    The only hotel where u not allowed to take any food or beverages in . They only give u a small bottle of water on day 1 after that u have to purchase water for R35 a bottle which is a rip off . No visitors allowed after 10 pm . I will never again book at this hotel . From 8 in the morning they were drilling in the adjoining room we could not even sleep ...

Please kindly note that The Hotel has standard policies put in place to safe guard our guests, We have a variety of menus to select from such as, The Versailles Restaurant which offers A buffet and A La Carte', Room Service which has a variety of choices, The Blue Dolphin Bar which has a pizza menu, and the Florida lounge which offers light meals and snacks. Still water bottles are complimentary only on arrival. The above mentioned have been reported to the relevant departments for further investigation.     Blue waters hotels ran short of dinner on two nights. I was very disappointed and when spoken to the chef I was told sorry we had a big function. Breakfast was enjoyable and okay not much variety . Especially when one has limited choice. In future I will not book for supper. The staff were very helpful and next to me were fumes of paint because of renovations.

    I am so sad to say this but when you start allowing your guests to put there feet on the tables and lay all over the couches your stars will fall off one by one. It takes discipline to have a up market hotel going forward and nothing wrong with disciplining your guests on how to behave when you are trying to create a well received 4 star hotel. It is with sadness that you have now enclosed the best section of your lounge where your visitors could sit and watch the sea and sip on a drink or coffee now they watch the entrance to the hotel maybe consider blocking off that side and open up the other just a suggestion gong forward thank you.

    Good hotel, great location”
    I got an excellent deal with agoda for sea view balcony room with. Breakfast. Large room with sitting area, very small bathroom, great shower. The balcony is tiny (they have 2 types- obviously 1 budget and the other you pay more for). However for the price we paid I was very happy with it. Very busy buffet breakfast but lots of variety and good quality. Staff worked very hard and weee nice, however sometimes had to wait for coffee- although it was good that u could order expression, cappuccino etc. ,

    I would not recommend the hotel if u are traveling for business. The WiFi connection is utterly poor, I had to contact the manager on numerous occasions and he promised to assist me,he never followed up with me. So what I had to do is purchase data so I can work on my laptop.Simple things like this can b avoided by not promising and under delivering. To be specific the manager should not have promised me that he will send maintainence up to my room to sort out the wifi. When I tried to contact him about this he was not available so I gave up. The hotel is outdated I’ve never been to a 4star hotel that does not vacuum their rooms for my entire stay they swept my carpets with a broom like mop. Before check in I stated I was allergic to dust but surely didn’t read my request or don’t care! They use brown blankets as bedding!The best thing about this hotel is the location,views,the food plus the room service staff provided great service at all times.zanele was also very helpful.

Please kindly note Check in time is from 14h00, you had arrived at 11:52am, The room had been placed on a queue list to housekeeping to inform Housekeeping to see to the room as priority, You then were checked in at 13h40pm before check in time, Early arrivals are not guaranteed, they are subjected to availability of the hotel. Unfortunately we are not a Halaal Kitchen but we do offer vegetarian meals to cater, Parking is limited and at a first come first serve basis and at a rate of R85 per night, however, there is additional parking in front of the hotel, Bottled water is complimentary on arrival, if you wish to have more in the room there is room service from 08h00am till 11h00pm for future bookings.We do sincerely hope that you will consider choosing the Blue Waters as a future holiday destination.
