El apartamento es espacioso, pero poco iluminado y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Llamamos en 2 ocasiones a recepción porque no funcionaban algunas cosas, y nos dijeron que iban a mandar a alguien de mantenimiento, pero en ninguna de las dos ocasiones apareció nadie. La piscina es pequeña, el agua está limpia, pero la piscina en sí no tanto. Lo mejor es la ubicación, sin duda.

habitaciones deficientes, a pesar de pagar una habitacion con opción a 2 camas individuales nos cobran 10€/noche por una cama plegable. tienen otras habitaciones disponibles con 2 camas pero nos querian cobrar aun más. creo que si no pueden cumplir con lo ofrecido, lo minimo que pueden hacer es no cobrar la cama plegable...

la ubicación está a 20 minutos andando de las torres, hay una zona buena de restaurantes cercano al hotel. Las habitación suite familiar es amplia pero la tercera cama es un catre supletorio, no una cama individual. El desayuno es escaso y la limpieza bastante mala. Las habitaciones se hacen a partir de las tres de la tarde. una de las veces vinieron a las 6 de la tarde a hacerla.

El único inconveniente fue que a la entrada te piden que dejes un depósito de 300 ringgit , a mi parecer excesivo más cuando recién se llega al país. Tener en cuenta ese dato , lo demás ningún problema.

Definitely a must recommended hotel for anybody who traveling in KL, Malaysia with family. Very decent, clean, secured and quite a friendly staff we found. For Bangladeshi traveler, Pls must visit n stay this hotel as you'll meet so many deshi staff working there. Our room was so Big that we don't even imagine, two separate room with a very spacious king sized bed , Sofa, Balcony on 12th Floor...Really had a nice experience during our stay. And Breakfast food was awesome...variety of options with fresh juice and milk. Overall very good experience. Many thanks to Hotel Authority for keeping maintain up to the mark facility and off course Agoda for helping me to chose this hotel within my budget and choice.

If you are looking for a place near Jalon Alor night food centre, Petaling Street, GoKL bus, then this is the right place. The room is so big and very comfortable. The staffs are very friendly, mostly the the guy who helped us with our baggage. They also have a launderette which we thought was free of charged hahahaha but it cost a total of 20rm for spin and dry (not bad as we are 3 in a group). The pool is nice and the room is clean. Plus the place is near GoKL purple and blue line bus stop (a free bus ride to everyone). So if you want to go to KL Sentral or anywhere in KL, you can take a ride for free.

A memorable stay!”
Excellent place, excellent location. Room was spacious and clean. It had an Electric kettle, microwave oven, stove, 2 tea cups, hair dryer, 2 TVs, 2 ACs. Everything was functional. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. Room servive was good. They chanhed towels and provided 2 coffee and coffeemate sachets daily. All the staff was friendly and helpful. But the best thing for my kids was the pool. They enjoyed in the shallow, kids side while i could swim in the deep side. We would love to stay here again.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city”
You can see the iconic Petronas towers from your room. The family bedroom suite was huge with a fully functional kitchenette. Nice and clean, with a very helpful and friendly staff. Its located in the heart of the city so one can walk around after dinner to the happening streets with live bands performing. The shops closeby operate on a 24x7 basis, which is a big help, if you are with kids. Great stay !

What can I say!!!!??? A Best Seri Bukit Ceylon was amazing and located ever so conveniently right in the very central part of KLCC where it was just a simple hop skip and jump to all the tourist attractions and shopping malls - literally!! The staff was so helpful and excellent customer service and I could not expect anything beyond it!! The most shocking thing was the rate and the apartment space was over the top!!! I will definitely visit KL again asap and will stay at A Best Seri Bukit Ceylon again!!!

Awesome stay the second time”
This is second time I stayed and experience was same. Lovely clean place and spacious. My kids enjoyed playing in the family suite that we booked. It's too close to the kl and personas towers. One side of the lane to go is full of pubs and bars so one might feel a bit odd but no bad experience so far.

Room is very big, clean n comfort. Very near to Jalan Alor food court and pub at Changkat. Staff are very friendly. Jus need to check the air-conditioning because it's took quite a long time to cool. Worth for money and will stay here again.

Very nice city view of KL Tower! Convenient that Fridge and microwave oven is available in the room. Easy to access food,bar & massage etc. at Bukit Bintang area. Told reception staff that remote control of the air-con was almost out of battery.

An old style apartment”
It is located near a houses and shoplots that all are Indians living by, It is quite a bit far from Bukit Bintang, have to walk about 10 minutes, But it is close to Alor Street The room is super comfortable, like you stay in your own home. However, the light in the room all are quite dim, it is quite scary for the person who scare about the "friend". The unsatisfied facility is we booked a room with 4 single bed + king bed but we get a room with 2 single bed + king bed + queen bed the queen size bed is quite small to both person that is quite large size
