Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly staffs”
Arrived before the 3pm check in time. Staff allowed me to register my early arrival. Deposited my luggage and returned at 3pm. Getting my room keys was fast and hassle-free. Took a Premier Room on the #20 (Blk B 20-17) Facing KL and the Twin-Towers which is clean, spacious and the air-condition works great. Guest need to use the key-card to access the guest room which is good and secure. Imbi monorail Station is right infront. It is also within walking distance to Pavilion-Bukit Bintang Station and getting to Pasar Seni (Chinatown) was easy. The 7-11 at the hotel lobby operates up to 12-midnite. (let's hope with the easing of covid restrictions, all 7-11 in Malaysia will resume it's 24hrs operation soon). It is within walking distance to Jalan Alor (If you know the way) which comes alive in the evening with all the street hawkers. Checking out was a breeze if you do not have any expenditures charged to the room.

Booked during Ramadan & on my wife's birthday. Checking in & out was a breeze. The front counter staff was courteous to inform me that the floor above our room was undergoing minor renovation so some noise is expected. Took the key card went to our 29th floor room and whalla the huge room, spacious bathroom with bathtub, a small pantry, a cute round dining table and an excellent view of Bukit Bintang! Went down to the shopping centre next door and you'll have everything you need! After breaking fast, there's a knock on the door and a smiling staff was standing with a cake saying that it's a complimentary from the hotel for my wife's birthday! Wow! I just wrote a small note during booking but they really took the time to read! Thank you, although it was just a night stay, we really enjoyed it, great hospitality, excellent location, nice room & gud job guys! Hope to be there again sometime!

Great deal offered during this pandemic. Despite a little worry to stay out, we felt satisfied with good implementation of SOP for Covid-19 prevention. Given early check-in was really a surprise to us too. Upon entry to the room, all the "wow" moments happened. As we're particular on cleanliness, BTH team had shown your high commitment in ensuring the room is at tip-top clean!! Zero dust, zero defect in the room Although the hotel is not a brand new hotel, we're impressed to see all the fittings and carpet (including corridor) are well maintained without odour. Too bad, the pool is closed during CMCO. Hope we will have chance to visit again. We had minimum contact with the hotel staff, but whenever we met hotel staff, polite gesture & friendly smile could be felt even behind the mask. first let me give a thumbs up for the this hotel room and facility. I have no comments on this. I only quit surprise i spent almost 2 hours to check in PLUS another 2.5 hours to check out? You think it's a joke? sorry its not! I totally understand its peak season. Thus, may take a longer time to check in. Fair enough! Seriously, do you think customer deserve to stand almost 3 hours just to check out. Sadly, i just cant drop the key as the hotel took my booking fees so i need to go through the counter. Poor the staff have to take the blame as many raise the voice on them. 100% i don't blame them they totally very efficient on this. It is totally to be blamed the upper management how they managing the system. Below my suggestion to the management: 1. logically, you can just dedicate one counter for check out. As and when there is no check out they can allow check in as well. This is 5 star hotel come on! i don't think i should tell this as i travel many places so i can observe the system work. 2. Please distribute the Covid confirmation form while they still in the Q as they can take the time waiting to fill up and once at counter they don't waste time waiting to write there. This the major bottleneck. I not sure whether the management will read this suggestion but one thing for sure. The competition is intense currently if you want to sustain in the market customer satisfaction its very important.

Huge Cosy Room”
This 4 persons room is super huge and can fit 5 person bcs it got a couch. Plus add extra pillow & bed bcs i think it fits up to 8 persons. The swimming pool is great for both kid and adult plus beautiful scenery. The food is very delicious and affordable. The room prices is affordable to compare to its pretiges. The other facilities is great, besides the mall, near to trains, restaurants, other KL hotspots. The room is clean & tidy & got a home experiences at a hotel room. The scenery is stunning!

We booked for 2 nights, premier room, but they upgraded our room to premier club, since large bed already full. As usual, their rooms r spacious, about 57m, got all the amenities, bath tub, clean, n super comfy. With the price that we paid, it was really worth it. We paid around rm250 for 2 nights, super saver for this kind of luxury hotel. Oh the best things is, u just go down for food n shopping, no need to go somewhere else. Just spend your holiday there n feel like tourist, hehe. Overall definitely will come again n again.

Perfect location & Good spread of buffet”
The hotel is at a perfect location for bus drop off and shopping since the mall the just next door. Its convenient and accessible. Breakfast buffet has a wide spread of varieties, do note, its the same menu daily. DESSERTS ARE THE BOMB. Room wise, no hose for after doing busines 1&2 but there is a small sink at the side. Perhaps bring a small container if you prefer to clean yourself w water to tissue. Room given was at lvl 43, good view of msia and its comfy. No husky smell of carpet.

