It is a total upgrade. The management really did a great job. The Pink hotel previously was a mess but this new Grand Pink is beautiful, clean, spacious. The gigantic bathtub is superb. Specially after a long tired hours of shopping. The water pressure is powerful, full force of cold & hot water. Room design is cozy and feel very homely and comfortable. The receptionists are friendly and kind. There were 2 guest lift located at different corners for the convenience of guests. Room doors are sound proof. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and will make Grand Pink my future stay.

Best hotel until today”
I have stayed in most of Hatyai hotels and Grand Pink is the BEST, specially after renovation. the rooms are so spacious, comes with King size bath tub/jacuzzi. The closet is spacious enough to accomodate most of our clothing. Safety box is another latest model used. The bathroom is big, clean and fresh. Compartments in the shower/bath tub station is user friendly. Easy access for our toiletries storage. Grand Pink has gained back its professional reputation, once again! Well done!

The service was very good, even at the counter and the bellman, they smiled a lot, we asked for early check in, and they allow us. It is very nice of them. The check in and check out process is very fast. The room is very clean, the price is affordable. Gotta repeat to stay here again if we ever come to hatyai again. Very recommended. 👍👍

Value for money at a great location”
Clean and comfortable hotel. Location was near Lee Gardens which is very sentral at Hat Yai! Only complain was mosquitoes in the room, they need to spray the rooms before each stay. Will be back for sure.

Very convenient location-just beside 7 eleven, walking distance to Odean Shopping Mall, Lee Garden Plaza, Central Mall and the happening street, easy to reach many famous food. Hotel is new. Room is very spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom! I like the air con very much as it is not centralized, it is wall-mounted air con that allows us to adjust our desired temperature, no more cold until freezing! If foget to bring your international charger, no worries, got USB port inside the room, so still can charge your hp as long as you have the USB cable. Overall is excellent to me, will book again in the future.

Excellence location, good stay, clean, good staff ”
Pro - Excellence location, walk down from hotel a lot of shop and food stall around. Good staff service, fast response to complain and fix problem fast. Clean room and good sleep during stay. Con - The only Con is there is no lift from rooms /lobby to ground floor. Need to take escalator from lobby to Ground floor with few step of staircase. This is not convinient for those elderly and if you have a lot of luggage.

Very good value for what you pay, we good a really good deal. Room was recently renovated and very tidy, brand new aircon and bed/furniture. Staff was very helpful and friendly as well!

My husband and I took a suite room. The room is superb. super clean, a lot of TV channel, nice and polite staff, helpful bellman. They also provide me voucher for Karaoke. I love it...! for sure, I will come again here next time.

Location wise is the win point. Everthing is just around the hotel. Room is extremely clean and comfy. The bathtub is huge 😆..too bad I didn't get the chance to use it with my partner.
