A lot of mosquitoes in the room”

A good value-for-money hotel with good location. Can easily walk to the beach within 5 mins. Breakfast choices are quite limited. Biggest cons are that there are many mosquitoes in the room for both nights we stayed there, and that the room does not have balcony.

Good location, clean room”

This hotel is just a short walk to the beach. There are many restaurants nearby. I booked a family room and it was so spacious and super clean. I didn't like the shower over the bath tube though. The water from the shower splashed all over the floor after each bath. A picture of family room on Agoda shows a walk-in shower but I was assigned to room 216 which has a shower over the bath tube. Agoda should have checked with the hotel before posting those room pictures. There were not many choices at the buffet breakfast but the food was tasty.

Excepcional”

We are group 6 people arrived the hotel around 8pm. First thing we saw at the hotel is a great decoration with cozy vibe. Located near the beach and also center of the city. Clean room with comfort bed. Shout out to Mr Van Luu who very helpful with his knowledge, he helped us alot for our vacation. Definitely we will stay here again when we comeback to TuyHoa city, big thanks to the hotel which make our vacation perfect.

Friendly staff”

I stayed here one night y motorcycle. It was good service, especially the staff including security was friendly and took care me a lot. Thank you so much.

It's your green oasis near the beach”

I thoroughly loved my stay here. I like the tiny details that make the room unique like that handbraided toilet holder and floating shelves and window seat. The real trees in the reception is a scene-stealer. Breakfast was good but not really excellent. I find their customer service a bit lacking though. They charge guests for early check in, although they waived it in the end. I checked out late since I went to Dia Reef and Bai Xep and paid extra for it. Could have understood it if it was a busy time, but it was Tuesday and most rooms were empty. But overall, thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We were given the WRONG room”

I booked family room with capacity of 4 people, room size 35 m2. However, we were first given 101, and after our complaints, the hotel gave us 209. Both room were smaller than the 35m2. Since the receptionist kept explain that the room was family room, we had no choice but to accept that. Today, after when I paid the room fee, I accidentally saw the board quoting the official room tariff, and in the board, both 101 and 209 are twin room - 30m2. The hotel has only three family room (108-109-208). I felt like we were cheated. I do hope that next time, Agoda should carefully check the room and please don’t let hotel cheat customers like this.

New facility, good location”

Fresh-built hotel with new facilities but poor soundproof walls so sound from neighboring rooms can be heard clearly. Good location, take 2-3 mins to the beach.

Worth for money”

Walking distance to the beach Large room for couple. It has much sunshine. But the wall is thin so no sound proofing

It’s a new hotel. Really like the hotel. It’s very nice and clean with cheap price if compare with others.

Very close to the beach (beach is nice but not a busy beach.) staff were accomodating, breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. A few good restaurants close.

Aceptable”

Very misleading on the size of the room. The hotel advertises the double room in which I stayed is 30 square meters whereas its actual size is about haft that. I felt very cheated ! Breakfast was not that great with very very limited selections on foods, drinks and deserts.

Clean room, friendly staff, near the beach. Breakfast options were good but run out quickly if there were a big tour group having breakfast at the same time.

New place, everything ok except laundry service ”

The information says 20k/set, in Vietnam 20k is a normal price for laundry but they tried to charge me that amount for every pair or clothes. They were asking for 180k for cleaning around 2kg of clothes. In another places laundry was between 20 and 40k for the same clothes. This is a completely scam. I told them but the girl at the reception is just an employee and only could lower the price a bit. Avoid this place to wash your clothes, you will find better services and much better prices everywhere.
