En un anyo me he alojado mas de cinco veces y he propuesto el mismo proposicion de cambiar las toallas a las nuevas. Las de presente son muy usadas y no me gusta usar tan gastadas.... n cambio sobre la localizacion este hotel queda muy cerca al trafico publico, restaurantes, cines etc. Los empleados del hotel son muy amables.

El hotel es ideal para pasar una noche en transito en KL, ya que esta entre el aeropuerto y KL. Es ideal para hacer compras, ya que esta dentro de uno de los shoppings mas grandes de KL, mas alla de esto, no tiene grandes atractivos. No tiene WIFI gratis y no es facil conseguirla por la zona.

Esta cerca de una boca de tren y muy cerca de gran Sentral, esta encima de un gran centro comercial que tiene todo tipo de tiendas, la ubicacion no podia ser mejor si son los ultimos dias de vacaciones y se quieren hacer compras de ropa y electronicos, ya que tiene desde tiendas de marcas famosas hasta las mas baratas.

Best Location & Best Service”
Starting from calling the hotel for confirmation i was greet with a very helpfull person on the phone,upon check in it was breeze check in with a friendly smiley face at the reception.Room are ready upon check in and room is very clean with all the eminities.The reason i choose this hotel is due to location,easy accsess to MRT next to hotel walking distant and hotel are attach to Huge Midvalley shopping centre,direct accsess via hotel lobby.Room Service was excellent 20 minutes waiting only and food is delecious.Spacious parking space and kindly go to reception for validation of ticket for free.Nice touch was a letter from Housekeeping Miss Yusniza and team for doing a good job in maintaining my room clean.This is not my first time in this hotel and definately will not be my last...they have maintain their service and i am glad to stay here again and again.Good job for all the team in Cititel,keep up the good work.

My family and I always stay at cititel when we are in KL because of its strategic location which is directly in Midvalley mall. Although the room may not be as spacious but I think it is tally with the price paid since I booked the most basic room. All necessary items were provided (hair dryer, fridge, safety box, toiletries, coffee tea, water). I like the fact that they have a USB port right next to the bed which makes it so easy to charge phones (no need cable heads anymore, and can laze in bed to watch dramas without worrying of a flat battery- not advisable though haha) Staff are very kind and helpful too. Provided extra pillows and water bottles as requested. *If you parked here, don't forget to validate your tng card at the hotel lobby before leaving because there is a flat rate parking fee of RM5 for hotel guests.

Like the friendliness of the staff and room is always keep clean. My recommendation is for breakfast menu to be change on a regular basis not the same menu over and over ... and also for refill of the menu especially during peak hours where there are many hotels guest having their breakfast, all in all will stay there again.

The room has been renovated with a new design and is beautiful. The room was clean , comfortable and the location was great. The hotel is link to the Mid Valley megamall. Very convenient and safe. Hotel staff very nice & polite . Hope you guys have a good stay at this hotel

We were impressed with the hospitality in place. All adults are checked whether we have completed 2 doses of vaccine. We feel that this is highly important during this time. Please keep up this good work. About the rooms, everything were good. But for the breakfast, we were told by the reception that it would be buffet breakfast. The next day we went to the restaurant and was told to place order from the packages available.

Last time i stayed in this hotel, the room was old but since i loved the location and easy access to food, i decided to stay again. Suprisingly the room was renovated nicely and i love the fact that the room has both aircond and fan. It was very comfortable stay

This were my 2nd check in. Love this hotel because its clean and the iron provided in the room.Really need iron when I travelled with my kids. The hotel is at the nearest attraction of Kuala Lumpur. Easy to transit to KTM komuter and LRT Station.

Most amazing stay at Cititel, clean, neat, tidy, friendly and helpful staff. The MidValley Megamall East Entrance is a few steps away from the hotel Lobby entrance or a small narrow passage way into Mall. My room was neat, spacious, daily housekeeping, bathroom was clean too.

Great location, great for a shortgetaway”
Was there for StandChart Run and was looking at somewhere convenient to stay. Cititel is the place i always stay at when i head to PJ area. It is attached to the MidValley Megamall which is super convenient. Make a great place for short getaway! They are undergoing upgrading, so it is a little noisy right now but it will be good once it is done.

Beside excellent location, the free parking is a plus point. Just take the ticket at the entry point and validate it when u check out. The breakfast was great and the staffs there were very friendly.

I am a regular The Garden Hotel customer but i found out the the friendliness staff of cititel hotel easily beaten The Garden Hotel. Eg: When I went into the restaurant for a morning breakfast and to my surprise the environment of welcome is different. You totally feel welcome if comparing to the garden. Even i was wearing T shirt, cap and short pants. Anyway kudos to cititel hotel and i will definitely return monthly....

The location of the hotel has no doubt. I had checked in late on that day they are patience and able to handle my problem, ie smoking smell in the room despite it is a non smoking room. The only setback is their breakfast due to pandemic. They have change the buffet breakfast to service breakfast with limited choices. I miss their breakfast last time. Overall I paid for a very low price to enjoy god service.

So glad we googled and found Cititel Mid Valley. The location is superb: so near the KTM (train) stop. Free bus shuttle to LRT (Bangsar) runs every half hour at the South Entrance outside ESPRIT shop. We avoided road traffic by taking the LRT to meet friends and relatives who pick us up from the LRT near them avoids heavy road traffic

Besides the LRT, you can also board the MRT feeder bus (for a nominal fee) which will take you to the Pusat Damansara MRT station, from there you can take the MRT to Bukit Bintang and also One Utama.
