I, my wife and our children stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is near Grand World Market (can go there on foot) and also Vinwonder. We had an excellent time in this hotel, clean room, nice beach, excellent facilities, good breakfast and also very helpful staffs. A brand new hotel located in the north of the island. Check-in/out were smoothly processed, my friend wanted to order room service when we just arrived (because we didn't have proper lunch before that) and front desk staffs did their best to bring us a menu which was usually not available in the front desk, really appreciated. Unlike comments I had read before our departure that the staffs were new and not well-trained, but we had a total different experience, they were very helpful, attentive and friendly. We booked a 2 bedroom suit and it was amazing. We got a welcome bottle of wine and cookies. The room and bathroom are spacious and nicely designed, beds are comfy. Breakfasts were very good, loved the pastry corner with many nice choices The beach were calm and beautiful. Highly recommend for families, groups, couples

A quiet place with a beautiful beach”
Newly built, quiet, and clean with friendly staffs. Great shuttle bus to/from airport as an amenity. Nice breakfast, though lunch serving is not worth the price. A bit annoying on the required deposit for each room, day stay. Mini fridge is empty, should be filled with plenty of drink variety especially with a required deposit.

perfect if you're looking for a secluded & tranquil place”
Enjoyable stay at Crowne Plaza - Breakfast is basic but good. Staff were friendly and take feedback well. The location is in the northern part of the island so away from the city center and commerces so if you're planning to have a peaceful getaway, it's perfect. Beach is much cleaner here I think. However, if you're looking to explore and do lots activities, there isn't much around.

My partner, my family and I (a group of 8) stayed here for 4 nights. It was a very pleasant experience from the moment we checked in until we left. The breakfast buffet is out of this world with many choices. We love the pools and enjoyed the complimentary shuttle bus to Grand World. We highly recommend staying here.

good value besides new year time”
The hotel is situated near the Grand world. It's a not in the "downtown" phu quoc, but that's why it gives u a peaceful vacation vibe. The hotel is pretty new, room is big, food is decent. The gym equipment is pretty complete and new. The food is decent but after 5 days, it lacks variety. They have two restaurants and in room dining. But all 3 are the exact same menu. One thing I didn't like is when I go eat at the beachclub restaurant, they always ask for my IHG membership number in order to give me the 20% discount. I added the membership number when I checked in, I shouldn't be asked for my number everytime I eat there. Overall, a decent beach hotel.

I’m never booking with Agoda again”
Crowne Plaza is set away from many things. There is some new construction ongoing nearby but it didn’t disturb us. The beach is nice, the breakfast is quite nice and the rooms are lovely and spacious. In the middle corridor it does look and feel a bit like a prison. While the front desk staff are amazingly helpful and attentive, the exact opposite is true of the waiting staff, they need more training. Most look confused, they mix up orders (we ordered in English and Vietnamese) and sometimes took a long time to deliver simple food and drink. Overall I would say this hotel is nice and had some great facilities for us, my kids and my parents, but you could find better hotels elsewhere.
