Comfortable accommodation in central Rayong”
Rayong is not exactly a tourism magnet in it's own right, but makes a good base from which to tour the fruit orchards of the province. Charisma is a modern multi-storey building with large, clean and convenient rooms. Bath is modern and all the plumbing works flawlessly, as one would expect of a newer property. We were very comfortable for our 3-night stay, and lacked for nothing. We highly recommend the place!

New hotel with great value ”
The hotel is located in the city centre. Good location with plenty of parking. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. It was also great value for money. The only thing I didn't like was pillows which was extremely uncomfortable. Getting a good night's sleep can be a bit difficult.

You can have breakfast for 100 baht at the cafe. Both western and Thai food are delicious. However, the female manager has no service spirit. The other cafe and hotel staff are very friendly. Suites have microwaves but no cutlery. So 4 stars.

The hotel itself is great. Room is nice and clean., But it's beside a main road. There is not much around the hotel. You have to walk about 10mins to the nearest shopping mall.

Nice big room with kitchen and comfortable bed”
This time we booked one of the bigger rooms. It comes complete with a kitchen, plates, sink and microwave. We came by car, so transport wasn't an issue but there's a baht is that will bring you there from the bus station also.

Great location, close to the main road (Sukhumvit rd.) convenient to go around the places where we want to visit in Rayong. Good staffs and room was clean. Ps. Don’t forget to enjoy breakfast and coffee at whitebeam cafe. It’s so nice.!!! I will back here again if i have a chance.
