They do not want bad smells in room.So.no electrical cooking.No hot water.No kettle. But is ok the attached restaurant provides economic good variety food and free hot/cold water to guests.So just buy or pack a flask. We ate out or cold prepared foods in room. Staff so very nice and helpful.Replenishing room no problem.

Hot and drink water was available from restaurant.Suggest having own thermos.Can prepare bread based meals or buy rice and use supermarket foods.Attached restaurant has economic variety.Staff excellent.Did not see light show because of rain.But this hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing. Bus stations are located close to.public market.Bus to Baguio leaves 3.30am 5.30am and takes about 6 hours. Public Market and Robinsons and numerous other markets exist in easy walking distance. Cathedral around same square, Jollibee and McDonalds other side from hotel.Access to historic streets and Museums so very close. Horse carts, tricycles and taxis in abundance pass by. About 150 pesos to see sights by horse cart.Tricycle fees posted in restaurant. But most is easy by foot. They have own travel agency. Air conditioner excellent.TV and wi fi affected by bad weather which is normal in most places you travel.Very clean.Great value for money.

Value for money is the best staying in the hotel. The room are clean and comfort room, the room might be newly renovated. Nearby fast food chain, Church, Kalesas and Calle Crisologo. We will recommend this to our friends and will go back to this hotel in our next visit in Ilocos. We enjoy our stay!

Only I can say is they don’t have kettle on the room. It’s really hard when you woke up in the morning without coffee; or even they not provide some drinks in the morning, they must to put kettle for travellers used...

The inn is really beautiful and it is at the heart of vigan so it wasn't hard for us to roam around the city. It's literally near the dancing fountain in vigan, and also near Jollibee and other Fast foods.

Worth the money”

We stayed in 2 deluxe room. The rooms are clean, bathrooms as well. The aircon is brandnew. It is a safe place . You can also park your car outside in plaza. Just a minute walk from the fastfoods, restaurants and the pasyalans. The staffs are accomodating. Overall experience it was really worth the money, more than enough. Will definitely go back here

We never really got to stay in the room because we were out almost the whole time. Only issues are the walls and the ceiling are wooden so you might hear people from other rooms or footsteps from upstairs which might disrupt your sleep if you're a light sleeper. The rooms are clean, bathrooms are in excellent condition and the best attribute is the location.

I don’t want to recommend my friends to book this hotel ”

We are foreigners who booked a duluxe twin beds room. No fire alarms in the hotel, there was a fire in the hotel area and we didn’t know about the fire until the staff called to my cellphone. The fire had been almost 15 minutes since they called me. I was in bathroom, I didn’t hear any thing outside. My friend was sleeping, she had no idea about what the noise outside. We don’t understand their local language, and we were so tired after the day of traveling. i was shocked with the way they did. They MUST knock our door in this case. We got out of the hotel with panic and scared. SAFETY OF GUESTS IS WHAT THEY MUST TO THINK ABOUT. Besides from that, the electricity system of the hotel should shutdown in this case, it was dangerous for us if it’s still available. AND other things, there’s no slippers in toilet, and no blankets at all, there’s a bed cover which they consider it’s as a blanket.

Right in the City Proper”

Best location for everything. Close to church, dancing fountain, Calle Crisologo and shops, restaurants.... with the hotel, good if you are on a budget. The carpet is rundown and dirty looks, definitely need to be replaced, water flow is too slow, showering is a bit of an issue. My room is on the second floor and you can hear the step and small movement above us. As it is an old building, it could have no sound proofing but all is good as the tenants above slept early. Overall, the accomodation is good for location

Location is very ideal, literally a few steps from the Dancing Fountain. Room was okay, a bit small actually but still okay for the price. one of the beds move around so much. Breakfast is decent. Would definitely book here again coz of the locatiom and price. 😊
