Muy mal comienzo ”
-El inicio no pudo ser peor, toda la zona está en obras, la reserva estaba realizada en el Hotel Piccolo,cuando llegamos al lugar el edificio estaba también en obras, todo el frontal tapado con una valla, y el hotel Piccolo no aparecía por ningún sitio, después de varias vueltas y preguntas, nos informan que el hotel ahora se llama ANSA, y que está dentro del edificio de oficinas que estaba en obras, luego nos enteramos que había cambiado de nombre, pero nadie nos informó. Una vez en la recepción más problemas, nos cargan un 16 % más del precio cerrado de la reserva, y nos hacen un bloqueo en la tarjeta de crédito por unos 30 euros mas, "por si acaso", enfado lógico, llamada a Agoda, con el consiguiente coste al estar llamando desde Malasia, el servicio de atención al cliente muy bien, enseguida se ponen en contacto, la solución pagar y reclamar el reembolso, lógicamente Agoda no tiene la culpa. La habitación bastante buena, teniendo en cuenta que es de las más caras no es como para tirar cohetes, lo único que salva al hotel es la ubicación, frente al Centro comercial Pavillion, desde el que accedes por una pasarela hasta el centro comercial Suria ubicado en las Petronas, el resto fatal, toda la calle y el edificio en obras, el desayuno lo ponen en una habitación de forma provisional, es bastante pobre, y apenas hay sitio teniendo que compartir mesa con otros huéspedes, en fin mi experiencia no ha sido como para repetir, y lo de cambiar el nombre y no avisar o poner alguna indicación en la puerta para que no te vuelvas loco buscando ya demuestra la preocupación por el cliente.

Excelente ubicación.”
Cuando llegamos al hotel no tenian la cama matrimonial que habiamos reservado. Luego de un reclamo nos dieron una habitación matrimonial de mejor calidad, sin mayores problemas. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado. Frente a el esta la parada del bus que hace un city tour recomendable!

El hotel se encuentra en una excelente ubicacion en el distrito de bukit bintang, a 1 min de la parada de monorail, junto a todos los centros comerciales donde puedes tener todo lo que necesites, a su alrededor poderas encotrar restaurantes de todo tipo de comida, tiendas, cafeterias donde desayunar, servicio de taxis cruzando la calle...

Situacion unica y hotel muy agradable”
Hotel fantásticamente situado. A 40 mts del monorrail que te comunica directo con Petronas, barrio chino o indio y con restaurantes y bullicio nocturno que permite elegir lo que deseas. Habitaciones tipo Nh o Ac pero con mas gracia y originalidad. Recepción muy amablemente atendida. A la ida nos subieron de standard a executive voluntariamente pues no estaba lleno y a la vuelta en standard. Lo único que cambia entre una y otra es el tamaño. No reservar taxi para aeropuerto en la recepción pues es un timo de precio. Hablarlo directamente con taxi que esperan. No tiene los servicios de un gran hotel pero es una opción muy cómoda y barata si reservas con Agoda

Un hotel de Garantias”
El hotel se encuentra en una zona rodeada de hoteles de 5 estrellas, al lado de una parada de metro y un centro comercial enorme, con fast foods alrededor como FFC, McDonalds y Wendys. Para comer comida tradicional se tiene que caminar solo 15 minutos. La habitacion muy limpia, tanto cama como lavabo, con 2 botellas de agua incluidas al dia. Caja fuerte, nevera etc... Taxis esperando en la puerta del hotel sin recargo. El servicio es muy muy amaable, hablando todos un fluido ingles.

We have been staying at this hotel everytime we visit KL for the past 4 years. The staffs have been excellent recently as they were very accommodating due to a miscommunication with Agoda booking. I have booked the newly renovated ANSA executive room but was given the normal executive room instead. I was told by the hotel staff that agoda had emailed them to reserve the normal executive room. But clearly in the booking voucher it stated ANSA executive room. Fortunately the hotel staff was kind enough to change our room to the correct one after sorting out the problem. I have never had any problem with agoda before and probably this was just a miscommunication but it truly was a hassle to transfer to our new room as we wanted to settle in as soon as possible. Anyway our 5 days 4 nights stay at the hotel was very good as it has always been all these years. Never failed to amaze us with the good location for food, shopping and of course the friendly bellboy, room service staffs who always greeted us everytime we go out and come back from outings. NB: The new facelift elevator needs an upgrade as it was taking a long time to get on one and to reach our 11th floor 😊

