En muy poco tiempo he visto una caida en el servicio, no de front desk pero en tema desyuno y personal desayuno un desastre, malo y sin recoger y una dejadez abosuluta, en un par de meses el hotel ha caido una barbaridad...y las habitaciones tienen que darle un repaso.

The room is so spacious. Living room is very comfortable. There are 2 TVs in my room (1 in the living area and another 1 in the bedroom). The kitchen is very neat and equipped with a microwave, induction cooker, fridge, huge sink, fridge and big table top. The bathroom is insanely huge with separate wardrobe area, powder area, shower space with glass wall, nice bath tub, large mirrors and nice toiletries selection. They provided pillow menu as well. Room is also equipped with steamer iron and hair dryer.

Splendid stay but several things to improve”
It would be awesome if Fraser Residence KL could provide these to improve guests' comfort: 1. Disposable hotel slippers (insulating guests' feet from the cold floor) 2. Clock(s) on the wall (effortless gaze to know the time) 3. Ceramic soap dish (so that we don't stain the sink counter in the bathroom with the soap residue) 4. Hand towels in the suite bathroom (so Fraser Residence can save on the tissue usage). Other than that, Fraser Residence is a nearly PERFECT PLACE TO STAY! Love it!

Perfect Hotel, Perfect Holiday”
This is a very perfect resort. My family and our friends has a very marvellous holiday. We stay 3 nights in the premium sea view pool villa. The view is really perfect that nothing I can complain. However, a few points may need to be improved: 1. The toilet flush water is not strong enough. 2. Suggest to develop a few more restaurants with different kind of dishes. 3. The charges for the activities is a little bit expensive but I still don’t mind to pay and have a great holiday. It is very interesting and have a great experience. 4. Too many group tour but the hotel can arrange a separate dining area for them which is a very well considered arrangement. That’s great. In conclusion, this is a very perfect hotel and I will definitely come again in future. Thanks so much to give me a Marvellous holiday.

Am one of the happy guests. Booked 1 premium bedroom for a 3D2N stay with my small family - husband and 7-month old baby. Pros - 1. Room + living room is super huge + nice interior design 2. Love the kitchen - complete with all the utensils, 2-door fridge, a microwave 3. Got a washing machine + dryer + detergent! 4. Walk-in wardrobe 5. Giant powder table 6. 2 toilets - one is besides the kitchen, another one is in the room 7. Efficient and friendly staff 🌟 8. Fast check-in and check-out 9. Nice swimming pool - got a pool bar, a slide for kids 10. Got indoor playground and playroom for the kids! 11. Near to a mini market - next building Cons - 1. Limited choice for breakfast 2. Very spacious and comfortable!”
I stayed in the one-bedroom executive and it is really very comfortable! There was a kitchen (with pots, knife and plates provided), washing machine+dryer (a small packet of washing powder provided), living room, walk-in wardrobe and two washrooms. The facilities (I tried gym and sauna) are quite new also. Overall, I think the room is lovely, spacious and comfortable! Worth the price and will stay here again if I ever visit KL in the future! 🙂

OMG! Highly recommended Fraser Residence! The front desk service So polite so friendly! The room is superb beautiful with great view to Klcc and kl tower as per requested, the bath tub is so nice and clean, the room is so big and comfortable! The kitchen is equipped with more than enough utensils and good quality one, the fridge is big, can make ice! Thank you sooo much!

Amazing service. The place I got was super reasonable for the price I paid and the size of it! Bed was mega comfy and the bathroom and bathtub was clean. They even was a 5.1 setup in the hall tv. 100/100 definitely will come back. The breakfast was alright but mega points for being the only buffet that served big bowls of cereals! Choices weren't much as it was covid season but definitely great food and portions. I will be back!

Great Location and Accomadations”
First time in KL. Booked Fraser Residence. Have found the rooms very comfortable, spacious and clean. (Kitchen, washing machine, big bathroom and bedroom and great views). Staff is super helpful and breakfast is very good with expansive food options. For location, short walk to Petronas Towers, and light rail stations. I would return again, happily.

We reach very late due to some last min urgent matters + traffic jam at the highway to KL. However, they keep the room for us & check in very fast indeed. Staff very prompt to our request during our stay. Residence are 10mins away from KLCC. Rooms are superly complete with amenities & clean. Facilities are great! We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was lovely and luxurious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the buffet breakfast was great offering a great selection of hot and cold breakfast items both western and asian. The bonus of having an apartment with a washing machine came in very handy. The location is quite central and only takes about a 15 minute walk to get to the twin towers and shopping complex. The MRT (monorail) is also in walking distance only taking about 5 minutes and it will get you every where you need to go. Would definitely recommend to others and would also stay here again.

The whole stay was very pleasant. We were allowed to view the room first to see if we would be comfortable looking over the cemetery. Even so, it was not creepy and the stay was still great. The service staff were all very helpful and I love the bed!

Hidden gem in kl city centre ”
One of the best hotel I have stayed in klcc. I was sincrere stayer to Impiana klcc but friends suggest me to try here. The room was super duper big. It took me 30-40 seconds from bathroom to room entrance (that big dude) and the cleanliness 👍. I will stay here for next 10 years without a doubt.

Love this hotel, everything is just amazing from the location staff and service. I just request for some toileteries and boom there you go straight away, when we check in this guy upgraded us for free for our whole stay giving us a huge room i feel like im a real house walk in closet make up room i love it, walking distance to shop and suria and twin towers, close to train station i can’t describe in words how amazing is this place. Will recommend and if were going back to KL this is the place to stay.

Always a Pleasant Stay”
We have always love staying at Fraser Residence. The space, the ambiance - just perfect for our short staycation. We asked for early check in and late check out, the staff was very helpful. Just hope there’ll be more choices for the breakfast. The only downside during this trip is that our room is facing the highway, and the sound of motorcycles at 3am in the morning is definitely unwelcome. This happened for two days straight. Loud noises from the motorcycles at midnight.
