Urgente cobro indebido ”
Hola porfavor necesito ayuda urgente.
Lovely hotel, basic but right on the beach.”
I stayed there over the christmas period and had a great stay. Staff were helpful and friendly, they helped me book a bus back to the airport - saving me the hassle of finding a company and booking it myself. The rooms are clean and comfortable, also rooms 9 and 10 have a great view of the beach.
Great Location, be patient for your Breakfast... it can take an hour...”
great location, good Parking area for 3 cars, which is great to have in el-Nido. Safe place , room are a bit old but ok. reception staff was nice. breakfast super dooper slow... but tasted good... The place needs a bit maintenance and more effective staff at restaurant... Otherwise fine.
I booked for 2 rooms with garden view but did not get it. Soaps and shampoos have no expiration.we did not use them. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Rooms are old. Aircon in the other room is out of order. So they gave us a room the following day. They clean the rooms. Hangers need replacement. They are old. Money not worth for the rooms we paid. Buffet breakfast was only served once for 3 days stay.
Don’t come here ”
Looks totally different from the photo We booked the sea view room but they don’t have sea view room, they only have “sea view building” Bed lining is just a cheap “sheet” Bar of soap looks like it’s 10 years old Bugs in the room No hot water in the shower A/C is loud Very outdated place Breakfast was cold Very disappointed
On its last legs.”
Basic facilities. Inattentive staff. Major motorcycle tricycle path just in front of property. Simple breakfast not worth the price.
Very disappointed very run down property ”
Horrible experience overall. Thankfully we only spent 1 night there. Beds are very hard Filipino style beds. Room smelled very musty and moldy. Visible black mold around old style window unit air conditioning. No lockbox/safety box in the room. Location is water front but very restricted view from my water view room. No toilet paper provided. Only 2 bath towels provided. The 2 bath towels were very old and poor quality. No wash clothes or hand towels supplied. No WiFi in the room and WiFi in the lobby area very slow thus useless. Better hotels just a block from waterfront. Waterfront location on the very busy harbor is not good for swimming due to dirty polluted beach. Way overpriced for such an unkept uncomfortable small old room. Noisy renovation warning from management but didn’t see or hear any work being done. Basic upkeep not occurring. I would never ever stay there again.
Be well prepared or you won't enjoy to stay here”
This place is only ok, if you are well prepared to stay here, otherwise you won't enjoy it. PROS: - Location: although the hotel is located at the end of the beach, it's a mere 5 mins walk into the city center where all restaurants and bars are located. So I can't really understand some reviewers here who complain about the bad location. - Staff: is always very friendly and will help you to arrange tours, motor bikes etc. CONS: - Power blackouts: occur frequently and at random times. To be fair enough, they affect not just the hotel but the whole town. However, most other hotels and even small restaurants have (working) electricity generators. The hotel also has one, but it's either insufficient or not working properly. Sometimes, I thought that the hotel didn't switch on the generator on purpose to save some money (e.g. black out occurs at midnight and lasts til 8 am >> I don't believe that it takes 8 hours to get a generator running). As the hot water in the shower is controlled through an electric heater, you will also not have warm water during blackouts. - Air Conditioning: the A/C in the room is old and super loud (nearly as loud as a power generator, I am not exaggerating - you will not be able to sleep) and cannot be remotely controlled (you always have to get up and turn it on/off or change the temperature. - Mosquitos: the place is infested with mosquitos. Fair enough, this is not the hotel's fault, but it is also not doing much against it: basically all mosquito nets on the windows are broken (not just tiny holes, but completely ripped in pieces). Thus, you will never be able to open your windows and after 2 days (due to blackouts and high humidity), you will have a very bad smell in your room, that you can not get rid of unless you open the windows and let the mosquitos feast on you during the night. - Wifi: is NOT available in rooms, only in the restaurant area and there the wifi is super slow (can't even open Google when there ar
The place was great. The staffs were warm, informative, helpful and accommodating.”
I suggest you to somehow upgrade the facilities such as comfort room/bathroom and oor knob. All in all, we really love the place and we will surely coming back to spend our vacation here. Perfect 10!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!”
