    Comoda Estancia”

    La cara sonriente ,amable , educada y correcta en la recepcion ,sobre todo de cyary ( nola hagais fotos ,no la gusta) . Ademas todo el staff es muy amable ,y servicial ,sobre todo el amigo mohd nasir , el director de restaurante ...todo el personal es excelente
    Quizas mejorar algo los baños y ampliar el menu solo

    Ha sido una estancia en el hotel suria city hotel , una semana muy agradable , comoda, con wifi incluido. Lo que facilita mucho el trabajo de quien este de negocios en este pais. El precio de una habitacion individual es muy economico ,comparado con la calidad excelente y precios de restaurante muy bajos. Aparte del excelente trato de todos los empleados , la limpieza , la atencion personal , es un hotel centrico ,a la orilla casi del rio que separa malasya de singapur , que se puede ver muy bien desde el hotel, en realidad solo hay un puente de 300 metros ,desde el borde del hotel hasta singapur..donde se puede visitar ,comer, hacer turismo y volver en 5 minutos a tu hotel. En resumen , gracias a todas las personas que trabajan en este hotel ,por hacerme la estancia comoda y muy familiar .

    Pleasant stay”

    We had a very pleasent & nice stay at Erica hotel. The room was spacious. Nuce and friendly staffs. Only thing was it didnt had a fridge& hairdryer. Good halal food beside at walking distance. Had a security guard. Wil definitely come again :)

    Good location - Friendly Staff But room for improvement ”

    Stopped over for only a night whilst returning from Penang to Georgetown . Good sized room but bed linen was poor as was the shower which kept getting blocked. Also disappointed that the pool was opposite the hotel in the local college - Room for improvement but at the price was fair

    Too much dust on the border of bed headboard and the water pressure was a bit low. The swimming pool is actually located at Suria College of Hospitality (opposite the hotel).

    breakfast was good however pls add some more food i.e. hotdog etc. parking was limited at night. need to park around hotel (roadside). Other than that, the hotel is very good. value for money and will definitely stay there again.

    Not convenience for family with kids. No staff at the front door, facilities like lift and room were old: only mineral water available, no cups or kettle. Towels have bad smell. Parking and pool were located at different building, and no swimming pool for kids. Breakfast also very limited. Hope you could improve your service and facilities.

    Me and my family ( 9 adults + 3 kids + 1 infant ) checked in to this hotel in malaysia hoping for a good stay however it did not go as well as we planned i wanted to take a cold glass of water and i assumed it really was cold glass of water because the sign says Cold Water however, when i tasted the water it was room temperature and tasted like it was from the tap. it has that distinct tap water taste. i asked the staff to changed the water to ice water and all he did was pour some ice inside the dispenser which turned me off a lot. As a guest in this hotel, i feel UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED with this service and i’ve never had this bad service and facilities. although the staff was accommodating, there is really nothing they can do if the facilities and materials are not up to mark. Erya by Suria please upgrade or make sure your materials and facilities are up to standard if you want more guests. this stay is very disappointing.

    Me and my family ( 9 adults + 3 kids + 1 infant ) checked in to this hotel in Malaysia hoping for a good stay however it did not go as well as we planned. 1. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no electricity at the hallway going to our hotel rooms. it was pitch black. can you imagine walking there with 3 kids and 1 infant? horrible. but we let that pass. i thought it was just that issue because the rooms itself was satisfactory however the next day it was different again. This hotel comes with a free breakfast but it wasn’t as appetising as other hotels. 2. first of all, there was not many options for breakfast. There was only cereal and bread with a few jam. 3. Secondly, i asked the staff if there was any egg since ALL hotels serve eggs for breakfast. the staff said yes however 5mins later came back to me and said “Ma’am there’s no more eggs. we have no more stock”. HOW CAN A HOTEL WHO SERVES BREAKFAST HAVE NO STOCK OF EGGS?

    cheap, but not worth it. ”

    Bedsheets had red, black stains. Shoe stain on blankets. We booked 5 rooms, our of 5 rooms, 4 rooms had these issues. Also, no air-condition in room 502, it's heat. We were fine to other facilities, but to find stains all over bedsheets, pillow and blanket.

    No Safe Parking/Room in Deplorable Condition”

    Car Park was provided but behind the hotel in another building. Don't feel safe walking from that building to the hotel. For those who drives, don't choose this hotel. Bathroom were not properly clean. Bedroom was in deplorable condition with walls/cement peeling off and not repaired. Skip this hotel if you have a choice.

    Think first”

    The lift door has no sensor, it will really close automatically so better watched out. I'm so scared I almost stuck my leg. The TV and aircon remote is not working, had to call the staff to replace battery. In the end they provide new remote control. Asked them to change the pillow case because got smell, wondering if they replaced it before we check in. The buffet breakfast selection is NOT good, in the end we had our breakfast at the near shopping mall. By the way, they will ask you to pay the TOURISM TAX RM10 upon check-in, I always do travel and this is not my first time in Johor also but this is the first time I was asked for this wherein payment already settled online. There are better hotels in the area, in future might not consider staying here again.
