Muy lindo hotel. Tuvimos una buena estadía. Limpio, cómodo ! El personal súper amable. Abajo hay un restaurante que cierra tarde. Cruzando la calle está la estación de tren. Muy buena ubicación! Nos dejaron dejar las valijas allí después de hacer el check out. El único problema fue que el wifi no andaba de lo más bien, se desconectaba !! El resto todo bien.. recomendado.

Lo peor del hotel es el baño. En las fotos no se aprecia bien, pero es con ducha 'junta' con el resto del baño. Si te duchas dejas todo callado, y está encima prácticamente del lavabo, no puedes ni dejar algo encima. Luego, si miras más hoteles de la misma calle, sospechosamente verás que las fotos de los baños son las mismas! Por otro lado nos dieron habitación sin ventana. En la parte positiva, la cama muy cómoda y muy buena ubicación. Sólo estuvimos una noche

A budget hotel with excellent service and comfortable rooms”
Stayed here for a week. The receptionist on duty greeted at me with warm welcoming gesture, even I checked in almost midnight. Despite with MCO happening, their service met exceeding from what I expected as a budget hotel. I was given the room 212, with windows. You can see the umbrellas hang up on the wires outside as a nice view and take pics. I heard machine noises outside during daytime but it won't last long, usually it would lower down around night and stopped when I'm about to go to sleep around midnight. The room looks very nice with its super comfortable bed and pillows provided. TV functions well but not sure how to view other channels, which didn't raise my concern as I was outside most of the time. There is also a mini fridge provided if you need to store cold beverage and food like dessert. Bathroom is well equipped with shower, heater and presentable toilet. The housekeeping attendant always greeted me when he saw me outside of my room while he was cleaning other rooms, asking if my room requires to be cleaned and prepared. Not many budget hotels do that, which was surprisingly nice! The only downside during my stay is my morning on 5th day wasn't pleasant due to the water turned muddy. Though it wasn't the hotel's fault, it happened due to the maintenance nearby which is outside around Brickfields area. The Malay lady and Indian men at the front counter were very helpful when I needed help on receiving my incoming parcels and other matters. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hidden gem! Definitely recommended for those who are looking for cheap, affordable and comfortable short or long stay. City Central Hotel will be on my top 3 list for budget hotels in KL Sentral ☺️

We were a family of four and stayed for 3 nights in city central hotel. We were welcomed at the reception with a big smile and a welcome drink. The staff did a wonderful job. The rooms were clean with basic amenities. The hotel has a nice vegetarian Indian restaurant attached to it. The breakfast was delicious. We even ate at multiple occasions at the hotel as all of us in d family relished the taste of both north and South Indian dishes. We hope to come back and stay at the same place.

This is an excellent hotel and place to live for few days or few weeks in Kuala Lumpur. All things are too close, great restaurants, subway, train to the airport. Staff are cool, helpful and friendly. Rooms, halls and elevator are really very clean. You get two bottle of mineral water every day, I guess we can ask more when you finish it (I didn't try that but I think they will give you if you ask more). For sure I will be back to this hotel. Excellent!

The location is superb as mentioned by others. It's just right opposite nu sentral .the staffs are very friendly and helpful too. Especially the bell boy who greeted us nicely all the time. Next is the room for 4 is good enough. It has 2 Queen beds which are comfortable enough for this price. The pillows are ok too. The air-conditioned works well too. And the room is clean! Will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Smack in the center of Brickfields, this hotel is perfect for those travelling solo or an a quick business trip. Located next door to KL Sentral, this place couldn’t get any better for those who are travelling using public transportation mode. Plenty of dining options to choose from - Indian, Thai-Malay or even fine dining all available within walking distance. Hotel is really clean & cozy with friendly staff. Parking will be a bit tough as you will have to park by the roadside, competing against other hotels & offices.

I stayed in this hotel with my bestfriend. The hotel is good and clean. All staff are friendly and nice especially the one who was assigned in their restaurant (night shift) he is very kind. I will recommend this hotel to any traveller who would love to visit KL and I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I get back to Malaysia.

price is reasonable, we stayed for 5 days for under rm200, the location is very strategic (walking distance to 24hr laundry, street foods, 99 , mall and the train station), easy to spot as it is next to the main road, the room is equipped with electric kettle, wardrobe with hangers, dental kit, toiletries (incl towel), tv, few bottled water, and a mini fridge(!!) . ironing facilities is available too but shared with other guests, overall its a refreshing stay. The staff is friendly and help us with anything we were curious about and oh! they also can hold our luggage after we checked out. Top notch service for a budget hotel

The place is clean and very friendly staff. The room might be small but definitely value for money. My Deluxe triple room has enough plugs for each one of us and even has a mini fridge. Breakfast was definitely worth what your paying for. May not have that much options but definitely better than just ‘coffee and toast’ type breakfast.

The room is suitable for solo travel and couple. It is depend on someone's comfortable. The room has no any window.The staff was very nice as they treat people nicely. The room was no sound proof, so you will hear the next door sound when they enter the bathroom. For me, the hotel is affordable and comfortable.

For sleeping only, not a big issue here. We came in a group of 4 male. Even though room a little small for our sizes but we did not feel cramped. Toilets clean, shower refreshing. For breakfast package, we ate at kedai mamak that is adequate for our taste palette. That mamak kedai even got robot!. All OK.
