Great hotel in the heart of the city”

The hotel location is good. The room is clean & comfy, although not really big. Worth the price you pay. Cons: wifi was terrible. The bed made a little bit squeaky sound. When there's event, parking was quite a problem. No vallet, only a free space (like abandoned area) next to the hotel.

Nice for Jember”

I wasn't blown away with the hotel but this is a really nice and convenient place for Jember. Rooftop pool was great. Spa and gym were still under construction which was a little annoying, breakfast was ok. Clean rooms and helpful staff.

Best four star hotel in Jember”

Room was quiet small but very clean. Lighting was good. Aircon was well functioned. Location is very strategic in jember city center. We can go to the legendary Mie Rama by walking. Should improve: - Kind of welcome drink. They gave us ice tea as welcome drink, while other 4 star hotel gave juice / infuse water - Trashbin with foot pedal better than without pedal. - Should provide shower gel as amenities (we only get shampoo without shower gel) - Should add one more pair of sandal (we only get 1 pair) - Access from basement to lobby. But so far, it is best 4 star hotel in Jember.

The staff in this hotel are exceptionally friendly and try to overcome some of the issues were the hotel falls short. Advertised Fitness Centre is only titled on the door (nothing inside). Breakfast is mainly local food (except fruits, toast and omelettes) but in fairness all guests appeared to be local too. Musicians in Lobby restaurant were too loud- we never tried the lunch (not many people in the restaurant either). DJ on nights was so loud with pounding "base" on 9th floor could hear on 6th floor while trying to sleep. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. I was surprised for a 4* hotel that there wasnt a fridge in the deluxe room. I would also suggest changing the water brand in the room (not the best taste). Beer is available at this hotel. The security always found us a parking space for the car. Lobby looks very smart and professional (just too loud when music is playing). Overall, I have to say it has a perfect central location and again the staff make the hotel!

If I have to point the prominent strength of this hotel, it should be their staff. Very friendly and helpful! And for location is very near to Alun-alun, you can easily reach the city center. The room is also incredibly neat and clean. Will coming back to this hotel if i have a visit to Jember 😁

Quite nice and new hotel in Jember, room rate bit expensive for a 4 star hotel at a small city though. The hotel seriously need to monitor the guest since many guest is smoking in non smoking floor and throw away the cigarettes and ashes everywhere., this will need a serious immediate action

1. Lack of parking space, almost never got basement slot, 2. Double bed means double “twin bed” combined as one, so can’t be used in the middle, 3. You should ask for slipper & floor mat for the room 4. Got slipped nearly fatal accident as the water of indoor plant spoiled all over the floor at the lobby 5. No rule for pool usage, everybody with full clothes can jump in the pool freely

They are incable of proving sulutions to problems. They allow smoking on the Swimming Pool side which effectively makes the pool unusable. It is a health risk and disgusting. (This is despite a sign next on the pool side that says not to smoke!). Because of their incompetence and strange policies I cancelled the last day of the booking and moved hotel.

Ordinary small town hotel”

I stayed here for a business trip. Room as no WiFi (although mentioned there was). The AC was leaking. No offer to change room. The first day, the pipe water has malfunctioning. The water turns black like charcoal. Cleanliness is fine, service is reasonable, coffee is delicious, food is ordinary.
