nothing to shout about. don't expect much on the free breakfast. rooms wise very well maintained, clean. but theres door connection between rooms which leads to a bit of noise leak from next door. location is near city but nothing nearby downstairs.

Well, I've given reviews about this hotel. Just make sure that everything is to your satisfaction and make sure that the aircondition and bathroom(toilet and shower) are in order before you unpack your suitcase. I would like to write a bit about my experience with Agoda. I have been a member for a few years and very happy that I've done all my bookings through Agoda. During the years that I've been with Agoda, I have made a couple of mistakes which Agoda has helped to solve the problems with no extra charges. I have been friendly assisted with no hassle. Agoda has their customer service almost all over the world, do not hesistate to get help from their customer service employee. If you ask reasonably, with no angry tone in your voice, I'm sure they will help you or at least try to. Be in time(3 or 4 days before you check in), as most hotels will give you problem if you try to complain at the last minute. Once again, thank you Agoda for making my stay in all the hotels that I booked through Agoda a pleasant and nice vacations. P.S. Many hotels(reviews) are overated. Perhaps Agoda can try to check and dubble check on this issue. I know it's not an easy matter but...........I trust your expertise and experience.

I've been staying at this hotel a lot of time and it still is satisfying my needs. The breakfast was awesome and tasty, with many dishes to choose. I'll come back to stay here again when I'm in Jakarta.

excellent restaurant and staff ”

It was Avery comfortable stay with hotel staff being very friendly and spoke very good English. They are well trained and very professional. They dealt with my query promptly and were very friendly. The restaurant of the hotel has very good standard with delicious food. I have tried 3 indo dishes. They were excellent and delicious. WiFi at the main area is good (restaurant, café and lobby).wifi is the room can be weak at time. Hope they can improve there. The room itself is good all amenities with fridge, work station are there. Functional toilet area. Aircon was working good and cold. Location was perfect for me as it was 5 min by taxi from the location I was going daily (stadium Senayan). It is also less than 10 min from the big mall in senayan (Fx, square and city) if traffic is ok. You have plenty of cab available at the hotels. You have a mini mart nearby the hotel. (fyi no alcohol/beer is sold in mini mart in jut by law). ATM Machine is available at the hotel itself

Near Senayan, GO-JEK just in front”

We have to go to SENAYAN to watch concert, it was a rush hour. But after arriving we could find Go-jek rider so easily, install the apps in android and hire them. Hotel is quite cheap compare to IBIS and SANTIKA.

Hotel that is Value for Money ”

Stay at hotel was comfortable. However, there is no restaurant or fast food outlets within walking distance from hotel. As hotel is near busy traffic junction, taxi driver made wrong turn and I ended up walking 10-mins to hotel (if used cab, would have taken 1 hour more) Hotel may have to put up direction signs.

Started to be complacent ”

used to be great but this time round, even after being a regular, the housekeeping team did a bad job: 1 - did not add the daily compliments 2 - the shower door was not sliding proper come on guys, just the basics will make me happy as usual.

We've been staying at this hotel for a few times and we enjoyed our stay always. The rooms were comfortable, the food was very good and the staff was helpful. Only thing is the price is getting much more expensive.

not as happy as the 1st time round”

toilet - the shower floor track had a leak toilet amnesties - for some reason the housekeeping team were quite stingy with the replenishments and to think i stayed here for 9 days?! room neighbours - noisy at 3am in the morning but nothing was done about it, luckily i was too tired to react wifi - strong and good tv - all major channels were included bfast - basic but still good enough extended check-out till 5pm cost an extra 300k.

Nice and New Hotel”

Breakfast is decent, mostly staple food. Wifi is acceptable if you are willing to log in and out hourly. Rooms are decorated nicely and with modern furnishing. Toilet is small and maybe difficult for travellers who are bigger in built.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay, staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good and quite near to places that we visited. Easy access to good restaurants and local food. No problem in getting taxis. All in all, it was a good experience.
