La atencion fue muy buena, la gente muy coordial, amable y simpatica en general. El servicio de buggies genial! siempre que saliamos de la habitacion pasaba alguno, estabamos en el camino de la recepcion a la zona de la pileta, no se si sera igual en las "ramas". El desayuno se servia en la zona de la pileta, era tipo autoservicio, super completo. El mismo lugar ofrecia almuerzo y cena, no muy recomendable por el precio, que era bastante caro. La pileta muy buena. Cerca de la entrada, sobre la playa hay mas restaurants y bares, comimos en el indu, no recuerdo el nombre, el precio era mas razonable y buena atencion, la comida bastante rara, pero buena y abundante. Las habitaciones geniales, nos todo planta alta, la vista muy linda, la cama muy comoda, internet wirless no llegaba con buena señal, pero habia cable para conectar notebook. El baño muy amplio, y la bañera con vista al mar le daba un toque definitivamente buenisimo. Lo realmente desatacable del hotel es que se encuentra sobre el agua, nosotros nos alojamos ahi por ese motivo, tiene algun que otro detalle, pero en general el hotel, las instalaciones, el personal, fue muy bueno, por esos motivos recomendaria este lugar. Sin embargo es real que el precio es alto, y por menos plata se consiguen cosas buenas, pero definitivamente dormir sobre el agua es algo que vale la pena! Respecto a la playa del lugar no es lo mas destacable, es bastante comun, cuando fuimos habian muchos cangrejos.. Saliendo del hotel no hay mucho para hacer, esta alejado de zonas turisticas o de compras. Sin embargo, como dije antes, la atraccion principal del hotel es que esta sobre el agua, es ideal para estar ahi algunos dias, no mucho mas. Resoecto a la ubicacion, esta a unos 45, 50 minutos del aeropuerto internacional. No es zona comercial. We had a great stay, room was clean, had a nice view... The kettle was not stationed @ the right place (we had to shift it to the big table). Kettle's plug wire was not long enuf 2 be @ the big table though we had 2 boiled it first near the door then shift it because my kid is very hyper & got scared if it falls on the floor. Although bicycle was fun 2 ride but if the resort provide kids tricycle. Apart from the room's review... calling a buggy needs alot of patience (30mins) due 2 crowd occupancy on school hols. We stayed @ a family villa, to accomadate 3 adult, an 11yrs old & a 3yrs old child. We can't get an xtra towels cos 4pax is the max that they provided. Since we are a muslim family, we can only get 2 prayer mats & not more than that. Bfast buffet was nice, alot of choice 2 choose ie. Nasi lemak, fried rice, porridge, breads, pastries, noodles, 3kinds of cereals (not child friendly like no honey stars or koko crunch) only meant for adult, scramble/boiled eggs & pancakes alikes.

AMAZING GET AWAY”
perfect for couples or families with older kids. I cannot tell how in love I was. I went there 2 years ago but I still can remember it. Great price and amazing hospitality. The staff was the most pleasant I have ever dealt with they greeted perfectly from the moment we were at the gate. We were greeted with a nice welcome drink. The room was big and clean, the enmities were so extra. WHICH HOTEL GAVE BATH SALT??? I have been to numerous hotel but this by far was the best. Free mini-fridge snacks that are refillable. Coffee and coffee machine. They had archery and kayak with was amazing, the pool had a great calming view as well. The hotel was so peaceful and quiet. I'm thinking of coming here again in the future definitely. Breakfast was pleasant varieties of food and fresh juices being squueze.

Resort Over The Sea”
Located just 45 minutes drive from Putrajaya, the Resort is ideal for a short break from city life. Shaped like the palm tree , the units /huts are all above water and each has a balcony where one can view either the sunset or the sunrise without having to leave the rooms. Wi fi is available in all rooms and smart tv has free movies . Each room/unit is equipped with safe box , iron & ironing board as well as kettle and cofee/tea provided free . Full amenities provided in the bathroom as well as hairdryer. Overall room was clean . The frontline staff were efficient & checking in was a breeze - buggy service and the restaurant staff were all friendly and they truly provide service with a smile. A wide selection to choose from the menu at both restaurants which serves both western and local Malaysian dishes . This resort has a fitness centre, a spa centre , swimming pool and a private beach . Overall ambiance is laid back & relaxing .

If you want a place to relax, this is the place. Filled with friendly staff, you will always be greeted with smiles and never say no attitude from them. Nothing is too small or too difficult for them to do. The only downside to this place during my stay was that it coincide with a public holiday and school holiday in Malaysia. We came at about 4pm but only got our room abt an hr plus later due to backlogs of people checkin and out. Other than this, all was great. Food at the breakfast area was constantly replenished though it was a full occupancy. It was raining on my check out day. Was running back to our villa from the breakfast area with an umbrella. A kind soul staff came over running to us with a bigger umbrella for us to use, while he ran back without any umbrella. Kudos to this staff who was cleaning the room nearby. Unexpected kind act.

