Thought I will hear the noise from the hi-way but amazingly it's quiet. Had a good sleep in this hotel.

Bathroom was not clean, and there is a smell coming from the watertap, hot shower was not working. I could hear the noise from the street and the corridors. Food was good though.

While the rooms were nicely appointed, bathroom and floor cleanliness was an issue. Further, the rooms facing the road will recieve road noise through the windows (not sound resistanst) all night long...beware.

We booked the superior quad room and it’s cheap. We had welcome drinks, a choice of juice or cocktails. They provide free bottled water, slippers, and towels. The room also have a mini bar. The toilet is spacious.

The staff are courteous. The room was clean and spacious... though I hope they’ll upgrade their pillows to a more comfortable ones. I almost had a stick neck due to their high pillows. Everything was great! I just hope you can invest in down pillows.

They have complimentary drinks at the bar and upon arrival. The room size is enough for short stay. Bathroom is clean. We love the breakfast. Comment for improvement is to train their staffs to be familiar with the tourist spots of Tarlac.

Arguably the most decent hotel in the area. Rooms are nicely appointed with spacious toilet. Staff are friendly and helpful. It has a rooftop bar with KTV rooms and features acoustic nights on weekends, fair price and excellent food. There's a resto beside the lobby that offers filipino cuisine, but unfortunately, we never tried. Breakfast is no good.

Good Overnight Stay”

Our stay was okay and we will still consider checking in at LSquare next time we go to Tarlac. It's quality and affordable stay. Food was limited, but okay. Staff are courteous. The location is along the street so noise from passing vehicles are unavoidable. The room size was okay but it was clean and comfortable. It's also few minutes drive from the malls and groceries. Perhaps except for the salon at the ground floor. I had my hair trimmed and blow-dried, but later found out that my hair wasn't cut straight and the brushing felt like my hair's being pulled out. It was cheap, yes. But you also get cheap service probably because you're a guest and chances of going back is slim. I certainly do not recommend going to their salon!

It was a very pleasant experience. parking was very good and the staff were all up to standard. the food served during breakfast was excellent and clean. all in all it was a great fun experience with L Square.

Lovely hotel, great locations and friendly staff”

I had booked for a superior rwin rm, bu my son and daughter joined us on our trip to monasterio de Tarlac, so when we arrived i asked if we can get a bigger rm, he staff had been very accomodating and had even let me look at the rm first before we moved to quadrople accomodation,,,,we had a nice sleep and rest after our long hot trip...

Value for Money”

We usually go to Tarlac during the All Saints Day holiday and L-Sqaure Hotel is always our hotel of choice as it is located along the highway and is proximate to the usual destinations that we go to. The hotel also serve good food and has many amenities like the karaoke place at the rooftop. The rates are really acceptable and would compare well with other hotels in Tarlac.

Great Value and superb service”

This is always where I go coming to visit from the States. Always warm and welcoming. Free breakfast buffet for 2 and location great. Only a few concerns...wifi is sometimes not the best, some of the rooms have a water sewer smell but I don't think it the hotels fault just location of the room but that should be checked into so all the rooms smell fresh, and wish there was a way to control some ants and mosquitoes not a lot came in the room but a few but expected its hot tropical climate. This by far has the best staff...always polite always helpful. I never want to go anywhere else.

You get the feeling of not being welcome since the staff were not accommodating like you need them more than they need you. The value for your money is not worth it. And the ambiance is not just there with the whole facility since the cleanliness is not good.

Good, could have been better”

Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Bed and pillows were clean and firm, just the way I like it. There's something wrong with the hotel's plumbing though. The drain in our bathroom's shower stall was clogged so that the bathroom soon became flooded because, with the drain clogged, the water in the shower area soon spilled out onto the entire bathroom floor. Later on, we discovered from my brother, who booked another room in the same hotel, that they had to ask to be moved to a different room because the toilet in their original room wouldn't flush. As we were checking out, we overhead another guest complain that there was also something wrong with their bathroom. Another issue is the spotty WiFi connection. I could pick up a signal by the table near the front door but if I walked just a few steps away to the bed, the signal was lost.

Not very child friendly, no play area for kids and no pool. Not so proactive with providing toiletries. Had a good service massage. Also, transport is a bit difficult if not arranged with hotel early as the location is a bit far from city centre. Lighting is not enough in the room.

Last Option”

The only thing about this stay that I can say is that...there is a bed. 1. The room smelled as we entered. 2. The drainage pipe in the shower smells very bad. Exhaust is pretty weak so it is no help. We avoided the toiley as much as possible. 3. We asked for extra blanket, had to pay 50php. OK. They gave me a thin bed sheet. Immediately asked for a cancelation. The worse part. THE DUVET has NO cover. Yes. It is bare. They SAID they wash it everyday. I dont think so. It takes about 3 Days to dry that thing. Not cost efficient. Why not just buy covers. Super Disgusting. Maybe Sogo would have been a better choice. Sad
