noise from the room next door. (The hotel offered to move us, but we only had one more night to go, so didn’t feel it’s worth packing and unpacking.) The complimentary buffet breakfast was elaborate with plenty of choices from European, Japanese, and Thai items. The quality of the ingredients seem good, but everything I tried was bland.

Have stayed here a few times now and the big room is always clean with a nice comfy bed. Air con works well & the WiFi was strong and consistent throughout the stay. Breakfast is great with many choices of food options, unfortunately let down by cheap & terrible bacon and sausages.... but everything else was spot on. Negatives is the car parking. You need to park in the shopping centre carpark next door & while there is a designated area for Hotel guests, you are lucky to get one. Staff didn't assist in getting me a parking, which was really annoying after driving all that way to BKK to spend nearly an hour trying to park. Apart from that, the staff were fantastic and the location is close on to perfect for convenience.

The location of Emporium Suites by Chatrium is exceptional, situated in one building adjacent to Emporium Mall and across from Em Quartier Shopping Malls. Everything you need or desire will be right at your hand, with small yet professionally organized spa facilities surrounding the premises. Numerous dining options, both inside the malls and outdoors, provide a myriad of choices. The swimming pool and expansive, nature-like gardens on the roof offer a pure delight after a day of sightseeing or shopping. The personnel at the front desk was so helpful with a dental emergency right on New Year's Eve. Thanks to their determination and efficient assistance, the problem has been resolved swiftly. When selecting a suite, opt for one with a washing machine and a kitchenette. These amenities have proven indispensable for a comfortable and convenient stay.

There is a lot to love in this hotel. 1. Room Pros: very spacious and nicely stocked with mini bar and toiletries. Our room has balcony with a nice view of Bangkok skyline. Cons: the toilet although clean is a bit old and outdated. Desperately need to be refurbished. Location: Pros: very strategically located. The hotel is linked to Emporium mall and next to EmQuartier with variety of food options. It is also connected to BTS Sukhumvit line that is very convenient. Around the vicinity there are a lot of other food options, spas etc. Cons: the traffic can be very bad. Although most of the time you can use train sometimes taking taxi from and to airport will need to take into consideration of the traffic to avoid feeling rush at the airport. Breakfast: Decent selections of continental and local foods. Nothing exceptional. Facilities: Very nice pool, gym as well as sauna. The in-house spa is very posh and of high quality service. Staff: Generally very friendly and helpful. Very impressed with the immediate response of the housekeeping/concierge service. All our in room requests such as extra bottled water, extra pillow etc where swiftly attended to. Overall highly recommended and will definitely stay here again when in Bangkok.

I stay here often and really enjoy the location. It’s incredibly convenient—close to some of the best shopping in Bangkok and easily accessible via the Airport Rail Link and Skytrain, which takes you right to the hotel. The staff are always friendly, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel and great value for money.

Very well located Hotel making transport easy, with a clean environment and friendly staff that truly enhanced the experience. The fitness center was specially good and well equipped. Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, ensuring I stayed connected. One suggestion that if the hotel could provide some sort of luggage weighing machine, it will really help travelers.

Very convenient to great shopping and restaurants. I love the convenience of it being located right on a skytrain platform with access to everywhere in Bangkok. The rooms are sizeable and always clean. It’s quiet and you can make the rooms very dark which makes for a great night sleep in the comfortable beds, I always enjoy staying here.

Brilliant place for my group of 4 ladies. We booked a 2 rm suite and were pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade to 3 rm suite upon checkin. Suite was clean and spacious and the beds, pillows were great and clean smelling. Some reviews mentioned it looked dated, but I feel that a lot of care has gone into maintaining the place really well. Shower pressure was excellent and a godsend after a long day of shopping. Staff were obliging, friendly and chatty, prompt and attentive - from giving us great directions to local eateries to supplying us with cutlery for our local food and even supplying us with boxes and tape for packing our shopping. Definitely my go-to for a trip to Bangkok!

I’ll start by saying what’s positive about this place and that is the location is fantastic. The staff is wonderful. The swimming pool and the fitness center are both fantastic and having the sauna and the steam room available is amazing. However, this hotel is quite outdated. There’s a lot of old carpet that gives a really funny smell and the air conditioners don’t work correctly. I was freezing for like the first two days before I finally was able to get it fixed, it wasn’t their fault it was just me figuring out it was broken But yeah, the room is just don’t smell fresh really and they try to cover it up but really they needed renovation. And it’s like single pain windows basically to the street so it’s still really loud. They really do need to just do some updating but overall is a really nice location and it has great facilities and the breakfast is pretty good. But I think it’s a little bit overpriced because it’s too old
