Obras al otro lado de la pared - Muy mala experiencia”
Alquilamos una habitación por 12 horas, de 8pm a 8am, con la idea de descansar antes de coger los largos vuelos de vuelta a casa. De madrugada, a la 1am, se pusieron a TALADRAR al otro lado de la pared. Llamamos a la recepción, y nos dijo que no tenía ni idea de qué podía ser el ruido, que daría una vuelta por nuestro pasillo (falso, habían carteles de "disculpen las molestias de la obra" en el pasillo del hotel). A pesar de nuestra insistencia, la única respuesta de la recepción fue "llamaremos al airport manager para ver hasta que hora van a estar haciendo obras". ¿¿Perdon?? "hasta que hora van a estar?" Si cojo una habitación por horas, es para descansar, si estáis de obras, no me alquiles la habitación. Por otro lado, la cena que incluía el alojamiento se servía en una zona apartada en un bar, no en el restaurante, y la carta solo disponía de 4 platos básicos y 3 bebidas, literalmente. A parte, el precio es elevado para la zona, no fue para nada lo esperado. No recomendaríamos.

Un poco dificil de ubicarlo si llegas al KLIA 1 (internacional) que fue nuestro caso. Por lo demas TODO EXCELENTE muy recomendable. Tengan en cuenta que el desayuno esta incluido y en caso les corresponda un vuelo internacional si no le da tiempo le dan un cupon para que tomen su desayuno en el aeropuerto internacional KLIA 1 ( por mala suere no hay en vuelos nacionales que fue nuestro caso) Pero se los recomiendo!

Recommended for solo traveller”
Everything is just great.. Its a small comfy and well equipped room.. Slippers.. hair dryer.. Towel.. a bottle of mineral bottle.. there are 3 shared bathrooms with shampoo, shower cream and hand sanitizer provided.. The bathrooms are clean even thou they are shared with the others.. Overall i have a good time spending the night at aerohotel.. Highly recommended for solo travellers who need to stay for long hours at the airport while awaiting for the next flight.. PS: remember to bring along your room access card even if you are just goin to the bathroom.. Or else you wont be able to enter your room and you need to ask for help from the reception.. Like meeee🙈

Very cosy”
Cosy beds, very clean, nice toilet and bathroom. Near to fast food and food stalls in the terminal. Very quiet and suitable for rest. But during my stay construction work had to be done from floor right above ie drilling at 11pm that had last for 1h (right above the hotel is departure level so any work must be done at night when there are fewer customers). The staffs at customer service, control centre and hotel were very helpful though and understanding. They tried their best to help. Highly recommended for busy and tired traveller.

Based on my own experience, I loved the hotel rooms I got. It was a short stay - 6hrs. But I get to rest and freshened up before catching my next flight early morning. It's very comfortable, moderate room size that doesn't make me feel claustrophohic. Walk way very quiet. Very safe. Very convenient. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Value for money. Hassle-free. Rarely, you get noises (children or adult talked too loud) along the corridor, but not a big problem. Not a long term event.

Had to stay overnight at the airport as I have an early flight the next morning. Despite the small size, I find the room very comfortable (with my huge luggages cowering one corner). Very pleased with the room and the shared toilets were kept in clean condition. Would definitely come back and stay if needed. One cons, you can hear the airport announcement in the room. But it's something you can't avoid while staying the night at the airport.

Transit for next destination ”
It’s the best service, location and price for transit at airport. Forget the days you need to sleep by the walk way, on the bench of the airport or at the food court. Get a good rest with the best 5 star pillow, bed, comforter and nice lighting. The toilet amenities are also 5 star. Nice free meal. Can’t compare with capsule hotel.

Super clean, great staff, includes breakfast meal, inside terminal few yards outside luggage claim with plenty of restaurants and shopping choices right there. The best choice for those in overnight or day transit. Malaysia is the best and this hotel too. Please keep giving good rate to continue to be successful.

Literally inside KLIA2!”
For those who want to catch early morning flights (in my case i'm using Airasia) this is a good place to stay. Nearby lots of restaurants and shops. But for those who's coming to Malaysia, you need to pass the immigration first. The room is spacious enough and its sparkly clean too. Will stay again if i'm catching flights thru KLIA2

Great for overnight airport transfer ”
We had a room for 12 hours . Room was great , clean and very quiet. Beds where comfortable and the free meal was good , came with a drink as well . Room had everything you need. One of the best showers I have had . Would certainly stay there again.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay in this hotel. It is situated within the airport. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is just one level above the food court. I booked one Solo Plus Room 12 hour. The room is nice with attached bathroom and a large bed. The TV was not functioning well but I did not bother much. The shower was awesome and the WiFi was good. Overall the experience is good and I will definitely book this hotel again. Thank you.

I have stayed here a few times before and the quality of services is still the same - A 5 stars rating. Booked single room using Agoda but got free upgrade to twin room !! Room was clean, wifi reception is good and the front desk staff was very helpful.

I love my stay here. Everything is clean and comfortable. The staff were also nice and helpful. Since I get the solo room, I hope the hotel could provide lanyard to our room key card so it’s easy for us to bring it to shower. Overall recommended!

Best place to rest before transit, I booked 12 hours double room with private bathroom, room size just nice, clean and comfortable beds. Staff service is good and friendly. Complimentary take away breakfast good enough with sandwiches, apple and drink.

Worth every penny”
I had a really good deal staying in this hotel. The room is really great with all the amenities provided. Complimentary breakfast was given and free lounge use during the stay. I would love to stay here again if given the opportunity. The only setback was the construction work going on in the middle of the night on the upper floor tenant which cause "tremors" every now and then. But overall the stay in this hotel is worth every penny and it is highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the space and comfort of our Family room. It was clean and had a good amount of space even for kids to play on the floor. The carpets were clean. The bathroom was fresh and clean too. I loved the range of shower gels that they have installed in the rooms. A few small limitations were: not as much hanging hooks for towels or clothes as we would have liked, there was no laundry service which we needed as we were staying in the airport for a few days. The staff were professional and very warm helpful. The whole place was a really comfortable stay. Just be aware to have your dinner before 8pm as most food shops close by then.

The staffs are very nice. I have booked the date wrongly, but they are so nice to let me change the date. The room is very clean. The location is very convenient. I have early flight in Klia2, so I can sleep longer and no need to hurry.
