Nice hotel, but limited dining area around”
Nice hotel, near airport and generally satisfied staying here. Only complaint is - very limited dining area within walking distance. However, Hotel did provide free shuttle service to city and to airport. WiFi is good also. Buffet lunch in hotel also very nice.

Good Hotel but could be cleaner”
Good Hotel very near to the airport but could be cleaner. The rugs and carpets throughout the hotel were very dirty and old. The small in the hotel was as if they were trying to cover up other smells with refreshing products. The room was beautiful and clean (except the rugs). Breakfast was excellent. Would go back but don't think it is worth the high price point.

clean, friendly staff, good rate if you book breakfast included, quality breakfast.”
Closed to the airport, a bit far to the central however the hotel offers free shutles to the central. Lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel too so no need to go to the central unless you visit saigon for the 1 st time. Breakfasts are very nice, the same everyday but quality and various foods to choose from. Much cheaper if included in room when making reservation. I stayed for 3 nights, went for few days then came back for 1 day and a half so booked 2 nights no breakfasts, ended up paid for one breakfast a lot more than included in room even though staff already offered 50% off. Definitely come back next time.

terrible decision. ”
I arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock, but the rooms were not ready for us . We were told by the receptionist that the rooms would be ready at 10 pm only, with her just saying sorry. (I had booked three rooms for myself and my friends, and all rooms were ready only at 10 pm.) We had to wait in the lobby for three hours and we finally checked in at 10 pm. I noticed that the several flight attendants checked out while we were waiting, so I could guess that the rooms that were meant for us had probably been occupied and were not going to be ready for check in until 10 pm. (However, the time for check in is from 2 pm as per the hotel's own rules.) This is supposed to be a 5 stars hotel....

Dear YOUNGJIN, First and foremost, please accept my sincere apologies for the disappointing stay you and your friends experienced at our hotel. I was left very disheartened after reading your feedback and immediately called for a meeting with my management team. After a detailed review of the hotel operations on the night of your arrival, the reason for the rooms being unavailable was due to a last minute change by one of our groups, causing a delay in the cleaning of the rooms. I would like to personally assure you that this is not a regular occurrence but a rarity at the hotel. I do hope you understand we are in the people business and on occasion, errors will be committed. Not up to par with others”
There is barely warm water for shower even turned to full hot. Only window in the room is facing an internal court without access, another word it's like an open vertical chimney with sun way above you. Decor in the corridor and room are very old plus not well upkeep. Would suggest Hotel Nikko Saigon or Sheraton Saigon for business travelers.

Nice Hotel and excellent staff”
The hotel was nice and the stay was made all the better by the staff. The staff were incredibly helpful with any and all requests. In our room the aircon was difficult to control as the temperature range was not on the dial (they should improve this) and they happily came up twice to fix. In the restaurant they prepared the mango's for us that we purchased outside and did the same again when we brought in Vietnam Avocado's to try. They were very helpful with transport and location arrangements. In the restaurant the staff were again super helpful without being obtrusive. I would surely stay at this hotel again

Overall a good place to stay”
I stayed two weeks in the hotel. On the second day a halogen lamp in the entry area exploded and had a few broken splits of glass next to the bathroom on the floor. The glass lamp has been replaced, unlikely the broken splits of glass has still been there after two weeks.

Staff was very helpful”
I booked the room as a gift for my brother's wedding night, the staff was very helpful to allow us to check in earlier to put decoration and also arranged us nice room. The room was clean, spacious. The shower was very nice with rain shower!
