Hotel situado en la misma playa. Desayunabas junto al mar y a veces hasta me daba un baño mientras desayunaba. Las suites con terraza privada y jacuzzi son una pasada. El personal es encantador. No tiene piscina aunque, ¿quién la necesita estando junto al mar con el agua siempre en calma y a 25-30 grados? Como puntos negativos: - No tiene ascensor - sólo las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, pero el resto del edificio no: recepción, comedor, pasillos...

Watching the sunset in the jacuzzi is priceless. Big and clean room. Wonderful staff. Loved the beach in front of our hotel with few people and the clear water. There are some stones yes, but what's the matter? With two steps ahead you have a 'pool' just for you. Thank you guys so much for your sympathy and Christmas present 😃.

The hotel is new and looking better than on the photos. From the room is open a gorgeous view on the sea. Was very clean. Breakfasts are delicious and varied. Friendly staff on the reception. Settled earlier than it should be in the checkin.

Pros: Staff very nice cheerful and helpful, location excellent, room great his size and clean. Helped us to move rooms due to an issue on the above floor. Also with assistance with a small case of food poisoning. Cons: We didn't travel to Koh Chang to watch TV but when it rains for 5 days and nights, it's useful to have working. Cable TV pretty much non existent. Handy if the owner or manager repaired the issues. Shower pressure and hot water not strong enough or consistent.

Comfortable and clean hotel in front of the beach”
Beach is literally 1 step away from the hotel and water is very clean. Outside of the hotel doesn't look like much but inside it's lovely, well decorated and the rooms have everything you need. Our room on the second floor didn't have balcony but the view was still nice. There are a few restaurants near, a bar, supermarkets and 7/11. From what we've seen best location on the island.

Nice room and location”
It is very close to the beautiful white sand beach and has wonderful rooms. Big bathrooms and an entry to the beach. The beach on that side is a little bit Rocky, but if you walk like 2 more minutes to the north of white sand beach, you will have the most beautiful beach by your side. It is a new hotel, with a small bar in front of the hotel. The prices are very good and I would recommend to stay there. The only thing that we didn't like we're ants in the rooms, even though we had 2 different rooms for 2 different nights, in both have been ants. first in the bathtub and in the other room on the bed. But that's all.

The receptionist is so nice and patient, helped us a lot, especially when we encountered language barrier. Providing multiplate lanuage helps, basically it's a nice hotel to people first travelling in Thai.

Good location on the beach with many other hotels and restaurants around. Hotel room very good looks like a fairly new construction but my first room had a weird smell I am not sure if it's because of bad plumbing or something else but they did move me to a better room without any smell when I told them about it. Can be a little bit complicated with payment options as I had to transfer 50% money to reserve the room.

If you're reading this and just deciding whether to stay at this place or not. DO NOT HESITATE! The place was so clean and for some room (like mine) you can possibly see the ocean view form your window just like the hotel's name (Du-talay is watch the waves (or sea) in English). The staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely stay again.

Staff and rooms are great and clean. The only thing is a missing swimming pool and the access to the beach is also quiet tough, but other then that its great.
