Now its better because wifi and aircon is better than before only thing is that the tv programme being is not clear. Otherwise the rest such as location and value for money ; not to forget the b/fast is being served at another hotel across the street.👍👍😃🙏

Hotel located at Southeast part of Hat Yai and although a bit old but its clean, nice & friendly staffs. Breakfast not much choices but value for money First day shower pressure is low on 1st day, surpriseingly very powerful on 2nd day. Walking distance to a few famous restaurants, such as Kan Eng Restaurant, Chok Dee Dim Sum, Baan Karm Poo Hatyai & Qing Jie Restaurant. Approx 1 km away from Kim Yong Market, Santisuk Market... 5-7 minutes with tutu depending on traffic. I missed the famaous mango sticky rice at "Khao Neow Mak Muang" ...

Big room space for family & far away from City”
We book the family room and the room is big enough. There are 2 separate king size bed in the room and separate with another door in between. There are two toilets and there are two air cond that support each room. The free buffet is at another hotel which provided by this hotel. The location is a bit far away from town with walking 15 minutes. The Wifi signal at each room is very weak or no signal and we need to go to lobby to have a better coverage.

I have booked and paid but my room is not available. he replaced it with a room in another hotel. Asia Grand Hotel and Merlin Hotel have the same boss but it's a bit uncomfortable at Merlin Hotel. can hear all kinds of sounds. the noise from the upper room can be clearly heard. I can't even sleep.

Washroom too small, even no place to put your toiletries. No hot water. No safe box in the room or reception counter. Breakfast needs to walk to other hotel. Balcony door can't even close properly.

Hotel Closed BUT didn’t inform in advance. ”
We reached Hatyai at late afternoon, when came until Asia Grand shows closed with just a banner left there. The kind hearted neighbours show us direction to nearby Merlin Grand Hotel then again we been diverted to Neo Grand Hotel. The hotel too actually very nice just owner should drop email in advance to inform customers first.

this hotel under renovation, they gave us neo hotel, just nearby so its not a big deal..this hotel have limited parking and we got room with bathtub..will come here again.
