Excelente ubicación pero habitaciones pequeñas"”
Relación calidad precio buena, por la oferta.Para el precio real caro.Zonas comunes, restaurante, cafetería, hall, entrada etc.
Great location and near shopping street”
Value for money for the location of the hotel. Going to Harrods was a short walk. The hotel breakfast spread was good by European standard. There is also a very good guest resting area where drinks and titbits are provided free. The Chinese restaurant serves good Chinese food too. Only set-back was the noisy car noise created on Sloan Street besieged by lots of sportscars after dark especially during Summer holiday, a good night sleep may be challenging (in no fault of the hotel).
Hotel is in a good location with easy access to Harrods, F&B outlets, Hyde Park & direct subway to airport. However, the rooms can be further improved which looks oldish. A little pricey for the oldish rooms
Travel lodge rooms are better”
Great lobby and restaurant, very Arabic feel to it. I was upgraded, god knows what room I had before they upgraded me because the one I got was tired, basic and no better than a travel lodge, probably worse, give it a 3 star maximum
Good location for shopping”
Good customer service hotel, very small room and very dated but location is very good. Basically, the price u pay is for location coz it’s in Sloane Street, surrounded by high end designer shops, 2 minutes walk to Harvey Nichols and 4 minutes walk to Harrods. Property could do some serious refurb for the price per night. I’d say, location is 5 star but property is more to 3 star.
Another Enjoyable Stay”
An excellent establishment, and I have nothing but praise for this hotel. The staff are top grade, everyone was polite and helpful. The cuisine at the Chinese restaurant was very good. However, there appears to be a staff shortage
Close to all lux shops but no groceries nearby”
They have an amazing chinese restaurant on 1st floor and the menu expanded to room service, You could order steam crabs and chinese soup for room service. Hotel staff very attentive with positive attitude. Conveniently and exquisitely there is a ATM machine near the entrance at the business centre.
Great hotel but with some need of enhancements”
Central, great hotel for business and conferences, nice rooms but please take away the weels for the bed.the wireless system is unfortunately not good which is a shame for such a great hotel. Hotel restaurant was excellent and can be recommended
enjoy my life with shopping!!”
good location and nice stay.all area full of departmenstore such as Harrods,Harvey Nicol, and shopping street call "Slone Street" i feel safe when i stay this hotel and facility in hotel is also good.i plan to come this hotel again..
Ideal location for central London”
We live abroad and stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting shops, galleries and friends before going to the country. Ideal location and whilst a little dated in its corridors etc. it was an ideal hotel for what we wanted to do at the price Agoda gave us.
Air conditioner in room was broken”
Hotel told use to change room, but the all rooms are full, so they told me to give me refund, but I didn't recieve it. And I told hotel to send something to Thailand and I paid for it, untill now, I haven't recieved anything from them.
Rude Duty Manager ”
I paid for a room on the 26th March but we arrived into Heathrow in the wee hours of the morning because we know that checked in time is late and we wanted to rest, Thus, we paid for a full day for the 26th . In the wee hours of the morning, the Duty Manager was rude, riased his voice. We got our room. We had to walk up with our bags alone with the Concierge. There were no keys allocated. He said he would send it up in 1/2 hour. We got nothing. Half an hour later, I came down and saw all my check in confidential documents lying in the reception. When I questioned him why it was left like this, he said he was working alone. When I asked about possible room rates, he said call sales. He was not keen to serve and had a high and mighty attitude. The worst hospitality staff I have seen in my entire life. When I explained the situation later, the staff tried to do recovery. The rooms could be much cleaner. We stayed 8 days and most of the time the coffee area was very dusty.
Lovely 2 night stay at the Millennium ”
Had a lovely stay. I asked for an early checking as I had a meeting that morning and wanted to freshen up. I got to the hotel at 11am and the room was ready for me. Staff were polite. We had room service one evening and everything came up quickly and was nice and hot.
Budget hotel stay”
Generally hotels in london are expensive so millenium london Knightsbridge hotel is considered reason. The rooms are small but clean. The location is good for holiday travelers like me. Problem with this hotel is that there is no free wifi, even at the hotel lobby. The staff there were quite friendly and helpful. There were a few decent food places around the hotel too.
The hotel is located in the central of business area which has shopping and entertaining around and close to the heart of the city. It's not so far from airport. Cleanliness, staff, service are very impressive.close to Harvey Nichols shopping store, is within proximity to Sloane Street
Beat my expectation!!!!”
My stay was very comfortable, and at the price offered considering the location and the brand name, very affordable. I would recommend this hotel to others. One note, the Standard Room is small, just sufficient to enable a British size double bed to fit. If you are used to larger rooms and/or larger bed sizes, better to either go for a deluxe room or a different hotel.
Hotel with good location”
It was my 2nd time with Millennium Knightsbridge, Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights with family. The hotel benefits from a great location, it is just behind the harrods (3-5 min walk), all the super designers are next to it and restaurants are close by aswell. The room was super clean and had a mixture of classical &modern design. It was facing a busy street but no noise from street or neighbouring rooms. The house keeping did a good job and serviced the room daily. Front desk employs were knowledgeable and very friendly especially Mr. Raed, who advised us different attractions and restaurants to visit in London. He was very attentive, handled our requests politely and satisfyingly. The only down side of the hotel is that it does not provide free Internet, there is a charge of £15 for 24hrs. But Mr. Raed offered us complimentary Internet because one of the socket in the room was not working and got it fixed aswell. Overall a great experience, it should be 1st choice for a person who visits London because of its location, price and staff.
Great location but small room”
This is my 3 rd time stay at this hotel, is really great location for luxury shopping, all the branded shop Jz same street with the hotel, or you can walk about 5-10 min to "Harrods" shopping mall.but there is no Chinese restaurant nearby. Quit headache for me to settle my meal!
Amazing Location & Friendly Staff”
The Millennium was good value, great shopping and tube/bus service on the doorstep, The best thing about this hotel is its Sloane Street location in ultra-posh Knightsbridge, where all the designer shops are. I arrived early and got our room at 11.a.m. instead of being told' ' sorry sir, our check in time is 2.p.m.' Yes, will stay there again. Entire staff very helpful and friendly.
Very nicely decorated hotel with great location”
The rooms of this hotel are very well decorated. It s an old building so it s a little bit noisy. The woman at the reception was not very welcoming but efficient, maybe the renovation were getting on her nerves...and I can understand that...