Stay away from this hotel!!!! This is the worst experience that I had! We are a big group of 32. Two weeks before we arrived in El Nido, I called the resort just to make sure that my booking is confirmed, even if I already had a confirmation from Agoda. I told the person that I talked to on the phone that we will be arriving late in the evening. He said everything is fine and that they will be expecting us. Upon arrival, I was told that they had a “conflict” with their booking! They could not offer any explanation, nothing! They put half of the people into another hotel which obviously has a lower rate than the rooms that I booked! I was not in the mood anymore for further discussions as it was getting late and we were all very tired from a long trip. As compensation, they gave us free dinner the following day, which was fine. I thought they had redeemed themselves by this token. However, on our last day, we were served food that had lizard poop and one of my people had to throw up for a long time. So disgusting!!!!! DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!
Lovely vacation spot :)”
Our whole entire time in Lally and abet was amazing! We were never disappointed at all. Everything was arranged from airport transfers to inland tours and island hopping. Tours were discounted accordingly just by booking it with them. Only suggestion is to fix the shower because it can go from cold to very hot without touching anything.
Wrong room, bad service, no money back”
Service was appauling after booking online 3 months before they said they had double booked us and put us in a much worse room and still charged us a high price for the other room. This was for 4 nights!
Good hotel, good staff”
we stayed for two days separately, ladies at the front desk are beautiful and good at helping people. wifi in the lobby. great location. met some rat issue anyway, but all solved. and aware of tricycle guys waiting outside the hotel, they priced much higher than average.
It was fine. Pleasant staff everything in el Nido price jacked up. For example 40 peso coke when in more rual areas 15 pesos but you got to pay to play right. Again, I would stay there again.
want to extend my stay...”
There was a feeling of privacy in the entire complex. Rooms were nicely distributed throughout. Breakfast was ok. We want to extend 3 more days but i booked it only for 3 days. We transferred at a nearby hotel for another 3 days and it was as good as Lally's.
The place inside was very beautiful and it has a beach front. Don't choose the Garden Deluxe Room because it's not worth the price and you will end up on a humid room with no window. If you want to feel at least something confortable, choose Beach front room, which I still think it was overprice. They didn't change the bed sheets or put new towels and toilet paper every day. Good thing is the location, super close to the Main Street and the beach where the tours are. Internet/WiFi of course barely works and if you really need to use it I recommend using it between 3am-7am when the connection speed is surprisedly good. I had a really good time in El Nido and I felt safe the whole time, don't worry about leaving your stuff in the room.
The bathroom was not clean, the sheets also dirty. For almost 100 dollars for a night it is really unpleasant... We also prefer to spent on breakfast outside of the place because it wasnt good at all. One day someone ask for a rice and the waitress went to a table that was with leftovers and take the rice to the other table...
Terrible experience ”
When we arrived the flush was not working nor did the shower or any other water for that matter. No one offered us to change rooms or any sort of compensation. We had mentioned it to the reception several times and nothing got done. Eventually we had to shower outdoor in the public areas although we paid a lot of money for the room. Staff was incompetent and didn't offer any help. Although we knew they had other rooms available we were not allowed to change. We had probably the worst room in the hotel zero view and loud street noise as our room was at the back. Definitely requesting some sort of compensation or refund from your side as this was unacceptable and a horrible experience. It certainly ruined our vacation and we will not recommend it to anyone. Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you.
Poor value, WiFi fail, Power Fail”
Power failures normal for area, but places worth your money have generators. WiFi failed first day, rude desk staff insisted it worked, despite our groups multiple devices confirming it is failed, and not "just slow." Continental Breakfast basically four pieces of toast, only option in a hurry, only open 07:30am - why not 6:30 like our previous resort? Moldy smell in room, no mosquito cover on vent panel by A/C. One staff acted like we didn't pay as we were leaving to airport, asked us to wait - poor communication among staff. New generator arrived during our last day, hopefully it will work. Spend less money for more somewhere else.
