The Very Best Ever Experience We Have”

This is not our first time stay, we always stay when we visit Hatyai. However, this is the very best ever experience for my family cos we got free upgrade to Large Studio Apartment and my kids loves the bathtub and the living room. Secondly, the breakfast have variety choices, my kids always looking forward to the hotel breakfast, although they don't eat much. Thirdly, the hotel location is strategy, despite of it has own shopping center and supermarket on B1, the hotel downstairs has night market everyday. Besides, Centara located just in front of Lee Garden Hotel. Last and not least, I love the hotel staff's service and working attitude, they're very helpful, kindful, you can see smile always on every staff's face: bellboy, front office staffs, housekeeping staffs, waiters/waitresses in the restaurant and even cleaner. The most surprised was a chef (maybe) just passed by my table and he greeted me without any notice. From there, u can know how polite they have and how's their working attitude. I'm sure will visit Centara AGAIN and every time when I visit Hatyai.

friendly stuff and very nice warming welcome smile ”

my last stay was 5yr ago, i don't like the service at all. But today stay the service was good and nice . the stuff at the front desk are very friendly。 room was clean just the floor at the entrance are always wet , i just wander why. great location for bring family travel as well as the parking guard are very helpful , bellboy also help a lot . cos my father was fell down get injured the bellboy and the front desk person help me a lot . Thanks you :)

Location Professional Staff Swimming pool”

Lovely to arrive and have a very clean swimming pool and gym together. Breakfast fabulous and a beautiful bar and dining area with promotions for wonderful dinner and cocktails. Everything is a little old fashion and needs a good makeover but for stopover it's value for money! Nice to get inside away from chaos and madness of street vendors etc ... a couple of hours was long enough after being out at beautiful Koh Lipe Island!!!

Relax and chill at Centara”

Centara is strategically located in the heart of Hat Yai. Other than visiting other parts of hat Yai, it would be a waste if you did not spend some time at Centara to enjoy its facilities. I took a swim at the swimming pool located at the 7th floor at midday and the pool was cool as it is shaded by the tall building. The place was scarce, too and I enjoyed a great swim. At the farend of the pool, there is a spa that you relax in and next to it, is the gym. I had my morning coffee at the Cappucino Corner, situated on the 1st Floor of Centara, The hot cafe latte is beautifully presented with a cookie in an elevated saucer on a wooden plate. Other than that, food can be enjoyed at the Ginger Restayrant or simply chill and relax at the Skylight Lounge. The room with two single beds is clean and modern. I love it that it has a big window overlooking the Hat Yai landscape. The bathroom has all the necessary soaps and body lotion and you could also request for slippers and toothbrush.

Superb location”

Hotel is located strategically to shopping malls and street stalls. Within walking distance to nearby Kim Yong market as well. Room is very clean and spacious, bed is very comfortable. Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay in this hotel should I visit Hatyai again. Double thumbs up.

Great Hotel in Downtown Hat Yai”

Very nice hotel. Comfortable room. Very nice breakfast, with lots of choices of both Western and Asian food. Egg station for omelettes. Good coffee, etc. Room and breakfast good value for money. Good location for many restaurants (Thai, Chinese, International) and street food nearby. Easy journey from the airport. Parking is available. Very polite and helpful staff speaking excellent English. This would be my first choice hotel if/when I go back to Hat Yai.

Very Good Halal Hotel”

Well recommended hotel to all Muslim travellers. wide varieties of Halal breakfast. Rooms were clean and nice, strong air conditioning. Very near shopping area, and many Halal food can be bought outside the hotel. Thank you Centara Hotel HatYai for making our stay a comfortable one.

Most central hotel in the heart of Hatyai”

If you are looking to be in the middle of everything, this is the hotel to be in. Post Covid, the price is very good as the economy is slowly re-building. So, take the opportunity to experience this hotel. At the foot of the hotel are the night markets, restaurants, gift shops, massage outlets. And just a 5 minute walk will take you to the local market, temple, night spots. And if you want to venture further, just grab a cheap tuktuk to visit your favourite spots.

The hotel have it all”

We stayed for two nights and everything was to our satisfaction. The room was very clean and the staff was professional and super friendly. The pool and gym were clean and left nothing more to ask for. This is a top-notch hotel.

Great stay”

Love the location of this hotel. Halal food everywhere roght outside the hotel. 2nd time staying here. The plan to get this hotel just because so i can eat the good food everyday. Hahaha. I watched Man u vs Pool game at the hotel cafe at the lobby, my wife took up cooking lessons at the hotel taught by the chefs. Secure parking for my motorbike and a friend's car. Everything was perfect!!

This is so so so much better then lee gardens / plaza. The staff is extremely friendly ! The lobby is fantastic! Even went for a drink there ! The wifi is good as well. To be honest i was expecting like lee garden but I WAS TAKEN BACK by how beautiful and nicely made everything is !

Excellent stay”

Love everything about the hotel.. modern clean.. furniture not as worn out like other hotel hv stayed.. it has swimming pool on e 7th level and gym.. staff esp the bellboy are very helpful and pleasant.. my children enjoyed as well as it is easily access to the delicious halal food ard the Lee garden market.. there is called tunnel market just below the hotel when u exit from the lobby.. sells halal delicious n affordable food till midnight.. tuk tuk are all around.. or u cn just book grab within minutes it will b avail.

Strategic location ”

First time stay in Centara even I'm always going Hatyai...love thier service and the super cozy room. it was super nice until i just think to stay at room for whole day but too bad...i need to shopping....hahaha Just in front of Lee Garden Area night market with many nice street food , kim yong market ...will come back again next time

Helpful and knowledgeable staff”

Our stay was very satisfying. Comfy beds. Halal buffet breakfast (certified by some local muslim council). Great staff. My friend was looking for a shop that sells Muaythai accessories. No one outaide could help us. The concierge did. 5 stars all around.

Centrally located & clean room”

Looks fresh, refurbished & everything works well. Firm bed & pillows, clean room, strong hot water shower pressure & good air conditioning. The complimentary WiFi signal is good.

Excellent ”

Clean rooms, excellent location, clean but rooms r slightly smaller compared to other hotels around the area. Only 2 socket for use. Other then that, all is good and satisfactory.

As good as ever”

Hav always been staying at this hotel when i visit Haiyat. One of the best around the area. In view its my birthday, this time they upgraded my room and gave me a birthday cake free. Good service. Good location.
