Pésimo trato del personal”
En primer lugar la recepción del hotel es un desastre, muy desordenado y da una idea de como es el servicio. Hay bungalows casi a pie de playa que están muy bien (no sé por dentro), después tienen bungalows en una parte más alta que para llegar tienes que subir una rampa muy muy empinada que es el que nos tocó a nosotros. Nadie nos acompañó hasta el bungalow de modo que no encontrábamos cuál era, nadie nos ayudó con las maletas para hacer la rampa empinada y al estar situado a unos 100-200 metros de la recepción con dicha rampa tan empinada no tuvimos servicio de habitación y las toallas las teníamos que bajar nosotros y coger nuevas en la recepción. Resumiendo: Negativo: muy mal trato del personal del resort (ni te acompañan hacia la habitación ni te dan información de la isla ni bienvenida ni nada, pocas ganas de trabajar). Algunos bungalows muy poco accesibles y habitaciones algo viejas. Positivo: Ubicación muy buena, playa espectacular tocando al resort, cerca de otras playas muy bonitas y tranquilidad.

El Hotel es muy bueno, esta ubicado no muy cerca del centro de la Isla, esta en una playa muy tranquila, lo mejor es cenar junto al mar en alguno de los restaurantes que se encuentran sobre la playa, el hotel tambien posee restaurant. El punto en contra es la atencion que deja bastante que desear.

Puntos a favor: - Al lado de la playa - Agradable piscina - Amplia pieza con terraza y vista al mar (pero nuestra pieza estaba arriba del cerro). Puntos en contra: - En las piezas del cerro no llega internet por lo que hay que bajar y abajo hay mala conexión tambien. - Alejado del centro de la isla (debes tomar taxi para moverte). - Comida del restaurant normal, pero la dificultad mayor es que no todo el personal entiende el ingles. ** Creemos que por este precio se pueden encontrar mejores alternativas en la isla.

2 weeks in Thai this was absolutely the best accommodation! Based on the pics in Agoda we were not expecting such a beautiful place. The superior room is huge, everything is super clean. The bed really comfortable. Outside of the room, large veranda covered (good in case of rain) with direct access to the pool. And few steps and you are on the beach, were Mr Ham will welcome you everyday with his smile, incredibly positive mood and funny jokes! The breakfast you will get an extraordinary amount of fruit compare to any other places we went. Being on the north of the island give you easier access to the best beaches. We will come back for sure!

Amazing”
It was an excellent place for us, we were surprised in the morning by having our breakfast looking at a beautiful beach. The people who work there are very friendly and the local food is good at reasonable prices. The rooms are large and comfortable. And if you need to clean the room you can request it without any problem. I would recommend it.

Beautiful place with a nice pool and a perfect-for-sunset beach in 15 meters. There are a lot of nice places nearby, like Senses. If you stop here, you should totally visit it!

The location was perfect on haad yao. the price was good thx to an agoda promotion... The swimming pool was huge but no sun chairs and even no possibility to sit close to the pool. There was a bad smell of sewer because of the laundry The lady, i think she was the boss was not kind. There were no fridge in the room and i ve asked to put some drinks in the fridge... she told me that it depends on my room number... my room number was ok but then it was not ok for beer...

A hotel with extremely bad service and arrogant and lazy staff. Otherwise nice location ans good restaurant. But it is really difficult to enjoy as the hotel staff spoils it for you quite tremendously.

Zero service and they made us miss our ferry. ”
In addition to forgetting about us completely, never cleaning the room, and strange vibes at the bar, they also totally screwed up our departure. After paying an over priced 400 baht to pre arrange a taxi to the pier the next day, the taxi driver was 45minutes late! After a high speed trip to the pier, we still missed our ferry and had to pay almost 3,000 baht for all new travel plans to make sure we made our flight. Overall this taxi situation was a good representation of the overall experience and attitude of the staff towards us

*AVOID* Disgusting, in every sense of the word.”
Where to start, the review space does not give me enough characters to give you a full account of the disgusting stay we unfortunately endured at this grotesque place. The only good thing about it is the location and it’s beach bar, however there are plenty of other places along that particular beach or even that side of the island you would be much better off booking. The staff are so rude snatching and shouting at us, the rooms are filthy, cockrach infested, we got tiny bed bites all over us and they don’t replenish toilet paper. Toilet had stains and old bars of soap, pool is disgusting, nobody wants to walk past it let alone take a dip. That’s not even 1/2 of it! Much better places so our advice, avoid like the plague, unless you’re keen to catch it whilst enjoying your time in Koh Phangan!

Middle of Haad Yao Beach, simple and confortable”
Location is perfect, middle of Haad Yao Beach, 7/11, shop, travel agency, ATM and restaurants is just next door. Room is simple but confortable, really spacious, big terrace/balcony. You can even do yoga there. Never tried the pool (not that big), because the sea is just so beautiful there. Seaview breakfast and beautiful sunset at the bar. Cleaning is upon request. English tv channels with great movies. Peaceful and quiet. We havent seen the stuff too much just at the bar (reception) but it was no need for them too much, jut when we needed extra toilet paper. If you dont need too much assistance and you need a cheap and nice big apartment by the beach, this is the place. We loved it.

This resort was our worst experience in Thailand. Resort has very nice location on the beach, but the staff is unfriendly. When we came for breakfast which we paid, they were trying to convince us that we dont have breakfast included. But luckily we got them at the end (on our booking it was written breakfast included). Pool was not maintained and dirty already partially green. Worst thing were bed bugs, which I thought was normal bites but each night we had tons of small bites, even tho we didnt have mosquito in the room and we had repellent against mosquitos on us during the night. Check in was without any word, receptionist just gave me to sign some paper and didnt even tell us anything. I can get over many things but bedbugs and unfriendly staff ruined whole stay on Koh Phangan. Not worth even low price.

Dirty place”
we knew it would be bad but not that bad. It was very expensive probably due To the full moon party. There is no staff except from the guy working at the bar (very nice). Our room was dirty with a lot of dead mosquitoes on the floor, there was a bad smell, wholes on the bed sheet and towels.. well if you have other choices, avoid this place. 1900baths for 2 nights is not fair

Good value for money ”
The place is perfectly located on a beautiful quiet beach with good cheap eateries scattered around including its on bar and restaurant in a picturesque setting on the beach. The accommodation was nothing fancy but good value for money. Cleanliness ok but not exceptional. Bar staff extremely friendly

Amazing hidden place right on the beach ”
The place was a good 30minutes away from the main town. That is the only negative I could say but then again it depends what you are after. It was right on the beach, has half its restaurant set up on the beach, which is beautiful. Pool is lovely and cold which is what you need, no room to bathe at the pool but the beach is right there for that. The rooms are massive, and huge balconys too. Staff are friendly. Quiet area.

Great rooms but bad maintenance”
The rooms are actually quite decent but the staff is lacking. It shows that the owner is a penny pincher and tries to save money on every step - the rooms are not cleaned after check in except if requested. The receptionist is rude and couldn't be bothered with work. Staff at the bar is friendly though. Very close to the beach, location is perfect. If only the rooms would be given more attention in form of cleaning, it could be one of the best places. Not the worst place I stayed in Thailand, but not the best either.

Reasonable place at the beach”
Okay resort, directly at the beach, close to convenient store. A bit strange reception stuff, no signs of friendliness ("Thainess"). No room service, e.g. changing bedsheets ! Only the guy at the beach bar is great, plays good music and takes care customers at the beach.
