This is a fantastic resort. everything about the place is clean and well maintained. The staff are really friendly, and helpful, which is great for a farang with poor Thai skills. The beach area is exceptionally clean, no litter, and again well looked after by K Moo (an old friend who I knew from another resort) and it was so nice to see him again, always a pleasant chat in the morning around the pool. Also, K Jiraphan, the FB manager, was always at hand to inquire how things were, which is a nice touch, as well as the general Manager (who's name i forgot) was always at hand to ask information. the rooms are nice, airy and well kept, good selection of TV channels. Food quality is good, and nice flavors. I had also left an item in the room, and I emailed the guest Service team the next day, they found the item and arranged posting it back to me. Great customer service, thanks K May. Overall a really lovely resort, and we will be back.

The room is big enough to spend few days and the hotel color and vibe is so pretty. The pool and restaurants are awesome! Good breakfast and definitely worth for the price. Recommended for solo travelers and also couples too. If they can add free shuttle service to the pier, it would be great!

If you are looking for good place to stay with your friend and family in Rayong, Aksorn is good place for spending time with your love one. Staff are friendly and helpful. I love the night bar at the beach. Food and cocktail are great.

During Covid time, we can not believe that the team can manage such a huge and great breakfast with good selection of variety. The fresh smoothies was perfect! Besides, the building and the room were designed in classic Blue which looks amazing on photos

My partner and I were welcomed by a very friendly staff. Throughout our stay all staff were very genuine. Beach restaurant/bar also 5 stars. Clean throughout. Location also great as it’s situated at the beach front. Highly recommended!

Nice place to stay. Quiet place. Medium room size. Room is clean and new. Beach is fine. You can lay down and sleep at beach. Near the hotel it has good local restaurant.

We stayed here for one night and wish we could of stayed much longer. Every part of the hotel look stunning. We had pool access through our room. Only con was there was nothing else around. But there is great outside bar. And access to beach direct from hotel

New hotel with good facilities and helpful staff”
Thai style hotel with very good standards in terms of facilities and staff. Everybody can speak a good English, service at the bar/restaurant is quick and you can enjoy your meals in front of the sea. Good selection of cocktails for evening drinks. Deluxe room is a bit small but extremely clean, comfy bed and nice decoration.

Booked the resort at last minutes... Decided to take the pool access room. The room is quite small for the rate. Many fragile and breakable items in the room - not great for family with kids. Resort is new. Pool by the room is great! Loved it! The big pool is also nice. Private access to the beach with no hotel nearby and beach hawker bothering you. Service is great... better than expected. Young energetic and attentive to our elderly who need cares. Breakfast line is huge for a resort Plenty of parking space.

Excellent Resort”
The only fault I can find with Aksorn is that it is a little far from other facilities, but they make up for this with their shuttle service. The staff are very accommodating to make sure you have everything you need. We had a little problem at the restaurant on our stay but they made sure that they rectified it promptly. I give Aksorn a big 👍 a great place to stay and relax.

We’re very happy and impress for this place. We stay in royal suite 2 BD. It’s very beautiful decor, beautiful room, clean and comfortable. The room is so big which proper with family. In case of breakfast is variety and also tasty. Staff are helpful and takecare. For disadvantages, pool in the room have some water flow out from above and also machinery room area. Should be check and improve due to it’s risk to electric shock.

Located on white sand beach and peaceful. The hotel area is narrow but long, there are reception and drop off at front, parking area is on opposite of the road (be careful to cross the road). Our room is on the 4th floor, good design and clean, just does not have night lamps. Spa treatments is on the second floor of beach restaurant, need to book before cause there are only 2 therapists. Dinner at the restaurant is a good moment, good taste with beautiful scenic and fresh air. Buffet breakfast are many types of food, my favorite thing is DIY tea corner, it’s so creative and unique.
