We enjoyed staying at Sogo in Tarlac so much that we booked few more extra days after coming back from Boracay the staff are great and the Mega room is one of the best rooms I had ever had in Tarlac.

Great stay love being here at this Sogo in Tarlac 2 minute walk to the mall and all the bus terminals the rooms are awesome the stay went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable, also don't forget to order a massage my life love it. Oh also book the Mega Suite .

Could have been nice but problems with the toilet in my room”

Went there for just a couple of nights. The toilet in my room was backed up and wouldn't flush. Went to the desk and they sent maintenance who responded in reasonable but not quick time. They worked on the toilet and said it was okay now. It wasn't. It flushed once while the maintenance was there but wouldn't flush again, right away. Complained again and they looked at me like I was a martian. I asked please if they could fix the toilet so I could use it quickly or else get me in a different room. Very frustrating. I ended up paying more for an upgraded room. I am sure this doesn't apply to all Sogo's but the staff on hand at that time was less then enthusiastic in trying to correct problems. Would never go back to that particular Sogo

I was very disappointed in the over rated advertisements about Sogo Tarlac. Staff at the front desk doesn't know what they're doing. Food is awful. I was booked for 2 days, and I decided to leave the following day and booked on another hotel.

I sent them a message saying my flight will be late and they gave my room away... I was pissed ! then wanted me to take a match box and think I would be happy.. after paying for the suppose to be the best room they have...will never stay there again !!

Good. Only the free wifi is missing. It is important for us travellers to get information on next destination.

The mega suite is spacious and includes a spa, although there are no windows.

Convenient Location ”

Location is close to SM Mall. Room is small and light is not bright. The air conditioner does not work so I requested a few times and finally moved rooms. Room service food is available.

Excellent, second time we stayed at this hotel. Best value for the money. Great all around.

Warning!”

The toilet overflowed. The bath waste was blocked with hair. The plug mechanism was broken. The air conditioning knob was missing, so the fan couldn't be turned down and it rattled all night. The towels are worn out and grubby. It was noisy. It was definitely not clean and not so good! Recommend any western visitor go elsewhere

Room 332”

There were ants in the actual headboard of my bed & bit me all throughout the night. the water drain in the shower was slow. I ACCIDENTALLY DROPPED MY TOOTHBRUSH IN THE SINK. IT HAD NO STRAINER.