Best Location in Bukit Bintang ”
This is the best location in Bukit Bintang area. A lot of branded & famous shops are located next to it such as Don Don Donki, Lot 10, Starbucks, Fahrenheit 88 & Sephora. 3 mins walk to Pavilion if there is no “traffic jam”. I can get food anytime i like by walking downstairs to the shops just right outside. Room is very spacious & clean. Due to Covid SOP, there won’t be any housekeeping service as they only do it every 2 days after check in date. However, we still can ask for sachets of coffees and bottled water. They provided a lot extra which were beyond our expectations. Thank you so much Ansa Hotel! Will come back next time!

Greeted by friendly staff during check-in. Reception staff (Hairi) that handles check-in and check-out are very nice to extend my parking time as well and inform all the details for my stay. One of the perks staying here is starbucks delivery straight to my room and also walking distance to klcc bridge and pavilion mall. Comp parking by hotel is on the basement (quite small) but that’ll do since we mostly walk to the mall and other places in the near vicinity. Room is clean and basic amenities are available. really like the new furnishing (got view facing the pavilion mall)

Affordable, strategic location, decent”
Strategically located right in the middle of KL. Walking distance to lot10, farenheit, pavilion and others places. Interior very decent but nice. What caught my attention is we have to use car lift to go park at the second floor 😂 very unique and special. they had starbuck downstairs and can be deliver to my room. Room very neat and clean. It just the tv have very limited channel. Room spaces is walkable, room closet pretty nice. Will i stay here again? Definitely yes! Thank you

Ultra convenient location at a good price”
You don’t always find a hotel where Starbucks, 7 Eleven, Pharmacy, a few eateries and restaurants are literally at the door step. Crazy crazy convenient location. Room is large and comfortable. Wifi is super fast. Staffs are accommodating. Parking is free. The only small issue is the room door is loud while shutting. Might need to look into that. Will definitely stay again in future. Oh by the way, Pavilion is 1 min away, Lot 10 (and Don Don Donki) is next door and you can see Sungai Wang across the street.

This was our second time stayed here. The room without complain, big and spacious, clean and have a good view as we ever stayed before. No complained about the sheet and bed. Comfy and allergic-free for my sensitive skin. What I love about staying here also because near from shopping place (sephora, lot10, pavillion, alor street) and eating place from first step out from hotel. Just beside HnM and Starbuck. Best location, clean, value for money”
This is my 4th time staying in Ansa , this is my top pick everytime I travel to KL. The location is best, just right next to Fahreinheit, 5mins walk to Pavillion. Room is spacious and clean. There's Starbucks , 7-11 and Greyhound below the hotel really convenient. The cons is this place traffic always congested because it's in Bukit Bintang area. The rest is ok.

This is my first time staying at ANSA, but will not be my last time. I had tried several hotels in Bukit Bintang area, and I have to say this is the most worth the price hotel. Location is so strategic, the room is spacious (I booked deluxe room), the cleanliness is the best and I love their bed (was wondering what is the brand). The staff were friendly and helpful.

The service is good, room is clean and very cozy to sleep in and the best part? Extension rate to check out late at 6pm is really affordable. We really love staying here.

Chose this place to do last minute shopping in Bukit Bintang before heading back to Brunei. Stayed here for 2 night. Check in and check out was smooth and fast. The hotel staff is helpful and she upgraded our Executive Room to a Suite Room with no charge at all because the room we booked and paid thru agoda.com is not available. The suite room has a separate king bedroom, living room with sofa and a pantry area. Rooms are cosy and newly refurbished. Thank you for your best service during our check in.

Overall the stay is excellent. Their services are great, they do follow Social Distancing SOP. For guest who drive car, they do have carpark at the basement, with charges of RM10 per stay which is reasonable compared to valet parking or other shopping mall parking. The location is in the middle of Golden Triangle whereby shopping malls, hawker stalls, and LRT just few steps away from this hotel. Aiming to stay here so long and finally during their promotion, I managed to get one standard room. Hopefully can stay here again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
