Best Value for Money and Location”
PRO; 1. Really good breakfast. My mum and kid love it. But at the moment they have a very weird "breakfast schedule" to monitor number of guests and practice safe distance. Kudos for the new practice. I love it and feel safe. 2. We had interconnecting rooms and the rooms are clean and up to my standard. (I am very fussy when it comes to cleanliness). 3. GOLD STAR for front desk service. They upgraded our rooms to the deluxe as those rooms were closer to the lift and will be easier to access with wheelchair. They did everything they can to accommodate my family. 4. The hotel is inside a new shopping mall. So everything you need (probably) is under one roof. CON; 1. No porter at the entrance. So it was quite a struggle to arrange for my mum and small child and luggage. Had to make 3 trips to the car and back for us to really settle in. 2. The hotel front desk is on Level 1. Not an inconvenience to a normal person, but then again I am travelling with a disable person and a small child, so a little bit hard to maneuver without the extra help. That's all, hope this helps.

Great room, service and location”
We booked a 2D1N room with breakfast included for our staycation. It's my first stay at DoubleTree by Hilton, so I was surprised they gave us 2 warm cookies upon check in! (Cookie was v delicious too) Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The bed was super comfortable and sheets were soft. Had a great night's sleep. Toilet had everything included -- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and face soap, all by Crabtree & Evelyn. Excellent location too. There's a mall below with restaurants like McD, Starbucks, etc. It's very easy to access the LRT too. Just a few minutes walk away. Parking is complimentary. Just gotta validate your ticket at the check out counter. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely come again. 10/10 for me!

Convenient city centre hotel”
The hotel sits inside Intermark so you can grab anything you need be it groceries from Jaya Grocer or food from various eateries. Free parking helps if you need to be in and out of the hotel frequently. A short grab or walk would bring you to Suria KLCC so location wise is smack in the city. Room was nice and comfortable though a slight negative was the non-smoking room (and floor!) had a strong cigarette smell. After complaining at the front desk, the housekeeper plugged in a scent machine to kill the smell. It worked although had to switched it on many times through out the day as the smoke smell keeps reappearing. Food wise, Buffet breakfast was understandably absent but you can order any sets/ala carte from the menu which was aplenty and delicious. Overall, our stay was great!!

I simply loved the upscale DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur Hotel! Upon checked-in, a complimentary cookie was given, not just tasty and crunchy but warm it was! Superb! The hotel lobby atmosphere was premium and exclusive all the way up to the guest rooms. I had a King Bed and it was amazingly comfortable, I slept like a baby. The room size was simply perfect for me as a solo traveler but I might feel a little bit small for two people inside the room. The bathroom was small and the sewerage system was not well constructed, the shower room was literally flooded every time I had showers - the room number was 1710. The breakfast menu had a variety to choose from ranging from Continental, American, Natural Healthy, Malaysian, Indian and Chinese which I liked but the taste was mediocre. Customer service was excellent and kudos to the whole hotel team!

Good experience on a birthday celebration! ”
The experience with Double Tree by Hilton started from the email. The reservation manager, Cindy entertained me well via the email regarding the birthday package. It was easy to deal with her. On the check in day, the process were smoothly handled by Ganesh. I feel welcome. I asked him to follow my plan to surprise my friend and it went well. The plan was good. Once I entered the room, the birthday decoration was above my expectation. Simple, nice and lovely. The cake was good. Oh yeah, the welcoming cookies are also good! My friend really love the surprise. On the next day, we went to the restaurant for breakfast. Due to COVID-19, there’s no buffet provided. We need to scan the menu. The menu was limited. We ordered many things such as mee goreng mamak, kue tiau tom yam, dim sum set, roti boom etc. I was quite upset on the taste because I had an experience here before that the food were superb especially the duck. I can get better food outside. It’s okay because we still enjoy the breakfast. Overall, the experience was really good. Love it.

Best hotel in KL”
I stayed here on 9th Oct for my mom’s birthday. And this could be the best hotel ive ever stayed. I super love that it is inside a mall. Super easy to get food and some window shopping. Parking is free and easy. Love the comfortable bed and pillow. All just perfect. Most fav thing is the pool. Only few ppl allowed per hour, which is great for preventing Covid. And more space for swimming. Me and my whole family had so much fun even in just 1 hour. I would come back here again if i have the means. Thanks Doubletree!

Spacious room and easy access to the food and shopping”
I had a pleasant stay but I still remember the smelly pillows to this day. Might need to check on this. My room is facing Gombak with the mountain view. I enjoyed it so much but the sound from the train were quite distracting early in the morning. The hotel is linked to a shopping mall and a walk away from the train station. Getting food is so easy. Staff are pleasant and the room is well kept and very clean. Please check your pillows conditions. Thank you.

Pros : the bed and the pillow are sooo comfy, free parking, inside mall (intermark mall), have access to food, walking distance to KLCC and avenue K, great manners and hospitality from the staff. Delicious cookies! I’ve got my special request fulfilled! Cons : if you can’t que and stand in waiting line approximately around 1.5hours, don’t bother to book during public holidays. But they compensate my waiting time with cookies and welcome drinks ;) And i saw them entertaining the elderly people first, that’s good .

