Pros - Few steps away from Ice Giants, Jolibee and Annie Pie. Close to SM Ecoland, Ecoland Bus Terminal and Regional Trial Court. - Hotel staffs were at their best, professional. - The room was excellent. It had good room lighting, touch-operated AC and large TV. The linens and pillows weren't itchy. The bathroom was perfect. - The dining hall was quite, clean and they served good buffet. Inclusive breakfast wasn't cheap at price point. - The pool wasn't crowded and clean. Good for kids. - Ideal for staycations and business trips since the hotel isn't crowded with guests. Cons - The pool is in the annex building. If you aren't too confident going out on your swimwear then good luck to you. Too bad we only booked for a night however, we will definitely be back next time.

Luxurious and Exquisite Boutique Hotel in the heart of Davao City”
I stayed in Blue Lotus during the COVID-19 pandemic and this hotel is just obsessed with cleanliness from the main lobby guards, reception, elevators up to your room... everything is sanitized! My room reminded me of a Korean drama (K-Drama) where every feature is conveniently high technology. You can avail of guest services (housekeeping, room service, etc) through your room TV and should you need to adjust the room temperature, all you need to do is call the front desk and they can adjust it for your remotely. My suite is clean, full of amenities one can find in luxurious hotels and while lacking of a good view, the hotel service makes up for it. Checking in and out was breeze as well. Will definitely stay in Blue Lotus again!

Best staycation ✨”
I was very impressed with the cleanliness and they had the friendliness of the staffs. It was one fun staycation. Definitely worth every buck and penny. I initially had booked the junior king suite thinking there was a bathtub, since they only had a bathtub in their executive suite, they were kind enough to upgrade us for free. All covid measures were taken and carried out well. Will definitely plan another staycation if the time will permit.

It was an amazing experience, even during a pandemic. They made sure to follow all health protocols that made us felt so safe even if we had a kid on board! Relatively big rooms with excellent facilities. The design and interiors were so posh and elegant, everything is so pleasing to the eyes. My daughter said it was super Instagram worthy! Staffs are friendly and helpful especially those at the reception. Every person met have been so nice and accommodating to our every need. Really loved every moment of our stay. Definitely staying at this hotel again.

Very new hotel with attentive staff”
The hotel is new, clean and accessible. They are still working on some final touches (bar, phone/tv directory, top deck decor/accents, etc.), but it is mostly functioning. I love the order system via the Smart TV; it can only get better in the coming months. Location is along the main thoroughfare, so it is impossible to miss.

Modern hotel . Rooms are smaller but for the rate a great value. Beds comfortable everything works. Pool is small but refreshing. Breakfast was fine. No need to spend more in Davao. Standards here up to par. Jollibee , chow king , and ice giant 1 minute. 7/11 3 mins.

Rooftop wasn’t done yet, but it was a great breakfast room. Can be noisy in the morning and my room didn’t have hot water one morning. But when this place is finished, it’s going to be amazing. Love the color and details, great breakfast (except that no one has fresh juice for some reason), and the staff was excellent, everyone. Will definitely be back

Its a cool place. They have a small but clean and nice pool although its located at the back building. Room service is great as well as the techie side of the hotel, no paper menus needed, its on the tv its a cool hip hotel

Bilik yang sngat menarik, dan rasanye building baru...... staff yang sangat friendly begitu juga dengan service staff.... toleransi untuk check in awal, saya arrive 100 pagi..... and minx check in awal, and the room are ready.... very good.... BUT, Here i have to mention, the bathroom the water proofing are slow.... maybe the property have to upgrade this issue...
