Far away from downtown
It far from downtown but have shuttle from Central festival to hotel 3-4 time / day .The hotel is small but great and near the beach . The room was nice but you much check electric system first because my room had many problem about eletric system .

Good value for money but hotel rooms were not clean and smelling. Out of three rooms all rooms were full of dust and crack on walls which see,s that hotel is not well maintained. I understood that it is only 3 years old which i believe to be at least 10 years. We had to change rooms where i have to say that the staff do care for you. Location is ok but away from the pattaya beach or jo,tien beach so you need to travel by taxi to go there each time. The only convenient part is that you can rental scooter or car (price ok) but for big family it is difficult if you had young kids and seniors. From young adult or group it would be ideal but if family better go on the pattaya or jo,tien beach.

Very bad service
Waited over 2 hours to get our first room after check in, and another 2 hours to get our second room (next to each other). With the second room, at 5pm when I had to go ask for our second room at the reception, the guy gave us a keycard not knowing that that room was already given to other guests by another staff. And we walked in, very embarassing. Then he moved us to floor 8, away from the first room on floor 2 where my brothers stayed and we requested to stay next to each other. The staff did nothing about everything. Awful awful awful. We also waited about an hour for french fries by the pool!

Bad cleaning
Throw pillow smell really bad, The chair have like a bacteria spot on the fabric. The room smell really bad like they have no ventilation.
