Feels like Bed & breakfast Style Accommodation”

This is in Caoayan Ilocos Sur, a 10-15 minutes drive from Vigan City, that means it is recommended if you have private vehicle or if you dont mind riding motorcycle that far. NSCC Plaza Hotel is an old building transform into a hotel?, 1st floor is a commercial store, 2nd floor is the accommodation/hotel (with 10 rooms or so) & 3rd floor is a function hall. During our 3nights stay, they got events. It is also infront of Coaoyan public market. They have basic toiletries like the once you buy at the sari-sari store, no refill or will not provide more on the next day(s) stay unless you will request.(really)TOP SHEETs AS YOUR BLANKET??!!! Will NOT clean room if not requested too. Anything you need is upon request like iron or hair dryer. Feels like you are in your great grandmas house because of the wood / old (antique) furnishings. The whole experience for me feels like a B&B accomodation & not a hotel minus the swimming pool (which we never got to use anyway). Staff are not that polite.

Affordable, classic and vintage”

Hotel is near Baluarte but a bit far from Calle Crisologo. It’s a nice place and you can really feel it’s vintage yet classy look. We love it! Staff are nice, with free coffee and water anytime you want. Downside is that heater not functioning well and aircon not that cold even when properly set. But overall, I would still go back to this place!

My wife and my son is fond of swimming, and so the main reason why we booked @ this hotel is because they have an outdoor swimming pool. The hotel overall is decent, despite of being kilometers away from vigan center. Breakfast is also a plus.we had a great stay @ NSCC..

Family friendly”

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. The hotel is near baluarte. Their rooms were spacious and you can place extra bed. The hotel and design were nice, you can have selfies and photos taken all over the place. They have kid and adult pool. They dont have bed slippers so better to bring one. Breakfast is the usual one but i have to commend them for having unlimited coffee at the lounge and also they have drinking water. Over all the place was very good and affordable.

Our room was very clean and spacious. You will feel like living as an Illustrados. Breakfast was good especially the vigan longganisa. My only concerns are no wifi inside the room and no credit card terminal because I was looking after to earn reward points

Gorgeous but far from Vigan City”

For the record, it was my mistake that I booked this hotel without double checking the location. We wanted a hotel that's smack center of Vigan City but we ended up with one that's about 30mins away. Location aside, the place is perfect! Very comfy beds, clean area, and we had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

PROS: Secure area, accessible to a wet market, supermarket, public transport”

CONS: unapproachable reception, they are always gossiping about guests by speaking in Ilocano that they did not know that i can understand, they don't serve food aside from the complimentary breakfast. Queen sized bed as advertised but i think it is only single.

Air-con does not blow cold air and Comfort Room smells bad”

Even if it was reportedly many times still they didn't pay attention to our concern during our stay and the air-con does not blowing cold air even if we set it to 16 degrees. still hot and they're comfort room smells bad :(

We were traveling by car = we look hotels with parking facilities and and also swimming pool NSCC hotel's parking is OK, and swimming pool is very good Room are ok , staff is good Good hotel if you travel by car

not so busy hotel location”

The hotel location was good and not a busy area even they are not located in the town proper of vigan..it is a 40pesos tricyle ride from the hotel to calle crisologo. We have stayed in their duluxe room,but their a/c was not working well,because the 16 temperature wasn't able to cool the room,so we ask for another room.. but its still the same, then we have requested for a fan instead.

receptionist not so considerate”

we planned to have an early check-in or at least leave our baggage if there would be no available room to accommodate us since we arrived at dawn. We asked to use the comfort room to relieve ourselves from a long ride but sadly, they did not allow us. Devastated, we asked the guard where we can use a comfort then he told us we can ask the restaurant beside their hotel if we can use theirs. hope that receptionists are trained well to entertain at least their clients.

The room and even the toilet is big and clean. Free toiletries, working aircon and TV, wifi on hallway is broken but I have my own. Clean sheets and towels, accomodating staff. If you will visit Vigan, this is the place to stay.

Superb”

Our room was upgraded to a family room which is good for 20 persons and we were just 4 that time with a child. With the reservation done on agoda, it was so worth it and it comes with a free breakfast.

This is a decent hotel if price is of prime consideration”

It's about 5-min drive from Vigan town proper. The hotel has no elevator so it might have some accessibility issues for some. Found rats in our 2 separate rooms. One room has poor AC cooling. Breakfast is plated but it's good and has big serving. Overall, I would still book here if I want to save.

Excellent Venue”

neat and cozy, we've only check-in just to sleep then left early 7am to tour around. Many convenience store below the room. There's a church nearby. Parking is protected because there's a gate so your sure of your car's security. Free breakfast is also good. Door is a little creaky due to strong wind, it will wiggle back and fort just put anything behind the door to stop it from wobbling.

The rooms are really clean and cozy. My little loved this hotel and keeps urging me to go back. She still remembers how it looks like. The rates are very reasonable, and the staff are friendly. Would definitely recommend

awful, don't stay at this hotel”

no toilet seat, no hot water, was told that the hot water heaters in the rooms did not work for several months. The air condition works, no restaurant in the hotel, breakfast was cold when we did get it

Good value for money”

NSCC Plaza is not exactly located in Vigan, but in a nearby barangay called Caoayan. Located very close to the Baluarte Zoo, one of the main purposes of our visit to Ilocos. The room is nice, strong air conditioner, but the TV is tiny (17"), shower has no heater, and the cabinet has a creepy vibe. There is free coffee and drinking water, wifi is only available at the common area at the lobby. The pool is sized just about right, water is a bit hazy though. The staff are courteous, but I felt a bit uneasy when they spoke to each other in Ilocano. You can order longganisa (smoked sausages with garlic) by the dozen and bagnet (preserved crispy pork) from them. They'll even pack it well so its aroma won't escape inside your car. There is a gated parking area inside for about 8 cars, else you have to park outside the hotel when it gets full. It gets a bit dark outside at night, as there are no enough lamp posts. Nearby establishments close as early as 7:00pm, so you better get things you need for the night before then.
