We recently booked a Deluxe King Tower View room with 3 children. Overall, this is probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in KL especially when it comes to the views from the room and also the friendliness of the staff. Below are our review points: - Location of hotel is superb as it is within walking distance to major shopping malls like KLCC and Pavillion. - Food at breakfast was acceptable, though the range of choices can be further improved. - The view from the reception area at level 39 and also the view from the room is breathtaking. We can see the Petronas Twin Tower directly and also the surrounding view of KL from our room and also the reception area. - The room was quite spacious, although the interior might be showing signs of ageing. Still, the toilet area is very big and marble-tiled. Shower water pressure was strong and the bed was comfortable. - Friendliness of staff - This is probably the best part of staying at this hotel. The staff in general are very friendly and professional. They will usually greet us whenever they see us with a smiling face. 1 of the front desk staff (Farah) was especially friendly and helpful to meet our needs. When we checked-in, we were provided with a complimentary single person bed (even though usually there is a fee for this) as the room was not yet ready. Since we are traveling with young children, she had requested Housekeeping to provide us with lots of bottles of water so that we did not need to buy water from the convenience store. She even took it one step further to put this request in the system in case of our further visits in the future. Upon our checkout, we were also given a box of pineapple tarts as a courtesy from the hotel. To conclude, we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone given the view from the hotel and most importantly, the friendliness of the staff.

We’ve been to many hotels in KL and this one top the list for sure! The staff there are all pleasantly kind and attentive. We went there for our anniversary trip and they compliment us with a chocolate cake (with candle too). Not only that, they’ve upgraded our room and we got the BEST VIEW EVER. Imagine waking up and you can literally see KLCC in front of you, amazing. The room is top notch and super clean! They use Balmain as their toiletries and we love it so much. The breakfast spread was a lot to choose from! From cereal, pancakes, waffles, asians, english breakfast, dim sum and a lot more! All of them was sooo good too! Also, breakfast with the KLCC view is superb. The pool is excellent! We still can see KLCC while swimming hence our photo there came out great! Another must try is their Chicken Rice at JP Teres; to die for. Oh and not to forget, my 1+ year old baby really enjoy his baby chair all along since they use Stokke baby chair, my lucky son! Highly recommended as we pleasantly enjoy our stay so much. We would definitely come back! Shout out to Mira who attend me during check in and Joyce the manager, both are very pleasant. Dino! He’s so nice. I’m sorry I can’t remember other names but all the staff there is very nice. Thank you to all. We appreciate it so much.

We stayed at Grand Hyatt from 26 to 29 Dec. The staffs were all friendly and the room was awesome as we had the room with the KLCC view at the 31st floor. The room was clean and there's bathtub which my kids enjoyed when they cant go for a swim at the pool when it rained. The lobby was located at the 39th floor and the view was amazing and the reception staff, Asim, was kind enough to let us view the room with double bed before we decide on a King size bedroom. Breakfast was an excellent spread, there's many choices and we even had turkey meat for bfast due to the Xmas week. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to KLCC and also it was near to Bukit Bintang too. Else you can always hire grab to take u anywhere but after the ofc hours, be prepared to be stuck in traffic as the hotel is in a centralised location. Overall it was a very good stay except for the pool which is just ok but I would defintely come back as its worth every dollar spent for the 5* services in all!

Nothing Short of An Amazing Experience”
The room was great, spacious, well kept and really clean but what made the stay a wonderful one is definitely the amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Service felt personalized and they were passionate and dedicated at their job. Fantastic team of staff from concierge, front desk, pool and everyone we met in between. Grant Hyatt has one of the nicest pools in KL which is definitely a plus point. We were also allowed early check- in and we were here to celebrate my fiancés birthday and had a complimentary mini cake (not a slice but a whole mini cake). The chocolate cake was delicious as well. Plentiful of food to choose from for breakfast and everything tasted great.

This is prolly my forth time staying in Grand Hyatt. Never once, they did me wrong. However, i did not get a king bed bcs i requested to be on the same floor with my parents. So my husband and I had to share one super single bed. Funny enough it was still a comfortable stay. But breakfast was delicious, the complimentary mousse prepared by Grand Hyatt for her birthday was yummy. Their service of course was top notch. I hv nothing to complain about. They were tentative when it comes to the vaccination and health status which I am pleased about bcs most places dont even bother to check anymore. So to sum up, it was an experience my family and I would like to repeat.