Overall stay is good. The room is clean. The only drawback is the multi story car park (Gate C). The ticket is always not readable whenever I exit the parking via the barrier gate. Just need to press the intercom and someone will assist me. Parking in the multistory car park is spacious. Do not park in the basement as the parking lot is slightly smaller compared to the multistory car park. You can enter via Gate C to the multistory car park. The aircond is noisy even the fan has been set to low. Just hope the hotel will improve the aircond. No other complaints. Will definitely return to stay in the same hotel if I visit KL again.

Stopover before Ipoh”
I chose this hotel thinking that it was the hilton located at KL Sentral but i did not regret choosing it. Nearest LRT station was Ampang Park with covered walkway all the way from the hotel. Checked in around 11pm, my wife and i were given two big cookies (fresh and warm) upon our check in. The room was good with all the usual facilities etc. It felt clean which wad good considering we are still under RMCO. The buffet breakfast in the morning was satisfying. I would come back for the price i paid at less than rm200 per night.

Stress free staycation”
Comfort, relax, clean, easy access to mall, fast process of check in and out. I've decided to prolong my stay till 6pm, the friendly staff makes the arrangement smoothly. Good spread of buffet breakfast, and the hotel SOP during this pandemic makes us feel at ease. I will surely come again! One thing for future improvement is the careline services. I have to called the reception through my mobile phone although I am at my hotel room during my call. Other than that I'm enjoying my stay here. Thank you.

Best and nice hotel to stay”
Stayed for 1 night at this hotel. Even though the queue was long during check in due to the pandemic but it’s worth. The staff was very kind. Room was very clean and toilet too. Location wise is very strategic. Close to KLCC and inside the same building also there is a cinema. Breakfast during was so good. Well prepared by the management to avoid crowded during this pandemic. Overall i was very happy staying here and looking forward to stay again. Highly recommended

Very helpful and friendly staff, and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was really good with amazing variety! It is right above a mall so you have many dining options available too, including a Starbucks and a 24-hr Macs. Other reviews have mentioned about the lifts, but we didn't feel that they were slow at all. The hotel seems to have taken the feedback about the lifts into consideration and was doing something about it. Overall, highly recommended.

Overall i was really happy with the room, staff, view and Makan Kicthen. staff really nice and helpful. They upgrade our booking room so we enjoyed big room and clean room. My baby and husband enjoy swim at the pool. there a lots of varieties food for breakfast. We sat there for almost 3 hour just to enjoy the breakfast. Also plenty of restaurant and cafe you can choose to eat. I am sure to comeback to this hotel.

I actually booked another hotel for staycation but due to bad experience, i checked out earlier and chose to continue my staycation at DoubleTree instead. What a refreshing experience when i was greeted with warm cookies and free upgrade of the room as complimentary since my birthday was in a couple of days. I was really surprise by the exceptional service and the hotel itself has a great clean room, best location, great food, and awesome staff and service. Definitely will return.

The most convenient hotel around KL”
Everything was great here. I really love the masala tea during breakfast! There are plenty of food choice at breakfast area from Malay cuisine, Chinese cuisine, Indian cuisine and International breakfast! The pool area is great! They have a little tiny pool at the corner for kids to have fun and they have some sort of fine dining restaurant at the end of the pool. SOP wise, you need to take turn to enjoy the pool. 1 hour per family only. Choose your time wisely. Below of the hotel is Intermark Mall and you can find plenty of good food and this hotel is accessible to any mode of transportation. Great stay here at DT KL!

From Town To City”
Took a short trip to Kuala Lumpur for recent school holidays. Just to get the busy city life experience. for my son and daughter. The hotel located almost close to KLCC, however due to surrounded by lots of higher buildings looks far from others. The hotel joined with Intermark Mall which was surprised me. I was thinking this hotel is stand alone building hotel. The lobby were very simple which was located inside the mall , looks like a shopping mall counter. However, the check in was great done by the staff (Odelia) with a great welcome & hospitality. Well explainable by her on my visit, room and F&B arrangements.Well done! My room package comes with dinner at Tosca the Italian Restaurant. So, we went there without any reservation made. The restaurant were not really busy, but with few tables with 2 guest mostly. It just staff were working running everywhere to served all the guest. May table were given immediately even though no any reservation made. My room number (2311) were not given for their reference make their operation more easier. After they check with FO, then the server gave us the Set dinner menu for our selections. I cant remember the server name, however the one with wearing brown uniform bring us to the table and there was one with wearing black shirt(this staff were very good and very nicely serving skills). Everything is ok, even though they lack of speed of clearing and table setup. As because i am a hotelier and my position as F&B Manager, i can notice all their mistakes..ha,ha,ha. The food is very good but the pricing for me is a bit high. I know its 5 star hotel but RM38 for a bowl of mushroom soup..(yes using good type of mushroom) but then.. the bowl is so big, and the soup is so little..Any way, overall it was a good dinner for my wife and kids. Next day morning, we went to breakfast at coffee house, i have reserved my time slot at 9.30am during my check in at FO. As usual, morning breakfast were busy at any hotels during school holida

Their staff were always there ready to help. Even when they at packed with people at the receptionist, they wont miss you out while you are standing beside needing help. Alot of convenient facilities and marts around. No worries of getting the essentials in case you forget any. The room is clean and tidy. It would be better if able to get a room with KLCC view.

I was impressed with the quality and affordability of this hotel. It is located within a mall, so groceries and restaurant options are in no short supply. The staff were very friendly. The guest room, although small, was clean, luxurious, and cozy. The hotel also has a beautiful pool and lounge. The front desk also gave me complimentary cookies. I will not hesitate to return the next time I wish to stay in KL city.
