A great choice for a well-balanced hotel in the heart of KL. The room is modern and quite comfortable, and it's quite reasonably priced compared to other hotels of the same standard in KL. We liked how they had a faucet to dispense drinking water instead of providing plastic water bottles, which cuts down on waste. The hotel is located towards the edge of the city centre and is walking distance from the LRT station. The indoor heated pool is beautiful and comfortable to swim in and we were satisfied with the breakfast spread. Hotel service is also really good and the establishment takes extra care to observe rules for hygiene and social distancing in this pandemic situation. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend their holiday or staycation in KL.

High floor unblocked city plus mountain view. If u choose skyline suite, u will enjoy sunset plus twin tower view. Mine is sunrise and mountain plus city view. I took a Suite and it comes with living room and kitchen! Space was huge and there filtered water available and a big fridge where u can buy your own drinks & fruits! Although its not near eateries, just grab or take mrt and you can reach petaling street or Bukit bintang with lots of shopping and food choices. Given another choice I would still choose Element over Bt Bintang 5 star hotels or hotels with infinity pool facing twin towers. Cos it is not rowdy at all. There is a convenient store News which is just downstairs!Love my stay here and will definitely choose Element by Westin again. Will try skyline suite next time.

I can say from Head to Toe, they are taking care of us with a superb hospitality. From Management until its staff, all are amazing. Personal thanks to Nurul Hidayah and to all staff for their efforts in welcoming us. Will absolutely recommend to other people. Even the hotel itself is worth it. Amazing indoor pool. My kids more than happy. Cons: Parking need to pay Rm15, as normally customer's hotel occupied with free. DON'T pay your parking ticket via touch n go. Hotel can't validate your touch&go ticket. Too small notice/unclear notice given to Customer's hotel for NOT to pay the parking ticket via touch&go. Small issue only. Can't defeat our happiness in Hotel.

Hassle-free, no wait check-in 24hr gym, pool was nice too. What’s important to us is cleanliness and you get it here. Facilities and room were well-maintained and new. Staff was polite and friendly. There is a convenience store at the foot of the block as well, which is a plus. Pillows were too soft for our comfort though..

The room is spacious, bright and clean! It's great that all rooms are above 40th floor (40th floor being the reception area). The overall concept is very interesting, adopting many eco-friendly initiatives. The staff, especially the security team on the ground floor, is very helpful and approachable!

Love the hotel very very much. Excellent service from receptionists and other staffs. I do think we should be informed that parking is RM15 for hotel guests with multiple entry throughout their stay. Guest Room Has microwave, fridge and some utensils. Environmentally friendly and sustainable concept. Self-Laundry room available with small charges. Bed is soft but surprisingly comfy, you'll sleep well once you sink on the bed. I have back pain but find it ok for my liking. Breakfast was decent.

I've booked a room for me and my wife for our honeymoon. The room is very large, cleab with the good city view! However, the toilet is not connected to our bedroom and it's quite annoyed for both of us to walk out of our bedroom just to go the toilet. Hoping that the hotel can be more considerate after this. The food is really good and recommended! Will surely come again!

Purposely looked for a hotel with an indoor pool in View of the rainy weather , so glad we chose Element by The Westin … the staffs were friendly and helpful, pool was warm and nice, i love the fact that there was a staff controlling the pool crowd at all times to avoid poor distancing . Overall, It was a great experience . Cant wait to repeat our stay here !

I took the Skyline Studio King and Skyline Studio Twin for my children. Spacious rooms, excellent views of KL skyline. Breakfast spread was varied and should satisfy most discerning diners.

Spacious rooms, comfy beds, room facilities were excellent. I requested for a room with a nice view, special requests are not guaranteed and subject to availability but the hotel managed to cater to my request. My room had a beautiful view of the twin towers, KL tower, and the entire city centre. It was on the 47th floor. Will definitely come again.

Overall, It was a great stay in this hotel. Everything was nice about this hotel and was fully equipped with all the facilities. The breakfast buffet was great. The room facilities was good with all the basic toileteries provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In a nutshell, it totally worth every bit of the money paid.

Initially we were happy upon our check in, the room was really nice with a picturesque view, we can see KLCC, KL Tower, and Merdeka 118 . We planned to have a good rest over there, however we had a bad stay when we were awaken by a really really really loud music and people laughing and talking at freaking 3AM! It turned out, our next door guest were having some sort of party and it was really disturbing. We called and complaint to the receptionist for about 3 times, it took about 30-40 minutes for it to settle. Anyways, thanks to the receptionist for helping us. We end up woke up very tired in the morning huh. For the breakfast, we noticed the eggs weren't properly wash, the sambal for nasi lemak was salty, the pao was hard and dry. We love the warm saline pool plus nice view. And there is myNEWS mini market at the ground floor and it was really convenience.