1. Cleanliness - Every side of this room are clean 2. Staff- All staff very friendly and helpful 3. Reception/Registration- Very smooth and warm welcome from them 4. Food- breakfast are variety only the 2nd day when the venue change to seafood restaurant which close to the beach, quite distracted with flies. 5. Best place for a get away”
One can go many times just for the environment and fresh air around the resort area. We really loved our vacation to Avani as it was such a relaxing day for all of us. Service there was quite good. Luckily we didnt wait for so long to get into our rooms. The buggy van also so frequent for us to move from one place to another. More bicycles were available too. The resort area was very clean and the staffs were very friendly. Morning breakfast was very satisfying as loads of varieties were prepared. Overall Avani is one of the best place for chilling and we want to come again in future.

Resort is nice, Private is nice and clean no smell, People work there is kind and friendly, View very nice, Food in the resort its a lilttle pricy but taste good, weekend got fire show quite nice to watch, very suitable to bring baby and kids for vacation, two thing need to improve is the buggy service took a bit longer to arrived and the kids swimming pool got green fungus at the side and there's huge dark spot on the floor that near the kids swimming pool (It can be clean). Suggest the management renew the kids swimming pool as the pool it's one of the main point people came for it.

I dont face any kind of dissapointment during my stay here. Everything was great. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The room clean and spacious. The aircond functioning well, the bed and pillow fluffy and clean. The view spectacular. Just bare in mind this resort need you too ride a bicycle or wait for a buggy car to pick you because the room is quite far from all other places( dining hall, front desk, etc). The breakfast buffet not bad, theres wide selection of food from local food to western to choose.

Family villa have 2 separate room and bath. 1 bath come with bath tub Both room have verandah overlooking sea. F&B Breakfast at clubhouse at centre of the resort. Wide spread but to me taste mediocre. Chinese restaurant located at clubhouse. Lunch nd dinner at Bila Bila or Sepoi Sepoi between lobby and kids club. Plate portion is generous. Can share for two per plate for us. There are lots of restaurant nearby 1km away. Activities Private beach next to Sepoi Sepoi. Weekend night 9.30pm featuring fire show. ATV, archery, biycle available at the beach.

We are satisfied with the service, from check in, to check out. Buggy is always available to move around the hotel, buggy operator was friendly. We took package of breakfast and dinner, worth the money paid, buffet spread is good. Room is spacious and clean too. Hotel provide night activity (fire show, movie show). The only thing to improve is kids club, looks like not well-maintained

We stayed at the Family Villa for 2 days and 1 night. It was superb and excellent experiences. Staff are all super friendly and very helpful. Food (room service and the breakfast buffet) was delicious! I love the Mee Goreng Mamak that we ordered via Room Service on the first night. We had the best view for sunrise and sunset! and side note: if you are thinking of dining out - there is Bagan Lalang seafood restaurants as well as street food nearby and if you are feeling adventurous you can drive to Pantai Morib for lunch. Overall Avani Sepang Goldcoast Resort is excellent and I totally recommend this place to everyone.

My stay was lovely, I took a 3days get away from Singapore and Avani was just what I needed. Quietness and relaxation the spa and massage was excellent. Santhy one of the staff at the Bila Bila was exceptional and left a good impression on me and my hubby. Place is clean, food is excellent. The breakfast spread is amazing. We brought our twins and their staff tried their best to provide two cots. First cot - we waited for hours upon check in (although I called in few days earlier to request for at least one cot) but kudos to the guy who delivered the cot as he seemed to be tied up with many requests for cots. Resort seemed short handed of staffs. Reception on a peak hour should have more people on the desk - same goes with checkout time. Room service was so good and we enjoyed the food. Requested for a surprise birthday cake for my husband - complementary. Hopefully the management can improve the buggy as we waited quite a bit during check in and also check out. Overall we enjoyed our trip and looking forward to come again in future.

This is by far the best place to stay in Selangor. Staff’s are friendly despite the resort running short of them.Rooms are spacious and comfortable.The swimming pool attendants really follows the SOP thus providing us with a safe family stay which is paramount at this point of time.Seriously recommended the ATV rides next door which is fun for the family.Glad that we’ve stayed on the weekdays to avoid the crowds.

Loving the great hospitality from the hotel staff and the amazing view. We had a wonderful staycation. The bed and pillow are exceptionally comfortable. Good wifi. Just a heads up, if you are thinking to take a dip in the pool, please wear a proper swimming attire as they are very strict of the rules there.
