This boutique hotel is located in a very quiet area in the middle of Hat Yai. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem you may face is transport as it's not walking distance to the center of the city.

Location slightly away from most places, will need to take a tuk tuk for 120-140 baht to move around. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Slightly particular over extra guest charge (500 baht per night) and late check out even if it's 1 hour (100 baht per hour).

This was my 2nd stayed in this hotel. The reason I returned is because of the friendly receptionist and large bedroom with sofa. Here's some pros and cons. Cons: Floor drainage clogged in room 201. Toilet flooded when taking bath. Quite a distance to Lee Garden, no any 7-11 nearby and food stall nearby. No baby cot provided. Arrived hotel at 8pm but no guard was there. Pros: Tried out Me Melon dessert which is good and near De Poem. Super friendly receptionist. Cold air con. Clean room and quiet environment. Overall rating : 7/10

Checkout 12pm, 12.02pm dah call suruh keluar sedangkan dekat kaunter bawah ada tulis if late checkout, will charge 40bhat. So tak tahu apa function dia letak note tu dekat depan 😂 hotel memang selesa, luas, pemandangan cantik.

Clean and spacious hotel”
Clean and spacious hotel. Staff very helpful. Only downside is we have to climb a flight of stairs up to reception and another flight of stairs up to 1st floor to take a lift to our rooms on 3rd and 4th floor.

This hotel is very bad sign first time I came to hatyai I was staying so many hotel this is the very very bad hotel I wasn’t staying. ”
At tonight now I m staying I can’t get sleep hold night. Because to night is raining day I hear the wind sound wo wo wo now and the door are sound like got some body going to open the door. How can I get sleep . I staying here for two nights are also cannot get sleep. The hold night I hearing this sound. And some time people come back also hearing they taking out side and also hearing walking sounds like brom brom brom like a King Kong walking. There aren’t house keeping at all on this two days. I will not comeback a gain even give me FOC . The boss wife also not friendly . Even you ask some help also can’t. This is the hotel not a school. The boss wife like head master stand in courter.

Also, the guest did not inform the front desk to have a clean-up room service. That means no permission granted from guest. And lastly, We would like to apologize for the inconvenience we caused and any uncontrollable situation.

Cosy hotel. Spacious room. Love the 3 beds. Everything was good. It was about 10-15mins away from Lee Garden and Kim Yong Market. No disturbance at night. Very good.

Very quiet, well furnished room”
Very well furnished rooms, quiet place. A bit far from the center of town which means you need transport to go anywhere. Limited parking at the open space which is grass field with trees. The counter staff was very helpful and polite and speaks English very well.
