Awesome place, beautiful gardens, off the beaten path and a great coffee shop. Staff very polite, ordered room service had great food delivered to our room.

A bit older but well maintained and perfectly clean and comfortable. Great value! Staff were very pleasant and helpful. When I go to Korat to stay overnight I will definitely stay there again! Close to the mall which is within walking distance but I’m guessing most will want to drive to it. There is an evening market a couple of kilometers away so if you want some local food at local food prices head towards the Family Mart which is next door to the market. All in all a good experience!

Such a lovely place with outstanding staff. Garden was a hidden extra lots of set ups for photos. 1 and only downside ... whilst looking for cutlery noticed how dirty cupboards were. In saying that room was perfect. Would defove to stay again.

Older style accomodation so if you like modern style maybe not what you want. We liked it. Older style decor in our accomodation. Different from a hotel room. Small lounge area and separate bedroom area. The houses/rooms were like a small village. The coffee place and restaurant were a very different style from the accommodation. Modern, very pleasant indoor and outdoor areas. Food and service good. Good location only minutes from terminal 21 mall. We would stay at this hotel again.

Lovely resort. Near to Terminal 21 but need a car for going in/out. Good place when you bring the whole parents from it has living room separate from bedroom.

Staff at the reception stole 200 baht”
I left 9 hours before check out time, left my lady there until check out. The girls at the reception desk would not give the 200 deposit back to my lady at checkout time. The reception girl said she "didn't have". So that means that because I am the one who gave the deposit, but didn't personally get the deposit in my hand, just a simple theft was made. This is a nonsense act for such a small amount, but it is still not right. I am sure this is done frequently, so I will be getting a receipt each time for even a small deposit. If you are like me & not a fan of being taken advantage of, get receipts, they are very necessary.

Dirty experience”
The room we booked had an old dirty, mouldy mattress leaning up against the window. The room smelt awful and had an overpowering musty smell. When we objected to the room, the staff asked us if we wanted them to clean it. No amount of cleaning would have gotten rid of that smell. We were then offered two separate rooms, which meant our twelve year old boy would be in a different apartment to us. We accepted anyway and found after a while that the smell and feeling in the room was not good. So we left, and will never return. Not recommended, there are much, much better stays in Nahkon Ratchasima for a similar price.

Cozy resort, always stay here when in Korat!!”
Have stayed in the 1 bedroom cottages as well as the 2 storey family homes as well. My family had lots of space and had a great time staying here. We enjoyed eating at their cozy cafe and will continue to visit this property whenever we are in town. Tuktuk/taxi are available on request and is located very near The Mall Korat!!

We stayed here 3 years ago and now it is even better than before, they have a new restaurant & reception which is well designed. The menu and food is fantastic and the gardens are exceptionally well kept. Really like this place and thoroughly recommend it.

The place was very big clean and cozy there were 4 of us staying in the house with 2 big bed rooms two bathrooms a kitchen and a livingroom actually the house can fit 6 people easily for very cheap price. LOVE IT

Our home away from home!!”
My wife and I always stay at Chayada, when travelling thru Korat. Although located off the main road, it is perfectly located between both shopping malls (The Mall and Terminal 21 Korat), about a 5-7 min. tuktuk ride. We stayed in our fav. 1 bedroom house/cottage, soft enough bed, living room, normal size fridge and a simple enough bathroom. Dining here was absolutely a treat, didn't break the bank and taste and presentation was great. Breakfast is not buffet anymore and they offer a decent selection of set menu dishes. As far as getting around the city, reception will gladly call tuktuk or taxi service, usually arriving promptly. The resort does lack some hotel amen. like swimming pool, weight room etc. , but the value for money, coziness and good food and location, keep bringing us back!!