Rooms ( double twin and superior Suite) are spacious & clean, bfast buffet is nice, walking distance to Pavillion and KLCC ( within 10 minutes). Most importantly is the crew/staff of the hotel are very friendly & helpful. Our sincere appreciation goes to the front desk officer, Mr. Shaun. He did a wonderful job for us. We appreciate his professionalism and hard work to provide us with an excellent experience. We were very impressed with his service, he provided a smooth and efficient check in & check out and attended all of our queries and requests patiently. The overall service and the facilities were simply phenomenal.

The best hotel I stayed before! Best customer service and hospitality! Delay in check-in due to room sanitization process, was served well in sky lounge while waiting for the hotel room to be ready, checkout time was then extended to 4pm next day to compensate the waiting time for check-in. Room is clean, neat and comfortable. Best breakfast buffet at Thirty8 restaurant fully compliance with COVID-19 SOP. Breakfast buffet is served by kitchen servant/chef to reduce high touch and sharing tools for buffet. Hotel location is just 5 mins walk from KLCC. Very convenient. Pleasant stay !

Had a short staycation (3D, 2N) here. Everything was efficient and smooth, had a relaxing time. The room was great and very clean. Room service was super fast, the food I had was yummy. Breakfast buffet had lots of options. All the staff were super courteous and polite. The only thing that could be better was the event/crowd management when I first arrived. The entrance at the ground floor elevator from the basement was blocked by a huge crowd of people lining up to enter the event hall. It was hard to find parking too due to the event. But all in all, was a pleasant experience. Would definitely visit again!

Its been a wonderful stay in Grand Hyatt KL. Plenty of parking. Easy access to lobby. The lifts are rarely used. You don't have to wait long. The rooms are really quiet. You hardly see anyone walking around. The room, OMG. We took the KLCC view. Its spacious, comfortable and functional. The pool & gym, marvelous. The food for breakfast & tea-time at thirty8, amazing. Every corner of the hotel is like artistic and beautiful. You can walk to Suria KLCC, Aquaria and nearby malls. I don't know about you but I'm definitely coming back. Thank you GHKL!

It was a pleasant 5 Days 4 Nights stay at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. It was a beautiful stay for me and my wife. The service was beyond expectations. The staffs were excellent and professional. They always cater to everyone's request and their response is really fast. Check In and Check Out was smooth. Facilities is very clean. Scenery is beautiful. Hotel has one of the best views of the Petronas Towers (if you take one of the Grand View rooms, which we did), so you really don't need to go all the way to that place to take photos. Breakfast at Thirty8 was a little disappointing, menu doesn't change for the 3 days we stayed there. JP Teres was great, though, with a large selection of dishes from their buffet style restaurant. Rooms are excellent, the staff very courteous and helpful. We've been in a lot of hotels, and undoubtedly Grand Hyatt KL is one of the best. Location also is good, just walking distance from Suria KLCC, Pavilion Mall, Petronas Towers, and so on. Highly recommended hotel if ever you're looking for a great place to stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Booked two night stay here, very nice view and good location (walking distance to KL twin tower), this is the main reason i choose this hotel. My wife enjoy the facilities and cleanliness, while my 1 yr old son enjoy the big room, keep walk around like touring... Interesting is the check in area located at the top floor, the reason is they rented out the lower floor for business, also let the guest to enjoy the twin tower view! Overall we love this hotel very much, will come back next time.

Hotel Located just near the fort in city(perfect location) & Hotel premises are very nice and well maintained with great pool area .The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Welcoming & Professional Staffs, polite and very accomodative, especially 'Mr Mel' , we didnt get to go to the pool due to mco, but we got a room with a great city view, nice bath tub, clean and comfortable. Food is great, we love the thali set and chicken rice from JP teres and Breakfast choices are nice to from the western and local selections. Went to Hyatt for our anniversary and a break from work. We love it. Well rested. Thank you Guys.

Pro: the room was clean and the view was amazing. Suitable for birthday celebration. Staff was friendly and attentive, facilities were great, breakfast was awesome with so many choices. Cons: the floor was slippery and my 2 years old daughter kept on falling down. My daughter need to wear shoes in the room to avoid her from falling down. Another thing, we had put a remark during booking that this is for birthday but disappointed that the hotel did not provide anything to us. Well overalĺ

From the moment I stepped in the hotel, the first thing i noticed is their warm service. Everyone are very friendly and helpful. Smiling and welcoming. Great food.
