Pros: great Beach bungalow spacious with balcony Good food Best resort on island Beautiful property Nice breakfast Nice staff Good cleaners Person cleans the beach Beautiful landscape and views Cons Dirty beach Very Limited food menu all items not there that's listed Limited wifi only 5gb for the whole stay Expensive transportation No alchohol available The pool was filthy and not full The gym was closed No spa Hot water didn't work first day then the pipe busted and was off for a day

The staff at reception were like sharks. Trying to get you to part with your money with their connections or otherwise make things difficult! On the other hand the restaurant, cleaning and other staff were friendly, smiling and polite. The pool was not in use despite previous answers to reviews saying it was now operational. The gym was closed as it was being used by the presidents soldiers. The bathroom was very dated and the tiles were filthy. The beach was not that clean either. Sadly there are not really any other choices on the island.

The place is fantastic but it is run by the most arrogant chief team you can imagine. ”
Prior to my stay they send an email where they offered an early check in. I responded and they confirmed they will do the outmost to accomodate me,however, when I arrived they eere surpised I came early and put me on hard bench in the sun without water for an hour while there were plenty chairs in the shadow. I had to shorten my trip for other reasons. I could then only get my room early if I accepted the next day to leave before 12 noon even though I had paid for 4 days. Can you imagine paying for 4 days and then deny me early check in and deny me a late check out even though I only stayed one night. And what response did I get it was their policy of Agoda and therefore they could not offer me a discount for this arrigant dehumilated experience. Take care of this management and their policies and managers who only make sweet talk, buthave no empathy at all. Gosh what a nightmare

Trop à dire mais quand même : L’hotel de charme d’avant est devenu une espèce de cantine avec le foot a fond. La cuisine n’est même pas du niveau macDo et est un vrai distributeur à tourista. Les produits sont douteux. Les jus sont des sirops. L’argent disparaît des poches des vêtements dans les chambres. Le tarif est hors de prix pour le niveau de service. On prend le pt dej dans le noir Les couloirs sont glissant dangereux Et la réception n’est pas dans l’hotel. L’eau douce de la piscine est franchement trouble. Et si vous voulez payer en MasterCard, pas possible. Le changement de gestion de cet hôtel lui a fait perdre dans les faits, toutes ses étoiles. Il mérite d’etre fermé ou rénové et le personnel formé à minima.

In vielen Zimmern fehlen Einrichtungsgegenstände. Schlechte Versorgung mit Handtüchern. Pool war außer Betrieb. Positiv ist das freundliche und hilsbereite Personal. Plastikmüll am Strand wurde eingesammelt
