Very Impressive”

Our experience in Paradores de Vigan is exceptional. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Their rooms are well designed and modern, very spacious and relaxing, plus their plates are all Corelle . I love their lobby and mini-garden inside their hotel. Our toddlers enjoyed our 2-night stay in this hotel.

... so the rooms include a kitchen (no oven though, only microwave) , living room etc. Pros: - spacious rooms - quiet (at least at the back side, the side towards the road is loud, I had to switch rooms) - ample parking space - still new - nice amenities - very friendly and helpful staff Cons: - TV is unusable (very bad picture quality) - Eggs are consistently served cold at breakfast (but that might be a Filipino specialty ;-) - Shower is a never ending oscillation between cold and warm

Paradores felt more like a home than a hotel. Though the elevator was under repair, it was okay because the units allotted by the hotel were on the 1st and 2nd floors so it wasn't that bad. The staff was a cheerful bunch. They were well-mannered and very accommodating. Everything that needed to be explained was either done at the front desk or on labels inside the units, down to the towels to be used inside the kitchen. Their was even a written explanation as to where the staff was from and how we could help in improving their service...something I appreciated. I love such details. I highly recommend the place. There was just one little boo-boo with regards to cleanliness, but we forgave them because all the other good things in the hotel outweighed it. If we were to relocate to Vigan, this is where I would go to live. :)

We could have stayed longer We originally booked a Deluxe Triple room for an overnjght stay during sembreak. However, typhoon Rosita happened so we requested to rebook our stay. We came from a long drive from Pagudpud and were really tired. We arrived at Paradores almost dinner time. The reception was very warm. They served welcome drinks. We requested for a second floor room but the elevator was not working so they put us ina ground floor room instead. Fine with us because we were so exhausted, we knew we no longer had the energy to climb stairs. The real surprise was the room. It was BIG! It had a couch, its own kitchen complete with Corelle dinnerware, Whirlpool microwave, Electrolux two-door fridge, big enough to store your perishable pasalubongs. Very neat and tidy space. The bathroom had complete amenities. The room was cool with two split type airconditioning. It's like a real condo unit. Breakfast was plated and served in the room. Courteous and friendly staff, comfy bed with lots of pillows. Walking distance to Calle Crisologo. I am so glad I chose this one over the other old hotel in Calle Crisologo. We loved our stay. Too bad, we arrived late and had to check out early the next morning. If only they had their own pool, it would have been a blast! Highly-recommended when in Vigan. We will stay here again if ever we come back. Thanks for the great stay!

Like staying in a condo! Well appointed units with kitchen, dining, and living areas. Walking distance to Vigan attractions. The staff are very warm and helpful. This is the ONLY place I shall consider staying at when in Vigan.

Awesome modern hotel near Calle Crisologo”

We highly recommend Paradores De Vigan to families like us who are travelling with young children. The rooms and facilities are modern and convenient. The location is adjacent to Calle Crisologo and other tourist spots in Vigan. And more importantly, the staff are very accommodating and warm. We will definitely choose this hotel when we visit Vigan again.

Was looking for a nice place to stay in Vigan and i'm glad i opted for Paradores De Vigan. It's said to newly built, well, the room we got sure looked neat and nice! Interior was pretty good! Staff were accommodating, too! Generous with the amenities, too. And it's around 5 minutes walk to Calle Crisologo. Definitely recommend this place esp for groups!

Excellect Accommodation”

Staying at this place was a very pleasing experience. The room was aptly large having a dining set and a sala set. Entertainment is suitable with the flat screen TV with cable channel feeds. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave oven and a refrigerator and the necessary utensils. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Parking space is adjacent to the building and well guarded 24 hours with the very helpful security officer. We would definitely stay here again once we are in town.

A Not so Place in Time”

Overall the staff was great and the help they extend to us guests, we thought, was very excellent. However, the place is not really as rustic and classic as its sister, Paradores del Castillo, in Taal, Batangas. We were expecting the quaint and travelling-back-in-time vibe, but it wasn't the case. Its location is also a little bit far from Calle Crisologo, compared to other hotels with the same price point. The room was spacious though and can easily accommodate a number of guests. But if you're into experiencing a stay to an antique house in Vigan, this might not be a place for you. Otherwise, if you have the budget and you just want to get a place to stay, then you can try it out.

considerate with our special requests - early in early out....served our supposed to be breakfast for last dinner! very courteous staff! everytime they see you they will greet you...cool and made us feel valued!keep it up! we hope.the amenities would improve such as having a swimming pool would be very interesting specially for us with kids.... overall it was a pleasant,wonderful, relaxing stay!thanks paradores!

Could be charged per hour exceeding check-out time.

Perfect friendly great what else canI say ”

From the beginning of our arrival I was very sick they met us at the airport and got us to the paradores as fast as possible. From the beginning it was a great start everyone super friendly and they immediately found the right medicine for me and delivered us to our super clean and tidy apartment and it still went up from there from playing with our 2 very young kids to our room service to rushing our laundry through to dressing up the kids beds to unlimited water supply I don't think I can write everything down here just how good they were. It felt like home only better and didn't want to leave. We're already excited about coming back the old saying Do your self a favour is what you have to do and book you're next holiday here and no I'm not getting any thing for this review and do not know any of the people who worked there

Quite place yet near Tour Attraction”

The hotel is a short walking distance to Vigan heritage houses, Very clean, nice facilities. Kid-friendly. Only issue I have is its accessibility to local trikes or karitela, because very few of these pass by the area. You have to walk at least 3 corners to find a street frequented by tricycles. But other than that, it's really a nice place to stay when in Vigan.
