Smart apartment ”

These are very smart apartments; the rooms are big and spacious and tastefully decorated and furnished. The beach is a short 10 minute walk but down a rather grimy small road and litter-strewn beach entrance. The bars here are small and noisy but further along it’s peaceful and quite empty. The beach is fabulous and clean. Also there are some great restaurants for evening eating. So the main downside is the location. The roads around are not pedestrian or bike friendly and the nearest decent supermarket is a long walk away, which makes self catering difficult. There are no decent places for breakfast nearby. You probably need your own transport if you choose to stay here.

STAFF WERE MOST HELPFUL IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE AN ASSET TO THE HOTEL, WE STAYED SEVEN NIGHTS AND COULD NOT FAULT THE FACILITIES OUR APARTMENT WAS HUGE AND SPOTLESSLY CLEAN VERY LARGE BALCONY WITH OUT DOOR FURNATURE AND LIE LOWS FOR GUEST COMFORT GREAT AIRCON AND NO STONE HAS BEEN LEFT UNTURNED HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO TRAVELLERS WITH HIGH EXPECTATIONS.....

Relaxing Holiday”

A beautiful apartment exactly as advertised - clean, spacious and walking distance to one of the best beaches in Phuket. The staff were wonderful hosts, thinking of everything, from transport advice to all of the amenities in the apartment. They also gave us some restaurant recommendations which were delicious! A real gem and we'll be sure to book again the next time we're in Phuket !

Relaxing oasis”

Pros. Clean, comfortable, lovely staff, great facilities, fast wifi, peaceful. We were often the only ones in the pool. Main bed very comfy not to hard. Close to beach, quiet. The bikes were fantastic, 10 min bike ride to either tescos or villa market for groceries. Note villa market was really well stocked and mostly imported food if you are missing things from home. But alot more expensive than tescos. Any problems were seen to straight away. Cons it is a bit of a walk to resturants and closeby selection a little limited. Either walk to beach about 5 minutes or peobably about 4 resturants in a 10 min walk. We travelled with my mum whos mobility was not great so we used Alec the local tuk tuk driver more. Had some work going on in paddock next to pool which was a bit noisy. But they do take long breaks. Seem to be clearing the area so not sure if some construction about to begin. Great for a quiet relaxing stay in nice large well appointed apartments.

The rooms are very big and the staff are very frindllley there is a nice beach 4 min walk from the hotel you shop very close as well we diffentley wolud come back

Pleasant stay”

This is not a hotel. Food can be ordered to the room but there is no restaurant on site. Cleaning once a week, more often upon request and at a surcharge. Having your own transport is highly recommended. Transport can be organized by the management. Nice and quiet location. It is a short walk to the beach where local restaurants cater.

Fantastic, relaxing stay!”

We absolutely loved Casuarina. Apple and the staff were fantastic. We loved having a full kitchen so we could prepare meals. The grocery store was just a few minute drive away. We liked being able to walk to the beach. The pools were fantastic. So pleasant. We liked that we didn't see other people and we could just enjoy each other in a "home like" setting. We were pleased with the internet as well. Sure, we wish there was a restaurant on site; however, as I mentioned before, we were able to enjoy our own home-cooked meals without a problem. Lovely location and if we ever return, we'll stay here again.

We really loved our stay in this apartment. It was very spacious, had 2 bedrooms (both with flat-screen TV and en-suite bathroom). There was also a very big kitchen/living so we could make our own breakfast. They also offered 2 swimming pools to choose from and also a gym. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the beach but in a quiet area. We slept very well as it wasn`t anywhere noisy bars. We rented a scooter which made it very easy to explore the island. I recommend this apartment for anyone who would like to stay independently and not in a small resort-room but prefers space and quality. It was very good value for money and we will definitely return next time we visit Phuket. Thanks for a lovely stay. David, Chris & Nino

Clean Modern & Spacious”

Casuarina Shores is a nice newish apartment with generous space and is clean and tidy. the only comment i would have is the location is not great, its a bit of a walk to the beach through the back blocks and there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. but priced accordingly.

