Staff were polite. Even helped us get a tricycle for our tour. Location is a few minutes away from the beach. Room was very clean buy CR had a strong perfume smell when we came in. They serve reasonably priced food and had several breakfast choices.

Your No Frills Hotel up in the North ”

You basically get what you paid for! Room is as advertised! A coupla minutes walk to the beach! Love the free karaoke while sipping on your beer or cocktail! The only thing that they can improve on is their Resto/food service, its priced just right but the speed of service and the quality can definitely use some improvement!

Exceptional service for an affordable price”

We stayed at Saud Palm Grove yesterday, Mar. 30. I was with my mom and younger sister, and all of us loved the place. All of their food tastes really great for a smaller price compraed to other restaurants around the area. We ordered pinakbet twice, it is their specialty. We also ate Sinigang na Baboy and Calamari for dinner, and their complimentary breakfasts tastes good as well. Property is located near the beach, a 2-3 minute walk. Water is clear and has a white sand. The staff are all accommodating, courtaeous and nice. They didn't even charge us for an excess hour of our stay and upon check out, they assist us with our huge bags. Room was so clean. All in all it was a great, comfortable stay.

This is a great resort near the beach. The beach is wonderful. The pool at the resort was great to cool off. A nice bar area that sold souvenirs, cold beer snacks & food and very reasonable prices. I want to return soon. A great place to relax and chill out. Staff were great, the owner really look out for us and the food was very good.

Superb”

Staffs were very polite and accommodating. They serve very affordable meals that are good for 2 to 3 persons, and they have a bar in case you want to have some liquor. Not a beachfront property, but Saud Beach is just 3 to 5 mins walking distance. Affordable laundry service.

We arrived late in the evening and the staff assisted us. Place is good if you have kids coz they have 2 small swimming pools. Rooms are clean, nice beddings and hot & cold shower. Downside I've got lots of insect bites coz Wifi is not that strong inside the room and you need to stay outside the rooms or near the dining area to have a good connection. No outside foods allowed but they have ref inside the family room.

Thank you Palm Grove, all your staff were accomodating and helpful. The place has a pool which is an alternative to Saud Beach if you have a young child who prefers the pool. The restaurant serves reasonably priced food + it tastes really good. The place is beside saud beach, a drive away from kabigan falls and hannahs zipline and if you want to drive a little farther you can also go to bangui windmills and the lighthouse- Cape Bojeador. The owners were friendly and warm, overall we had a great stay. We will surely return next time we visit the north.

Affordable, good location, and good facilities!”

The location is good and just a few minutes away from the beach. Very good facilities as well, they have 2 nice pools - 1 for kids and 1 for adults. We are a family of 13 (10 adults, 3 kids) and we rented 2 family rooms. The rooms are spacious with good airconditioning unit and clean bathrooms. Food in their restaurant/kitchen are good too. Overall- good value for money 👍

Me and my family enjoyed our stay with the hotel, staff was very accommodating, room was well kept complete with the usual amenities, and was a few meters away from a Boracay-like beach front. Would definitely consider booking a room with them and recommend to family and friends!

awesome service”

there were some shortcomings for example, the Wi-Fi did not reach our room in the first floor and the toilet did not have a bidet but their service was awesome. we brought some food and they heated it and served it to us. we brought some instant noodles and they did not hesitate to give us hot water. enjoyed our stay here because of the service.

Train your front desk”

The front desk is very awful. They agreed to our extension hour without any payment but still ask for the extension payment the next day. The front desk was not able to discuss properly the terms of our stay even if we are just in the room, a simple knock will do and I even go there to ask for something but didn't communicate to us. I hope the management of this establishment train their staff in proper handling of their guest.

Me and 5 of my friends stayed here for just 1 night but the experience is AWESOME. The stafss where kind and the place where budget friendly. The hotel is a 2 minutes walk to Saud white beach. We will surely comeback here!!!

The people are friendly and helpful especially the owners. The place is clean and well maintained. The aircon unit and heater are working properly, the room size is exact for the two of us. The place is also accessible for public transportation, there are tricycles just outside the gate of the hotel. The only thing that i can say negative is that we have to walk for 3mins to go to Saud white beach. But overall we recommend you to stay here.

The location was really nice. It is near the good side of Saud beach. The room was really clean and spacious. The only downside is that the hotel wifi was not the strong and didn't reach our room. Overall stay was nice. Highly recommended hotel.

near the beach, great staff, value for money”

for the price we paid for two family rooms, (which was really cheap), i would say it was a good choice of resort. 2-3 minutes walk to the beach, has pool which was a big bonus for us since at the time that we went to saud beach, the weather was not good. helpful staff. clean rooms, good airconditioning ( which you really need in this scorching weather in the philippines.

We stayed at the Palm Grove Saud Holiday Complex Hotel from March 18 to March 20, 2019. If you guys are curious, what you see in their posted pictures here in Agoda is exactly the same as the entire property. The room that we occupied had everything we need, and it is squeeky clean. This hotel is not a beachfront property, but we don't mind walking about 3-5 minutes to get to the beach. I love that they have their own restaurant, and the food that they serve are priced reasonably, and it gives satisfaction to our Filipino palate. They also have their own mini-bar area, right next to their restaurant, where you can enjoy some booze if you feel like it. It is also a plus factor that they have their own souvenir shop, and that save us some time for shopping, for the little things for our loved ones back home. The customer service they provide is two thumbs up! I believe the lady wearing glasses at their Front Desk is the Manager, and she's very soft spoken and she took good care of us while we were there. She would always ask us if we need any assistance and she never fails to greet us, whenever she would have a chance. Their hotel staff is very accommodating and we didn't find it difficult in asking for their help when we needed it. Overall we enjoyed our Pagudpud Tour and Palm Grove just made our vacation even better. And yes, we highly recommend this hotel to those who are planning to visit Pagudpud.. :-)

Perfect Stay”

Celebrated my bday here and the service was superb, the restaurant also serves yummy dishes and you can chill at their bar, until 9pm only though. 3mins walk to the beach. Will definitely go back again:)

Highly recommended! We stayed here for a night and we got everything we need. The staff was very accommodating, they are very attentive to what we requested. The place is just 2 min walk in Saud beach (which is very nice, highly recommended!). We enjoyed the swimming pools upfront the building. The room is good and comfortable. Lastly, the food is nice for its price.

Staff told us that they overbooked. So our two pax bedroom was upgraded to family bedroom. Room is comfy Hotel is walking distance to the beach. I advise you to swim at the beach front of Saud Beach Resort hotel since the sand there is more fine. You can rent a cottage there for P500.00. If you have free breakfast, choose to have a longsilog(ilocos longganisa + egg + garlic rice). Yummy! We didn't try the pool because it is small and its more fun to swim at the beach.
