Staff was great, very friendly and very accommodating! They provided me a service vehicle to ease my transportation during my stay there for my medical. The room was clean. Highly recommended for your stay when in Tarlac City.

Our Choice When In Tarlac”
We think that Microtel is the best one you can stay in Tarlac. The location is quite far from the highway, which will guarantee you a quiet night (as long as the other guests aren't noisy) and yet it's really near SCTEX. It's our 2nd time actually because we enjoyed our the first time we stayed. Although we'd rather stay at the rooms at the first floor. Just a note: When we checked in I was surprised seeing mountain bikes parked at the corridor. That was the only thing that I haven't appreciated. Everything else is okay.

Clean Room”
Hotel is near in the restaurant and mini mall.. All staff are friendly and very helpful. Hotel is clean. Rooms are big, comfortable bed and secure, no bugs or mosquitoes. I suggest you guys to book in this hotel.

We had a very nice stay. The best choice when staying in Tarlac. Comfortable stay and gives real value for money. Near points of interests, retaurants, malls and SCTEX (highway). Staff are genuinely nice. Will stay here again for our next Tarlac visit.

Clean Hotel”
It was, as always, a great stay. I love the beds. Ive been to different hotels but I always get the best sleep here. Got everything i need. Water pressure in the bath is great. all is bliss. no hassle. At the lobby everybody looks hurried and fast paced but checking in is always a breeze. Super recommended!

It was a great experience as my first time in here. The room is very clean, small but comfortable enough for an overnight stay. Got everything i need. Staff is very accomodating and assertive”
The staff were very accomodating by allowing as to check-in early, and also allowed us to have a very early breakfast the next day (even if we didn't request it, they just made the innitiative to arrange it since we were going to trek Mt. Pinatubo very early). The staff performance is what will make me stay in this hotel again. The rooms are very spacious, and clean. Each room can fit 4 persons. Good for a quick stay, or for stop overs in case you need a rest from travelling.

Great Staff!”
The hotel is amazing in terms if the breakfast, the room and the facilities. I remember those countryside Hilton hotels when I stayed in Missouri for three months. On top of these, the staff are very accommodating and friendly. I booked for one double and one single room and since we are 8 they upgraded the second room to double with no extra charge.

Luxury Hotel in the countryside”
The location is remote but along SCTEX which provides a quiet and peaceful environment suited if you are looking for a countryside stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the main highway but the hotel provides an accommodating shuttle service to drop you off the mall / highway. Great food. It exceeds the normal 3 star hotels in terms of comfort and style.

Nice Hotel”
A friendly little low budget hotel in the town of Tarlac, Central Luzon. Pretty basic but everything works and the staff are super friendly. Security is good, a necessity in this part of the world but they could do with putting in some more quiet air conditioning!! Room are basic and similar in standard to this type of budget hotel worldwide - perfectly acceptable. Dont expect the Ritz but for the location (Central Philippines) is a great place to make as your base - try it.

I would commend the guard and front desk for being helpful and for providing a great customer service. Looking for some brewed coffee but only the instant coffee was the only option. Did not opt for the breakfast and glad I did. Food options are not enticing.

One of the best in the area”
It’s an old hotel but lives up to the Microtel standard in terms of amenities. The staff does what they could to make your stay pleasant. But the dampness in the rooms on the ground floor cannot be denied and should be avoided if you are sensitive to molds like me. Request for a room on the second floor to avoid this.

Breakfast buffet was not available because of "many guests availing the buffet." Was served with a plated take-out dish from a fastfood chain instead... And, of course, the replacement meal was very disappointing.