Comfortable, large, clean and quiet ”

We were traveling to Phuket with our there young children and needed an apartment. The large 5-star hotels only offer family suites at very high prices. I dislike large hotels because of the shared breakfast buffet and sharing walls with loud tourists. Casuarina Shores had only two apartments on each floor and they never share walls. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen to make your own meals or at least to put together a fruit salad. The bedrooms were large with their own bathrooms and televisions. All rooms had fans and air conditioners. I was pleased with the clothes washer. (Don't leave your clothes outside overnight, it is too humid and they will smell damp in the morning!) My husband loved the large deck and sat outside most afternoons once the sun was lower. There are two swimming pools to enjoy. I am certain they were salt water pools, which is fantastic. The whole place is quiet and very private. There is much greenery and the apartment blocks are set back from the street. There are rooftop decks and plunge pools but the sign said 'private'. Maybe only owners can use them? We didn't ask. The only downside is the proximity to the places you want to go. The beach is about 5 minutes down the back lane, past a pile of stinky beach restaurant garbage and abandoned shacks. No danger just a bit of putting. All the restaurants are 2 Km away near the Holiday Inn or into town. There is a very friendly taxi service 5 minutes past the beach entrance road in front of the Amore Resort. The drivers are very willing to help and will search on their phone if you are unsure of an address. Since we were there to enjoy the sun and not the city this hotel worked out very well for our family.

Séjour parfait”

Nous avons passé 7 nuits au Casuarina et tout a été parfait. Accueil excellent par tout le personnel, qui facilite les démarches. Appartement spacieux, literie propre et confortable, équipement complet (cuisine équipée, lave et sèche linge, coffre fort, wifi efficace, serviettes de plage, serviettes de toilette). La propreté est correcte, sans être excellente, mais là encore, une simple demande de notre part au lendemain de notre arrivée a suffi pour qu'un raccord de ménage soit fait. L'hôtel dispose de 2 piscines, une salle de sport équipée, prête des vélos. La situation de l'hôtel est idéale pour nous : à 5mn a pieds de la plage et à 15/20 mn à vélo des supermarchés. Pas de difficultés pour les trouver ou les rejoindre, c'est une petite route tranquille. Il suffit de demander à l'accueil : les bureaux se trouvent au rez de chaussée d'un des bâtiments. Le ménage de départ est inclus dans le prix. On a adoré !

La résidence est de haut standing que ce soit au niveau des appartements ou des équipements à disposition (2 piscines, un espace fitness, des vélos prêtés...) la beauté du parc et son entretien également. L'accueil était parfait et d'une extreme gentillesse. Bien situé en 2ème front, permet un accès facile à la très belle plage de Bang Tao tout en restant au calme.

Super week-end ”

Nous avons passés 3 nuits dans ce super "hôtel" . Nous avions l appartement juste au dessus de la réception qui est digne d'une tres jolie petite suite Avec la plus belle vue donnant sur la piscine de quoi donner envi de sauter depuis la chambre. Vous y trouverez tous les ustensibles nécessaires du blender àu grill pain au sèche cheveux ... service impeccable qui sera à votre écoute et toujours avec gentillesse et amabilité, prêt à vous rendre service L hotel est un peu loin de la "ville", nous avons loué un scooter et nous étions totalement indépendant avec tous les restaurant et supermarchés à proximité en étant loin de l'effervescence de Patong. Nous retournerons avec grand plaisir dans cet hotel !

wirklich ausgezeichnet, Frühstück aber nicht mit buchen”

Die App.-Anlage war architektonisch wirklich ausgezeichnet. (neu) Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und es war alles sehr sauber. 1x in der Woche wurde das App. gereinigt (neue Bettwäsche, neue Handtücher) Bis zum Strand musste man ca. 5 Min. laufen. Mehrere Einkaufscenter waren in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich. Den einzigen Minuspunkt erhält das Frühstück. Mit 400 Bath ist es völlig überteuert. Es gab zwar verschiedene Set´s, wobei aber der Unterschied in der Zubereitung des Ei´s lag. Das Frühstück wurde serviert und bestand aus 1 Glas Saft, 1kleine Tasse Kaffee oder Tee, Ei ( gekocht, Spiegelei, Omlett ) 2 Scheiben Toast, 1 Scheibe Wurst und einer Art Wiener Würstchen sowie einer Portion Marmelade. Wurst und Marmelade immer die gleiche. Am Besten selber Frühstück machen oder an den Strand gehen. Casuarina Shores können wir wirklich weiter empfehlen.