During check in my IC require to submit but the front desk on duty scan my IC in the system without informing or let me know first.It is very privacy and confidential and very sensitive for me, and before that I also offer my passport for submission. So it is very unhappy and upset for me and your staff also no intended to apologized. I requested to be deleted but I am still doubt about it. Later a lady's supervisor and a gentleman said to be a manager come forwards for clarification, after the manager apologized to me, I also apologized to the manager because I was angry because your staff also apologized to me. It is a great employee and manager. But I am still dissatisfied with Berjaya Times Square Hotel, scanning my IC. I booked with Agoda.com and Agoda helped me to book your reservation. Even if I travel locally and stay at the others hotel,never scan my IC because I am Malaysia citizen,We liked our spacy room, especially the choice of basins, showers and many angle views.

Although its take almost an hour queue to check-in, it really worth to stay here. This is the best hotel that we ever live in. The room is so spacious and it equipped with fridge, iron board, hair dyer, iron steamer . it also have its own independent toilet and bathroom. Bed is large and comfortable, just the bedframe have crackling sound. The aircon is not cold enough. I can say its barely cold only. Breakfast is vegetarian and its serve detox drink as well. Nice meal we have. Kudos to the hotel owner for introducing vegetarian meals.

what more to ask for when the hotel is connected to a mega mall? lots of shops and eatery, the metro line is right next to it as well. the room itself was great, huge and spacious for a couple. room was very clean too. one thing to note is there isn't any floor mat or hand towels for the bathroom, but I'm sure it can be easily resolved by calling for housekeeping. it didnt bother us too much since we were staying for one night only.

What else do you want?! Food? Shopping? Entertainment? No problem. This place combine with a big shopping mall. It even had an indoor theme park with a rollercoaster 😱. This place is also near to Pavilion and Lalaport. Public transport n sight seeing? Easy taxi, bus, even monorail is just walking distance. As for the room. It was nice. Clean and comfortable. might as well spend a bit to request the one at a higher floor as the view of the city is stunning especially at night

I stayed 2d1n in premier room. Booked ticket rm185 for me + husband + baby. The price included breakfast for 2 person. My room have swimming pool view. Large room, comfortable to stay. Swimming pool also large and nice. Best place for stay for short trip in Kuala Lumpur. All was good but it takes almost 1 hour for registeration (check in). And also need to wait almost ½ an hour to get enter into lift to go downstair for checkout. Thats all.

KLCC, KL tower n TRX ..The view was so amazing at night! There's 2 tower here. A bit far for old folks to go to other tower. Had a very delightful 2 nights birthday staycation at first, that made us extend another 2 nights. From superior upgraded to premier room. Great view from level 40 and luxurious classic interior and very very spacious. Thank for you the surprise cake and wishes from berjaya. The choc cake by berjaya is super delicious. Very moist and rich with dark choc finishing taste and the sweet just right ngam2 sui, not more not less. Great facilities, gym and swimming pool access. Direct access to Times square mall from hotel lobby. Of course, few little deficiencies cant be avoided like insects and low water pressure but it is acceptable because of their immediate action taken and resolved. Their great hospitality is everything. Friendly and cheerful, problem solver, positive, always offer help and meet customer's need/ satisfaction

Almost-flawless with some hiccups”
I'm going to review based on my overall experience. CONs: -Hotel is overwhelming. It's quite a chore to have the main lobby at the West tower, but your room on the East. You'll have to keep crossing on the 15th floor -My room was pretty dark. They were missing a table lamp on the desk. It would still be pretty dark with this lamp -Major issue with Parking. Firstly, as a first-timer, nobody helps you with the parking location. The security simply directs you forward. If you end up parking in the mall, you'll be in trouble if you want to drive out after 10pm. Hotel guests should park only at the basement, entrance from Gate2. -There is no free parking. It's huge inconvenience to keep validating your card for max payment of RM13 at the lobby. If you exit many times, your cost will add up. They should make the cost more enticing. -Hotels keep emphasizing on going green, and not to keep exchanging towels daily. I get that. But at the same time, this hotel uses halogen lamps all round. Imagine if they would have switched to LED, they could be a lot more "green". Back to my point about about rooms being dark. More LEDs would make the room brighter, yet more energy efficient. PROs: -Room size is huge. Easily squeeze extra pax into it. Parts of the room are divided for more privacy and functionality -Pool is huge. Gives you the resort vibe in the middle of KL city center -Location and convenience. This is obvious. Cheers.
