Horrible staff esp frontdesk. She kept saying I was a dollar customer, at first I never understood what she meant. They very rude. Room was too small, it was not worth what you paid for. They treated me like a crap for a couple days and I tried to be nice and not to get back at them until I got tired and started yelling at them and talked directly to supervisor or manager. Goodluck if you choose to stay here. PS. Hot shower doesn't work and AC was horrible.

Aceptable”

i didn’t like how they welcome us. Staff services are not good enough of what I expected. I found ants everywhere in that room. Sink is out of service. Staff made me upset before they check me in and also when they check me out. The family room needs renovation. Staff are not friendly they need more training on how to entertain people.

Had to wait til 4pm for the room to be ready. Check in time was supposed to be 2PM. Staff tried to charge us upon check out even though it's already been paid online.

Booked and confirmed airport pickup wasnt there. Ladys at the front desk are snobish and arrogant, not willing to help or understand. Room very basic but enough from the Size. Bathroom very small. Pool was ok and breakfast too. The biggest Problem was that the Hotel was host of many police students. This students where so loud at nighttime and they acting like a group of Monkeys. The staff doesnt advice them to be quiet because of other guests.....

Hotel needs more practice upon checking in and checking out .. their staff is not actually do the right thing . I suggest that find a way to increase the expectations of your guests . And first thing first know your guest needs . And by the way I had a problem from checking out cause I booked from Agoda to get some discounts and then upon check out they want me to pay more than I expected what the!?

Hotel feel in the province”

This hotel offers a modern hotel room, as compared to the typical home-style bedrooms of the other hotels in tuguegarao city. They offer good food. They accommodate early check in with a fee, and charges late check out as well.

No elevator, but the location is ok. The wifi signal is not working on the higher floors.

Unhelpful staff, renovation activities hassels”

The staff were not really helpful. Had to wait for almost an hour before we got checked in as there were still verifying the voucher with agoda, only to be told that their internet was down, hence, the wait. And despite having put up a clean up room sign, our room was not cleaned at anytime in our 4 night stay. we had to call the front desk for whatever things we need. The on-going renovations also disturbed us as we usually are awakened by the hammering etc being done on our floor.

Location is ok not congested. Food is good.The only problem is the low water pressure.

Location is good near airport and walking distance to bus stations. Staff gave me a room which i didn't reserve which is supposed to be Deluxe Twin instead I was given an old standard beaten room. No toilet paper, you have to pay for it or bring your own. I don't think I will ever come back here again.

the pool area was always exclusive for events,, so the hotel guest cannot use it,, not elevator for a 5 storey buliding,,,

Cleanliness”

The hotel is clean and the staff at the reception area was efficient.

Friendly Staff”

Our stay was acceptable except that we had to pay for extra sachets of sugar at 5 pesos a pack. This is unacceptable as no where else has this happen to me. Hotel is a bit run down. Aircon was noisy and no curtains in room to block the early morning sun. Was also bitten by mosquitoes in my room. Saw a few of them buzzing by. No mineral bottles and beverages available in the room.
