Estuvimos en este hotel 4 personas. Tenemos opiniones diferentes a lo que se refiere a la habitación. En nuestro caso estaba limpia pero la habitación de mis amigas tenía la ropa de cama toda manchada, wc sucio y la puerta no cerraba correctamente. En nuestro caso estaba todo correcto. A nivel del staff comentar que son un poco insistentes para que reserves excursiones con ellos (nosotros fuimos a DMZ directamente) y el servicio de cocina es muy lento. Comimos un día allí y para hacer 2 pizzas tardaron 45 minutos (estábamos solos en el restaurante). Comentar que al lado de este hotel hay el restaurante mandarin que está súper bien, comida muy muy buena y servicio excelente.

El hotel esta cerca de la ciutadela aunque lo mejor es alquilar una moto y moverse por la ciudad con ella. Facil encontrar las tumbas imperiales,moverse por la ciutadela,etc. Hay 2personas en la recepcion. Si tienes suerte y te toca la chica todoira mucho mejor. El chico es basatante soso y no tiene muchas ganas de ayudarte. El hotel no tiene ascensor

La habitación tenía humedad, parecía que la rehabilitaron hacía poco, no muy limpia. El staff bastante irritado a la hora de ayudarte, si reservaste con desayuno al principio te miran mal y luego te dan un simplisimo desayuno!!! No quede muy conforme con todo en general.

We chose this hotel because the reviews were good (didn't see they were old). Well, they ain't accurate anymore. First, they doesn't seem aware you are coming, then they want to keep your ID. The room we had looked old and is nothing like the pictures anymore, even the floor is broken. Most of all, the room was completely dirty, even after complaining and getting it "cleaned" (they just moved the hair on the floor from one corner to an other). Bedsheets were okay-ish but the bed itself less, like the molded and smelly pillow. Also, you can't sleep properly there. Not because the noise of the street but from inside the hotel (dog barking, people playing music, yelling) and there's a trumpet everyday at 5:30 from outside. Breakfast is just a piece of bread with not enough jam to spread. Most of all, the staff is awful. Or they doesn't care, or they're just super antipathic.

The hotel is at good location, but the room was dirty, and the staff was really strange. They had difficulties in handle the Agoda booking, we had to fight for the breakfast, and in every contact point they tried to sell something to us. We paid two nights forward, but left the hotel after one night. They didn't ask the reason.

could be noisy from bar across the street, location good for town and purple forbidden city. when bus come to many trouts trying to husse the tourist. some of the staff bit strange was offered massage with extras. cheaper to drink in there bar area or other side try to charge more? staff most times says you did not see pay so need to watch that. Good free breakfast. over all not a bad place decent valve for what charged. over all a backpackers place

I’ve been traveling for 5 month staying in different places all over Asia by the time that i reached this hotel and this is the first review that I’m ever writing, just as it goes beyond any common sense. Maybe it used to be a nice place before, but aside from the fact that it’s decaying the stuff is really horrible and it makes it even worst than it could ever be. First of all the noise - opposite to the hotel there is a bar with loud music, so be prepared to forget about your sleep until 23-00. Food- Nope. Coffee seems to be just poisoness. Fresh towels? - Probably never heard about it. I had to remind about it every time and in the end come and pick it up myself. How about cleaning? Yes, ladies can wake you up around 7-8 asking whether you need it or even enter your room in the morning without any permission. Service: here it comes, last but not least. Reception! They are really lucky to have one lovely lady there, she is welcoming, sweet and generally we had nice talks. While the other one is nothing but a trouble to this place. There are many people who encountered troubles communicating with her during our stay. On the second day I asked for a massage, and made sure if it’s good. They brought me to a place where there was another man already naked as usual and than change a room to a dirty one. When I refused, the still insisted that I should give a second chance, well let it be. After 20 minutes I had to ran away from scratching and rubbing. When I asked for refund they refused. Tried to reach their boss to make things clear for myself, but host was totally rude and said that her boss is sleeping and I should get back to my business. As long as this kind of service will be provided in the hotel it is not worth a penny.

My girl friend and I have been cheated but the girl at the reception buying bus tickets more expensive than other shop. At first sight, the girls look pleasant and make us confident. but after a moment we figured out that we paid much more than others shops and the girl refused us to give back the difference. She lied to us about the bus trip as well. We had really bad experience on the bus. We were many people complaining at the reception about the bus tickets but impossible to get refunded Run away from this hotel,they are swindlers !!!!!

the girl in Picture of the two receptionists was very good, the older taller one was Bloody useless. The Cleaner was hopeless and I stayed a week and the passageways and stairs were not cleaned at all, had to complain to get room cleaned every time and then only one sheet. Ciggarette butts just left laying around and the guests were noisy in the early hours with no consideration for others who were trying to sleep

total hostel feel with broken locks, and non working A/C in one room. The breakfast was a joke ( bread and one egg) located right next to the public smelling restrooms.

I wanted to stay 2 nights, but I was not good, so I changed hostel... Too noisy, many bars around with music until midnight... And the dorms are in 4rd floor!! It was terrible to go up and down...

Ants on walls, in the sink, around the light switch, but apart from that and not sure how clean the sheets were?! Fairly good, easy location for sights, out of main backpacker area but is opposite a VIETNAMESE NIGHT CLUB!
