A simple vista tiene buen aspecto y está bien ubicado, a pocos metros de la playa. La piscina está bien y las vistas a la montaña son buenas. Pero las habitaciones están descuidadas y se echa en falta un mantenimiento que puede mejorar. El segundo día se estropeó el aire acondicionado inundando la mesa del televisor (viejo éste y de mala imagen). Lo arreglaron rápidamente pero por la noche un hedor nauseabundo se adueñó de la habitación. Nos cambiaron sin problema la habitación al día siguiente pero en esta nueva habitación había muchas hormigas que provenían del balcón dónde había dos pájaros muertos desde hace tiempo. Si en la primera habitación por las noches se oía el ruido de la piscina, en la segunda era el ruido de un bar cercano. Ninguna queja del personal que en todo momento se comportó amablemente, tan sólo que en general estaba in poco descuidado. Ideal para viajes de fin de curso pero no para parejas o descansar.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff”
We were a group of 4 adults and shared a room. There was plenty of room and a nice balcony. The hotel is literally 1 minute from the beach and lots of good options for food near by.

We choose Alina very time we visit White Sand Beach. ”
The Alina staff are super friendly. The hotel has all the amenities you want and is priced right. It is just across the street from the beach and is close to many excellent restaurants. It also has an excellent pool. The staff’s answer to every request is “yes, no problem”. We have stayed at Alina each of the 3 years we have visited White Sand Beach on Koh Chang. We will be back.

Basic, but bright and friendly”
We only stayed here one night before leaving the island again. The room and facilities are basic, but clean and friendly staff. The location is quite good. Right opposite to an entrance to the beach, just a quick walk up the hills to lots of bars and restaurants with the "cliff view" or the other way down the road to the night market.

Big rooms, have everything you need (except shower gel and shampoo). Location is almost in the middle of white sand beach but you have to walk a bit to reach sandy beach. There is a bar and music is on till 2am but this was on the hotel description so you know what you pay for. Unfortunately there were a mouse in our room but overall good stay with nice owner. :)

The pool is big with free towels plus there’s a small bar. The hotel is just across the road from the main beach. The staff are really nice. This is an easy spot to stay if you’re ok not being beachfront.

A rusty diamond ”
The hotel is just across the road from white sand beach, with it’s easy access foot path again opposite. The reason for this hotel is location location, not based on brilliant food, or trendy rooms with whizz tv and mini bar. The hotel has a mini store which really does provide everything you need. There is no great mark up. The place is really quite charming in its way, a little tired looking it could really do with some Tlc. The breakfast is a small buffet, which when served is warm, but because of no thought for heating gets cold. Nothing really as bad as a cold fried egg. Otherwise, do realise you are getting what you paid for. The staff are really very friendly and ever so helpful, love you guys. And yes we will be back, God willing.

Don't expect 5 star facilities as it is not so.. it is a great functional hotel at a super location. Very convenient for travelers wanting to explore the island. Staff is friendly but breakfast is a question ?? Never in my 3 days it was available so I had to step across the road to another hotel and have it. You can rent scooters from here and also book tours. The pub next door is awsume.

Stayed few days June found hotel good room big and clean, swimming pool good size plenty loungers, no food available so must eat out, that’s where we found the problem, if you have transport ok, we didn’t have, not a lot of eating places close by, you have to walk into centre of white sand beach which we found a pain but great to eat on the beach, you may be lucky see taxi, but you won’t on your evening return, : very few people about that was disappointing certainly had an impact on the area as feels neglected, a little run down, with that in mind found it strange hotels still asking over priced rooms in my opinion, resulting in empty hotels,,,

Average stay at an average place”
Only stayed here one night, but woke up to a puddle of water on the desk (getting my camera all wet, thankfully it still works) from the air conditioner above. I told the staff about it when checking out, but he didn't seem to care, and then accused us of losing the TV remote even though we didn't watch any television during our stay. Place was okay other than that, just old and staff could be friendlier.
