Was a great place and will definitely come back. The staff was extremely helpful and lovely. You couldn't ask for more. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Good for budget travelers ”

It is about 2 km away from the centre. They also have motorbikes for rent (i think the price is around 8 dollars). If you cannot find any places to eat, you can choose to eat at the place as the food is quite good and is acceptably priced.

Good, But the way into hotel is not good for a driving car. But the cost of hotel is very exceptable with the facilities. But there is no air conditioner. :(

Although a little bit out of the way of the main town, if you can drive a moped, its perfect. Really reasonably priced too from the guesthouse itself. Staff were friendly and there were nice places to sit in the sun outside the rooms. Facilities were great, as the title states, although soap would have been a good addition :) would definitely stay again

Great Service”

Both me and my girlfriend were very thankful for the service we received while staying at the Guest House. Though a little far away from town and the beaches, we both had a wonderful time and thought the guest house was great value for money. We rented a scooter directly from the guesthouse for 6 days at a good rate and zoomed around town without much concern. They also provided us with fresh towels everyday and made our bed if we so chose. In addition we also bought the occasional room service (food tasted great, big portions and pretty cheap!). Their service was wonderful and always with a smile. We ended up forgetting our passports at their guesthouse and we only realized when we were already on the mainland. Thank-fully we were able to get in touch with the female receptionist and she made prompt arrangements to have our passports delivered to us. Phew! No fuss or drama from the hotel staff and they also took some responsibility for forgetting to return it to us at checkout (Vietnamese hotels take and hold onto your passports at check-in). All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Price is right and the service is excellent.

I stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. The location was a little far but everything else was terrific!

If you go to Ha Phat you will get a clean room to rest your head, TV if you are bored, AC if you are hot (30k extra a night) a motorbike if you want to go somewhere (150k a day).

Quality accommodation at a very reasonable price.”

Quality accommodation, family run, at a very modest price. We found that good quality accommodation in and around Duong Dong and the beaches was out of our price range. Ha Phat was the only decent accommodation (via Agoda) within our budget. We found only two Trip Advisor reviews, both positive, so decided to give it a go and had a really good 3 night stay. The only drawback is the location - on our first day it took us 3/4 of an hour to walk to the market area of Duong Dong. But after that we rented motos from the nice family who run the place. When anything went wrong - one night the WiFi went down and another night there was no hot water - they were very friendly and helpful in sorting out. Our room was spacious, attractive, comfortable and well appointed. If you're looking for quality accommodation at a budget price and you don't mind not being by the beach then we heartily recommend this place.

Certes il y a pas grand chose à côté et un peu loin de tout mais avec un scooter et ils en ont (bien plus cher que partout au Vietnam 150k/day) ca fais le travail. Les chambres sont propre et confortable.

Rena rum och väldigt prisvärt, vi tyckte det var skönt att inte bo bland alla turister utan hyrde moppe vilket var toppen, rekommenderas om du vill bo billigt!

Verblijf was super. We zouden een nacht blijven maar werden er 4! Hadden de goedkoopste kamer geboekt maar kregen een veel luxere voor dezelfde prijs. Toen we 's avonds aan kwamen rijden was het even schrikken dat het zo afgelegen lag, maar we hebben een scooter gehuurd en alles was prima te doen, in een paar minuten ben je in de stad! De eigenaar regelt alles voor je en iedere dag wordt je kamer keurig schoongemaakt. Voor dit geld is het echt helemaal top. Zeker aan te bevelen!

Замечательное место, уборка каждый день. Очень тихий отель, милые хозяева, хорошо говорят на Английском языке. Номера просторные со свежей мебелью холодильником и шкафом. Всё отлично! Очень понравилось всё.

Đường từ trung tâm vào Khách sạn lúc tôi đi thì rất xấu, đường đất đỏ sình lầy, với rất nhiều ổ voi.
