I have reserved thru Agoda. But when We arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was insisting that I did not make any reservation, even though I am already showing her my booking #. When we finally got a room, there were no toiletries prepared. We had to ask them for it. We also had to ask for slippers. When we opened the bathroom, there were 3 cockroaches. I am not expecting a 5 star treatment but cleanliness, toiletries and slippers are basic. The tv remote was broken as well. They could be better if they really want to., as the building is nice.

Great value for money, has bidet, the staff were very accommodating and hospitable. Location is around 6-10 mins by tricycle away from Robinson's Tuguegarao and the van terminal. Barako Boy is also walking distance, good cafe for food and coffee.

WiFi Is Terrible”

WiFi is terrible and you need to keep requesting new passwords every few hours, staff is friendly, but you have to request service for towels, new sheets, etc. The staff is responsive in that sense, but the front desk staff may say hello, or may not. Room was extremely small, bathroom was tiny. "Smoking" room was a complete waste of space. Bed was ok, just a bit small. There is an air conditioning unit, which kept room cool for most part. Not too much noise at night. The pictures on website are not accurate in that they are not as elegant or clean as the pictures look, the rooms need renovation. There is a convenient store next door for water, soda or snacks, which was good.

Awesome place to stay especially on this crazy hot summer. Our room needs a little bit of updating but was surprised with the cleanliness and completeness of the facilities and amenities - bidet, smoking area, hot shower, towels and toiletries. Great value for money

(+): excellent location. coffee shop, gas station, and convenience store within the vicinity. there was also a nearby mall (-): we booked our stay for 4 days. so we got our keys from the front desk, excited to rest after a very long drive. however, upon opening the door to our room, we were surprised to see one of their male employees sleeping on the bed. we made no fuss about it and just went back to the front desk to have our room replaced. no apologies were given to us. there was also water and electricity interruption on our 1st and 2nd days of stay but no advice was given so we could have at least prepared. upon resumption of water, we noted that it smelled and tasted like gas. the water was even brownish. there was also no room service. on our 3rd night we asked for fresh towels but the front desk refused. we insisted but we were being asked for extra charge for each towel. commending this hotel only for its location.

When you taking shower make sure that water is not run out...water supply is on and off. Other than water supply issue, i love this hotel. Highly recommend for traveler.

It looked good and spanking new (almost, I guess), but it had no option to rent or not to rent a fridge (we had a dozen wine bottles with us, you see). Staff looked helpless (boohoohoo).

I highly recommend this branch of Hotel Joselina. Great value for the quality of stay. It is also near Robinson's, Airport, Regional Government Center, and Barako Boy.

Quite new hotel beside a Petron station. Rooms are clean and functional. The hotel has no breakfast. (Suggestion: Just a big thermos with coffee and one with hot water for tea at the reception would make a big plus already, as there is no water kettle and coffee/tea in the room). There is also a native style restaurant or eatery next door, which offers very affordable meals and also breakfast, but when we came there at 7 in the morning, it was still closed. All in all it is a good hotel for overnight stay. The staff could be a bit more welcoming.
