The mall is right downstairs which makes it a good location. Rooms are clean and staffs are helpful, patient and friendly. The toilet tap was a little loose and the power socket by the bed wasn't functioning but the maintenance team were fast enough to respond and rectify the issue.

Short Holiday Stay at Subang”
Empire hotel is connected with Empire Shopping Centre. Hotel . Good location for shopping, opposite the hotel is another shopping centre park parade. Hotel is spacious and well maintained. Good place to stay at Subang. Good Restaurants and Cantonese, Noya food stalls are available. Getting Grab is easy at the hotel premise. Hotel staff are friendly and polite.

1. the location of the hotel is very strategic.. 2. the hotel is attached with the mall. 3. Varieties of eateries are available. 4. Bed was clean 5. Nice design/interior ** only cons the toiletries were not replaced during my check-in. ** Power plugs not functioned. ** main issue the room view was blocked by the balcony/roof view. when we checked with the staff there, said the rooms are fully booked, but actually not. still, many rooms are available. Requested for a room on the higher floor but got the room in the 3rd floor. over all had a good stay!

This is a good hotel to stay. My wife and i were on business trip. The room's configuration is unique that you can work or do your office stuffs on one end, separated by a bathroom in the middle and bedroom on the other side. Staff are friendly and courteous in every ways.

Great location, great value”
We love it! We went as a family with four young kids and we booked two-bedroom suite on the Sanctuary floor. It's only rm500+/night. The suite is a two-floor walk-up unit with the bedrooms on the upper floor. The living room has a full height window all the way to the ceiling. The hotel is quiet generally. The lower floors are full of shopping and dining choices. There's a great supermarket called Jaya Grocers. If you drive, make sure you go straight down to B3 or B4 as the upper floors tend to be full during lunch/dinner hours. The car park is longish, so make sure you park at the hotel end. Otherwise you will have a good exercise by walking end to end. The LG floor is where you walk into the hotel entrance and Level 2 is where the reception is located. The swimming pool is colocated with First Fitness and is only open to adults. The only downside is the lifts - slow and insufficient. There's a third lift behind the two main ones.

1st time staying at Empire Subang Hotel. Location is good as walking distance to Subang Parade and beside Empire Mall. There are plenty of selection in morning buffet breakfast. The front desk staffs and security at the entrance are efficient and friendly. Room was spacious.

I arrived late (way past midnight) because there're traffic jams caused by 2 crashes along the highway. Luckily for us, they did not cancel my booking and surprisingly they even give us a free upgrade. I am touched with the warm hospitality, and the facilities are amazing.

All good except.....”
Room is big and clean but toilet is lacking of removable water pipe / shower head. Water pressure is very slow and the shower head is too high and fixed. No bidet near the toilet bowl. Location is excellent. We had informed staff on the water pressure and the wardrobe sliding door need to be fixed as it has difficulty opening and closing. But no one came till we checked out!!! We have informed 2 days in a row but no one came and fixed.
