One of the best 3-4 stars ever stayed in Tokyo”
I am a frequent traveller to Tokyo and this must be the best value hotel i ever stayed. Room is very clean, hotel is new, located 3mins from station and a few more to gaienmae shack shack. Great view if your room is on high floor. Free drinks and beer. Only 2 concerns are a lack of hot bath/onsen and that the bed is directly located opposite the room door which means light may peek through when you sleep
Solid 3.5/4 star hotel, but next to cemetery”
Tokyu Stay are a solid 3.5/4 star hotel chain providing consistent service and standards (we had stayed at the Ginza one earlier in the year). Rooms are clean, a decent size, and a wide range of complementary amenities are provided. The hotel is very close to the subway. Unfortunately, all the double rooms in this hotel directly face an enormous cemetery, so it is not for those who are uncomfortable with this.
Stay for 9 nights during end of Nov till Dec. Got a 24hr supermarket which is good for me as i have young kids.. starbucks, family mart etc ..near Gaiemmae train station. Good location, lots of place to find food. Although the room is a bit small but value for money. Got a washer with dryer which is good for me. All in all, a great play to stay. Definitely recommended!!!
Good things come in small packages”
I've stayed in this hotel many time, but since being refurbished, my recent stayed was definitely more pleasant. Love the in-room laundry facilities and the new option of having a couch in room instead of the old tables. I have always enjoyed the location of this hotel as its very close to Aoyama & Ometesando stores, and only a few stops away from Roppongi & Ginza. Whether it be for business or pleasure, I definitely recommend this small but sweet hotel.
Great value for the money, perfect location for easy access to shibuya, roppongi etc.”
Rooms have a washing machine and small kitchenette. Great value, location and price. My go to hotel for short business trips to Tokyo. Nearby is the Sendagaya pool/gym if you need a workout, great area to run as well.
excellent location and yet quiet”
The hotel is located in an excellent location. It is closed enough to station and supermarket but still in quiet neighbourhood. There are restaurant choices of Indian, French, Chinese and of course Japanese right in the courtyard of the hotel. The hotel lobby is nice and spacious. Good for small meeting over free tea and coffee supplied by the hotel. They even offered after hours beer. Breakfast is served in a small restaurant located in the same building. The selection is small but good quality. They also offer a wide range of free toiletry in the lobby for both sexes. I would definitely stay there again.
Great stay with a great location.”
I'm a frequent visitor to Tokyo and the Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premier is now my choice hotel when staying in Tokyo. The staff are friendly, the location is great and the hotel feels new and premium and the good things is it's all within budget.
We had a great stay at Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premier. We turned up earlier that check-in stated and the duty staff we very hospitable in letting us check-in early. We had such a great stay we checked-in for another stay a week later!
Marvelous hidden gem”
I usually stay in Shinjuku but wanted to explore another area. This hotel is close to Shibuya, Harajuku, and Omotesando, but a bit outside of each, in it's own neighbourhood full of hip shops and restaurants. Aoyama area is a bit upscale and quite interesting. Hotel room was small, but with mini-kitchen and washing machine! (was given a packet of detergent at check-in, so did a free load during my stay) Breakfast was perfect in the cafe on 2nd floor - good spread of Japanese and Western items.
Stay this hotel for 3 nights, great location for shopping and dining. Easy to access, just few minutes walk from the Gaienmaie Station and Omōtesando Station. Room was clean with all the amenities need. Perfect for business traveller. We'll done Tokyu Stay Aoyama , I'll be back for sure!
The rooms are small, but has everything you need. A free Wifi connection, a small fridge, a microwave, and a washer/dryer. A washer/dyer in each room! That's the best feature as far as I'm considered. The room was very quiet. The pillow was firm which suited me fine. There was a vent in the window sill to let in a bit of extra air and street sound if you like.
Great hotel but toilet stank of urine”
Value for money wise the hotel room is just ok for the price and pillows were too soft overall so I couldn't get a comfortable sleep. However biggest disappointment was the strong smell of urine from the bathroom that made me feel kinda sick. I noticed the cleaners aren't doing a great job for Japan standards and the bathroom definitely needed a deeper clean than they were doing. Overall good location and nice view but disappointed this trip. I moved to Sunroute Hotel, fresh clean bathroom, comfy pillows and much cheaper and only a fraction smaller in size but slightly different area. Would stay again due to the location for me, but just very disappointed in cleanliness
Absolutely recommended. Room was as pictured- kitchenette, washer/dryer, full tub all as listed. Huge window with fantastic view. Very quiet, fairly modern, and tidy hotel. Staff spoke english and were very kind, and accommodated is when we had to change our reservations twice in the middle of the night due to flight difficulties. Room was a good size for Tokyo standards, and hotel in a great neighborhood with easy access to everything in the area. Common area provides free toiletries (soaps, face masks, etc) as well as free coffee, sodas, and beer on tap (!). I’ve travelled to Tokyo many times, and for the neighborhood and price, this is a fantastic choice.
Excellent hotel with useful facilities”
We stayed here for a week, and found the hotel convenient, clean, and very quiet, within easy reach of a Tokyo underground station (Gaienmae, on the Ginza Line). Our room had a small kitchen area with sink, kettle and microwave, plus a washer-drier which was very useful at the end of a long trip. Thoroughly recommended!
Value for money accommodation in Aoyama”
Foreign traveller kindly staffs. Parcel recieve service. Good and clean room and tasty breakfast. Very good lacation that close to Gaien-mae tokyo metro station for central Tokyo travel.
Good location for visiting aoyama Harajuku ”
Pros- lots of free toiletries- you could travel here with almost none and they would supply them. Free tap beer and coffee/tea in the lobby. Really close walk to excellent cafes and within 10minites of all the great shops at Omotesando. On ginza line, so great to get to Shinjuku, shibuya areas, as well as ginza as a tourist. Not many night meal options around but we went to shibuya most nights by train. Cons- half the hotel faces a cemetery- not a problem for us, but might be for others.
First trip to Tokyo and was surprised how great this hotel was. The location was excellent which is most important for me when traveling. The room was clean and we were lucky to get a high floor which gave a nice view. Would definitely stay here again
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, no fuss. Staff were efficient and friendly. I liked that it was close to the subway station so it was very easy to get around. Also liked the supermarket around the corner.
Room small but well equipped (sink, kettle, washing machine, microwave oven...) and very quiet. Staff kind and helpful Air conditioner hard to adjust (key readings in Japanese only) Great view from 23rd floor Excellent position near Omotesando subway station
Very modern hotel with new stylish furniture and a breathtaking view of the city's skyline. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The hotel is set in a less busy part of Tokyo but only 5 minutes away from Shibuya on the subway. The service was great. Loved the amenities corner on the lobby floor! Will definitely recommend the hotel and come again myself.
