Nos hospedamos en el hotel dos noches, la habitación era grande, comoda, con TV, aire acondicionado, café, te y aguas a disposición. El baño amplio, muy lindo y limpio. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a una cuadra hay un restaurant indio que se come muy rico. Todo el personal es muy amable. Totalmente recomendable.

I stay this Hotel end of May.Arrived late night but the reception Guy Pradeep very helpful and confirmed my reservation by Agoda.The place is very quite and silent most of the rooms are vacant maybe the situation in Sri Lanka. The place is near to most of the good shopping malls in town majestic city,liberty plaza,one galle face,my favorite restaurant Manhattan Fish market reached within five minutes by work.I travel for Visa purposes looking for hotel near American Embassy,this place never make me upset.So Rajan hope his name spell here correct very very attentive and helpful,sometimes I brought food in room dining no delay he provide me cutlery and plate. Best room services,place is very clean and tidy,on my room wall there is frame of historical photos about Sri Lankan history.Most thank you Pradeep and Rajan,You both are top bloke.Definitely I will come back.Hasta La vista HAKUNA MATATA

Mr.Francis the in-charge person is a very kind and friendly person , gave us a lot of useful information. This accommodations is a very good location near by seaside. And the local railway train just beside the sea, very special view. Also easy to find Super Market and restaurant.

Noisy”
You can hear everything going on around you in the kitchen and the corridor. Really hard to relax at times. The bed sheets were old, reused and had holes in them. The WIFI is only useful in the morning when everyone is asleep then it becomes terrible and you can't even watch YouTube videos at the lowest quality and downloading images in what's app takes a lot of time. Value for money is acceptable to sleep only but I personally couldn't sleep from all the noise and would recommend a different hotel.

Good property with very poor management team”
Location wise its very gd,room size gd,but management team is really unacceptable. Always had an issue with wifi,if u ask they said its nt unlimited. Poor poor,,in which world u r living.

Pictures do not match hotel in person. Facilities run-down and in need of an upgrade. Room was a disappointment, and very noisy from old appliances and thin walls.

The hotel’s breakfast for they charged $10/- per person is only egg omelete (once) bread butter jam, tea and coffee!!!! Nothing else!!!! From last fifteen days i eat omlete😩😩😩 cokcroaches in bathroom, bathroom water problem!!!! Water logging in bathroom!!!! No cleanliness, we had to request them to send for clean than they send!!!! Oh i forget their housekeeper stole my son’s trousers, than we complaint with manager he returns!!!!!

Worse Stay Ever..... ”
I never do reviews, but I had to do this to help someone else to be away from this dirty hotel. Booked two rooms with breakfast, but hotel staff refuses to provide the breakfast. Bedsheets have a horrible smell; bathrooms haven't been cleaned in a century. We cleaned one bathroom ourselves and used it.

We stayed here for one night after arriving in Sri Lanka. Basic clean room with bathroom, what else you need.... Good location if you catching train next morning. Just short drive by tuktuk, walking is a little to far. Overall good place

26kbps internet. Big room. Clean. Noisy. ”
Didn't love it. Barely could say that I liked it.... the room was so noisy. I could literally hear the conversations of people outside my windows on the street. The power plugs are 3pin old Sri Lanka style. The only international plug was in the bathroom which made for an interesting work environment. Internet was appalling. Staff told me it was because it was the end of the month. I've spent so much time in Sri Lanka i know this isn't true. I had to hotspot in the end. No blankets on the the bed just a sheet Great location tho. And it had a fridge which was handy. And a safe. And aircon. Ah and a tv I didn't try and watch but I assumed it worked.
