Beach Friendly, Staff was more helpful than its luxurious counterpart”

I love the fact that the beach swim area is not too deep and the fact that it is located in a cove means it wasn't wavy so our toddlers was relatively safe to swim in it. The pool was also nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Food was good. Value for money definitely.

This is one of the best places to relax in terms of everything. They are among those hotels who have the best staff, very friend;y, accommodating, courteous, polite, helpful, and they always smile. Excellent place to relax with nature. Very delicious food, big servings. Very sumptuous breakfast. The room was very big, clean, with wifi and cable tv. We will definitely go back again! Thumbs up for the management for managing the staff and hotel and ambience and service of the place.

This is a great place to relax. breakfast was good, nice pool and beach, went to the sister property and zip-lined and petting zoo. Don't know if it was off-season but the surrounding area was deserted, nothing to do, no shopping or restaurants, looks like it used to be busy. great place to relax.

We stayed for 3days and 2 nights. The weather was not good, due to season i guess. Beach is clean but not good for swimming due to weather. Good thing they had pool. Room is not what we expected it will be. For room, comfort room is small. Beds are uncomfortable because they just combine 2 single beds and make it appear 1 bed. I can feel the edge from time to time. They do not offer breakfast buffet during our stay due to hotel occupancy rate. But they serve a generous breakfast. You can have additional without any cost. They serve salad and fruits. We had lunch in their restaurant during our 2nd day, and every dish they serve is definitely 5 stars. Its worth every penny we spent. Generous serving, freshly cooked, served hot, fresh ingredients. We end up having our dinner here too instead of the initial plan of going out to try other restaurant. The room may not reached our standard but the FOOD and the Friendly and accommodating staffs balances everything.

vitalis white sands offer a much closer feel to nature than its higher rated sister (Vitalis Villa). You better book here if your intention is just the beach access.. the Villas are only good for the view, the photo op etc and pool.. if you like nature, your budget is much more suited for Vitalis White Sands.

The first thing I noticed in this property is how good the rooms and common areas smell! If you are luck enough, you will have the both the best view of sunset in Ilocos from their resto/pool/beach area and the best view of sunrise from your own room.

Expecting to be booked in a room with 2 queen beds, but ended up in double beds instead. Reception staff just apologized but claims it is really just double beds even as the agoda app lists as queen beds. I asked that they coordinate with agoda to correct. Rooms need maintenance/upkeeping. Had to request for hairdryer as room did not include by default, again even if it was listed among the amenities. Restaurant staff were not too articulate. Ordered viands to feed 2 adults and 2 kids aged 8 and 9. Asked waitress how many people the platter of fried rice is good for, and we ordered. Only to receive this order plus 2 cups of rice which they say is part of a viand we ordered. Ended up wasting food. Was not able to experience the beach as it was rainy. Might come back to experience the beach but seriously considering looking for other hotels to stay in.

The facility is ok, but very expensive. You can find the same, or even better accommodation, water activities and adventure for less than the cost of this place. If you have extra money to burn, this place is ok.

Old and not well maintained”

The room services staff are kind and really accomodating. The hotel looks nice in the picture but its really different when u went there. No wifi and cellular coverage is too low either you are a smart or a globe subscriber. I book for a oceanview but they put us infront of a nipa hut roof and the room is so small and old! I am really disappointed and I asked them to change. the room services came back with the receptionist and told us we need to pay additional to be upgraded. But as far as i remember I book a oceanview. The receptionist rechecked our booking and I showed her my bookinh with agoda. So she transferred us to another room and this problem occur because of poor internet connection. Pool is turbid? Am not sure if it is the real color. The ocean water is nice with pretty calm waves. Maybe we will be back if the hotel will be renovated coz its really a downgrade from other vitalis hotels...

It is like vitalis villa na tinipid, or not maintained well. If you already experienced Vitalis Villa and you go to Vitalis Sands its like a big downgrade. The bidet is not working properly, when you use it water splashes everywhere it has hole in its side and you will not be able able to wash your bum properly. To my surprise there is a water heater under the sink but when you shower its hot and cold shower is not working, my kids showered in a very cold water. The shower also has low water pressure. The pool is not kid friendly, watch out for your kids while swimming because it gradually goes deep after every step .The water is also cloudy.

Small resort but offers a relaxing and calm atmosphere. The view from the hotel especially at sunset is glorious and stunning. Certainly would want to go back and bring family.

There are still windows for improvement in facilities and cleanliness. Unfortunately, there was a roadwork going on when we were there that’s why the location is not easily accessible.

Actually I just gifted this booking to my younger sister for her honeymoon but we also got to visit them. Much better than other Greek inspired resorts in the north.

Horrible Resort”

rooms are rundown and the reception is not helpful. asked to transfer and was told no. They charged me an additional 2000pesos more than what I paid through Agoda. I never had that happen before. Stay away from this place.. way over priced and not caring of the customer.

We had a outstanding stay last Dec 1. Food was great. This is the 1st time that actual food is way more bigger than what is seen in the menu...thumbsup! Excellent service. They just need more staff at the bar to accomodate more people. Facilities, they need to be renovated... Everything is working but most of the facilities are wornout or too old..

The rate was a bit expensive but worth it especially with the full board buffet meals. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and nice. Room was huge and clean, free wifi and cable tv in room. It had a mini bar which is really a plus considering its location which was far from any convenience store. The place was clean except that there were quite a lot of flies at the restaurant. We left our swimwear at the balcony which they didn't tell us about despite checking the room after check out at 12nn. We even stayed in the resto for lunch yet we were never informed that we left some things behind. We had to call them ourselves the next day to have the items checked. They found a pair of swimwear but unfortunately, the expensive board shorts was no longer found.
